The villa is surrounded by mountains and has wonderful views across Olive groves to the mountains behind.Inside the villa is modern and it is split in two levels. There is a classic combination of simple and clean cottage-style design and modern styling, with white walls, beamed ceilings, tiled and wooded floors. There is a comfortable lounge dining room with a sofa and chairs around a wood-burning fire. This room has satellite Tv and Dvd player. The kitchen is a lovely bright room with wooden units, a long dining table and chairs and traditional terracotta ceramics. Appliances here include a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. There is one bathroom with shower.An open stair case gives us access to the upper floor where we can find an open bedroom with a double bed, beamed ceiling and wooden floor. A further separate double bedroom and a shower room are also located in this part of the house. There is air conditioning in the upstairs separate bedroom and in the lounge dinning.The outside is natural and has a lovely stone terrace with wooden furnishings ideal for those who enjoy the rural site and the natural environment as the villa and its premises is surrounded by olive ground fields and mountains.
