A very good experience from start to finish. Spent 7 days here and all elements of the hotel exceeded expectations. Whilst it was 5 star rated, the photo's do not do the rooms justice, they were spacious, meticulously clean and the whole hotel environment was excellent. The staff were professional and helpful at all times, food good and not unreasonably priced for a hotel of this type. Location for a split beach/city break was first class as well.

The rooms are very clean and nice looking, we were at 7th floor. Also a cleaner was passing through the room every day and the room was always in sparkling condition. The location is perfect just around 30 minutes walking to the historic part of the city

It was in the perfect location, and all the staff was so kind and professional. The breakfast was good, and I enjoyed every day. I'll definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Valencia.

Our flight landed at 0035am, so we needed to get a taxi from the Airport to the hotel, which took about 25-30 minutes and cost €33. We hailed a taxi outside the hotel at 8am to get from the Hotel to the Airport at the end of the trip, but it only cost €21. Check in was very easy. The room was of a very good standard, with a great bathroom, comfy bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a decent tv. There was a minibar fridge. Whilst we didn’t consume anything, we used the fridge to refrigerator food items such as cheese and salami. There is a German chain supermarket beginning with ‘L’ 10 minutes walk away and a supermarket in the nearby shopping centre which is in the direction of the ‘Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias’. The location of the hotel is excellent, with a brilliant bus 19 service: The bus stop literally outside the hotel is called Menorca Franca, and goes to the city centre and takes about 15 minutes. Their is a stop outside the main train station ‘Estació del Nord’ in the city centre but just to the left a bit (left if you are looking out from the station) where the bus to go back from the city centre to the hotel starts (they usually have their hazard lights on indicating they are at the starting stop). The bus stop opposite the hotel on the other side of the road is called Menorca Balears and takes you to the beach. A bus back to the hotel from the beach area can be found on street ‘Carrer De La Reina’. Just remember if you walk outside the hotel past the hotel reception - the bus right goes to the city centre, the bus left goes to the beach. All bus single tickets cost €1.50 and drivers gave me change from €5 notes. Tips for eating: there is a brilliant pizza restaurant near the hotel ‘Regina Di Napoli’. There is also a very good restaurant that offered a set menu starter + paella + small desert + beer or soft drink for €16.50 ‘El Generalife’ on Carrer De Navellos’. Would stay at this hotel again.

One of my favorite hotel in Spain. The rooms was a tad small but tastefully renovated. I love the breakfast, it was an amazing spread with both local cuisine and international well represented. We were split for choices with the food. Not forgetting, they have the best coffee bar in any hotel we have visited. The barista will make any specialty coffee to your fancy, from a coffee cocktail, siphon coffee, V60 drip coffee, Italian espresso or simply a con leche. The egg station was another level of preparation with attention to plating and details. Overall, we were glad that we paid for breakfast. The view of the breakfast area gives a bird's eye view of the city as a bonus!

We had a 6 night stay in this beautifully old and small boutique hotel right in the centre of Valencia off the cathedral square. You could not get a better location to explore the city from and then come back to relax with a drink on the private rooftop terrace overlooking the Cathedral and St Nicholas church. In the morning you awake to the lovely sound of the church bells and birds. Every member of the team we interacted with were amazingly friendly and super helpful from housekeeping to reception to F&B service. We truly loved Avril she is certainly a daily dose of sunshine and Andres was great at breakfast on the roof top terrace. Caroline on reception had some good suggestions and made navigating the city so much easier, marking things out on a map. We plan to come back and stay again next year and would have no hesitation in recommending them

環境：安全舒適 但也沒什麼風景可看

The rooms are decorated beautifully and bathrooms are immaculate. The location is just perfect couldn't ask for better. Food and drink was all walkable. It was our honeymoon so we asked for a upgrade if there was a better rooms available, but we were not given one even though a member of staff confirmed they had nice rooms available that had not been booked. There was a lot of noice form the hallway and also the stress which made it hard to sleep at night. We also heard creaking and other strange noises which made us uncomfortable. There was also no locks to the bedroom doors which make us feel unsafe therefore we had to move the sofa infront of the door every single night to feel safe. Also the balcony’s was alot smaller that expected. My husband is of a average build but has a wide back and could not sit on the balcony therefore it was a waste of money for us to buy the balcony room (there we no pictures when booking) I am petite and this was just enough rooom for me to sit with little to mo movement. The AC was our biggest issue and really made our stay here uncomfortable. It was asif there was no AC at all. When we asked for the hotels staff to look into this for us we were told that it is only a 1 year old hotel and that the AC has no sound but it is always working without even going to our room and checking. It was blowing out the most minute breeze (only at times and not always) and this was not even a cold breeze despite being on the coldest temperature and the highest fan setting, taking into account the room was not even big and still could got get it cold. We did the next day ask for a fan as the AC was still not working and we were told they do not offer this and that that is the was the AC works in Valencia. It was disappointing to be out in the heat all day to come back to a warm hotel room. I would expect better from a new 1 year hotel and it was not cheap as we paid £1100 for just for 4 nights. My husband struggled to stay her for 4 nights and could not wait to get back home. We would not stay here again unless there was improvements to the AC.

На первом этаже и у входа стоит неприятный запах. Не канализацией, но все равно неприятно. То ли болота, то ли сырости. Как в предбаннике старой бани. Этот запах портит все впечатление об отеле. Номер достаточно просторный и чисты. Вид на двор с бассейном и боковой на улицу. Убирают тщательно. На рецепции дают пляжные полотенца, но тут же предупреждают, что в город их брать нельзя. Я было опешила, подумала не брать полотенца, а нафига они мне, если выйти на пляж нельзя. Но администратор буквально запаха мне их в пляжную сумку. Короче, правила для того, чтобы их нарушать. Заселили без карты и депозита. Завтрак скромный, но сытный. Из горячего скрэмбл, колбаски жареные, бекон и или блины или картофельные вафли или глазунья. Из выпечки отмечу чизкейк потрясающе вкусный и нежный. МСная нарезка тоже хорошая хамон, ветчина 3 в лов салями. Сыров мало. Фроктов много дыни2 сортов, арбуз, нектарин, яблоки груши, апельсин, грейпфрукт, банан. Авангардные скульптуры в холлах и на территории козырька. Через дворцовый проезд торговый центр, где я все три дня и шопилась, тем более началась распродажа. Скверы, музеи парк Гулливер, остановки транспорта все в 2 шагах. Вай фай плохой, часто висит, не погружается. Если бы не 2 минуса, запах и Вай фай, все было бы идеально.

PPengguna TetamuA very comfortable room. We did hear some people talking to 2 AM on Friday evening so if you are a light sleeper like myself that might be an issue. They have a small kitchenette, we were able to make our own coffee and we even did some laundry. If you go to their market, you can always bring food back from the Market and heat up in the microwave. A must do if you’re there. Even buy a bottle of wine. You can wash your clothes but there is no dryer, but the clothes dry overnight on a rack that you can ask for. Very centrally located. We rented bikes from Pelican bike rental, and they were close to walk too. They had good bikes. We just followed a bunch of bike paths towards the Science Center and then over towards the marina and beaches. We biked 20 miles through Valencia.

Park across the road and bus connections to Old City, Beach and other places of interest. Also walkable to Old City through the 11km stunning park. Noise was minimal, well built building. So pleased I chose to stay here in beautiful Valencia. I highly recommend to stay here with a great kitchen if you choose to cook. Windows open for air if needed. Aircon works so well and 2 TV’s a bonus! Thank you to all staff for being so kind and helpful.

PPengguna TetamuAn absolute beautiful apartment nice and spacious with a little balcony .The kitchen is so well equipped, the bed was very big and comfy and the bathroom a great size too. Couldn’t fault a thing . The staff were so helpful at all times and were a pleasure to deal with so positive and pleasant we were was able to get bikes there to tour around València and tickets for Oceanografic . Would recommend the place no problem . The staff are a credit to the place .

C est un appart hôtel qui a un an, donc vraiment neuf. La chambre est spacieuse et était très propre et bien nettoyée. La kitchenette est très bien équipée avec frigo, plaques chauffantes, bouilloire, grille pain etc… L’emplacement est top : à Proximité si mercat central et en plein milieu du centre historique avec des restaurants et bars à proximité. L hôtel est accessible en métro depuis l’aeroport. 2 lignes de métro desservent la station Xàtiva directement. Super pratique. Je recommande cette adresse!

CCindyTsangThe 24hr reception greeted us during the check in. Thats was quick and we felt welcomed.
Two small lifts brings us to our apartment which is 350fts square. The king-size bed and the sofabed are well prepared, so we can take my own bed. The sofa bed is just as good as the fixed bed.
The bathroom is spacious. Water is hot with strong water pressure.
The restaurant downstairs the hotel provided a welcome non-alcoholic drink and hotel buffet breakfast. Besides ham, buns and cheese. We can also have special meals from the kitchen like a dish of avocado, Salmon, scramble eggs with a toast. The dinner is also tasty with average spending at around €30-40 per person.
The apartment has washing machine. An individual space for clothes drying rack to dry out the clothes with hot air coming from outside. Everything is well designed with new refurbishment. You will just feel at home.
The kitchen stove, utensils and plates are provided. Everything is good.
Towels are clean and toilet papers are provided enough. The soaps smell good.
I am happy to come back again next time

The terrace is idyllic, sunny with a full awning for shade, high enough to calm the vibrant street noise to a cheerful hum, even during the Fallas! The flat is sp****ly but adequately equipped for two, though a shallow pan big enough for rice dishes would be nice. Be aware the flat is up six steps from its front door, and the terrace up sixteen fairly steep steps with handrail. Staff are friendly and efficient. Two things could be improved: the flat is smart but the floors were filthy. And clearer instructions are needed on exactly where to go for initial check-in: there are four identical blocks in the square and we were phoning frantically from the wrong door until Xavier rescued us.

Room equites with a kitchen so you can cook conveniently. There is no Frontdesk so you will be given an access code before 3pm after you check in online. Price is very reasonable. A good hotel to stay.

Appartamento abbastanza pulito, se non per le lenzuola e cuscini macchiate. Il nostro era un viaggio con una bambina di 18 mesi. Nonostante la richiesta di avere un check in anticipo dopo 2 ore di volo abbiamo dovuto aspettare le 4 per entrare. (per fortuna c'è la possibilità di lasciare le valigie dentro) Dopo 3 richieste di avere un seggiolino per la bambina (per mangiare) l'hanno fornito in camera (dicendo: vediamo in base alla disponibilità) ”DISPONIBILITA'?!?!?!” con il prezzo che non è piccolo la struttura dovrebbe essere più fornita per i più piccoli secondo me..è insistente che se arriva una famiglia con bambini piccoli non abbiate le attrezzature adeguate! Nella camera al posto del letto matrimoniale ci sono due letti singoli attaccati che comunque si staccano subito perchè sono appunto uniti..La camera doveva avere un divisore (porta scorrevole) tra la camera e il cucinotto..non c'èra come da prenotazione. Esperienza non molto gradevole, forse per le coppie andrebbe bene ma per una famiglia con bimbi piccoli non lo consiglierei. La posizione è abbastanza buona, è molto vicino alla città della scienza (a piedi attraversando il parco circa 10 minuti) per il centro a piedi una ventina di minuti sempre a piedi. Ci sono trasporti pubblici in vicinanza, e 2 supermercati a prezzi modesti

AATTILIO PARISIHo trovato questa sistemazione per seguire il MotoGP di Valencia. Zona trafficata ma tutto sommato vicina al centro storico (circa 9min da Ciudad Vella) ed allo snodo autostradale ( 20 min dal Circuito e 15 min. dall'aeroporto). unica nota negativa è che pensavo ci fosse una reception fisica 24h/24H e invece la reception è solo diurna, dalle 10 alle 19. Arrivati intorno alle 21.00 e trovando la reception chiusa abbiamo provato a chiamare il numero dell'assistenza e, gentilmente e con pazienza ci hanno aiutato ad entrare con dei codici di accesso remoto (il portone e l'appartamento hanno serrature elettroniche ). peccato che non ci avessero mandato prima i codici.
Per l'auto c'è più di un parcheggio sotto l'abitazione e diversi in zona. materassi e cuscini comodissimi.
Camere attrezzate di angolo cottura completo di elettrodomestici e kit di benvenuto! ho apprezzato anche l'acqua omaggio lasciata in frigo (Spesso non lo fanno neanche gli hotel 4*)
