I would like to begin this review by saying that I have travelled all over the world and have stayed in all types of accomodation from mud huts to beautiful hotels. However, I have never in my life met a receptionist as rude as the older lady I met tonight in this hostal. My sister and I booked a twin room in this hostal for 12 nights. Everyone from the cleaning lady to the gentlemen at the reception desk have been absolutely lovely. My sister requested extra towels this evening and was told very rudely that wasn't available. I went down to reception to explain that we had been allowed to do this earlier in the week. The lady in reception spoke very rudely to me, told me this was a hostal not a hotel and proceeded to call someone with better English. I thought that I would be polite and smile and my reward was the receptionist making rude faces at me, mocking my smile. I can only equate it to something you might see in a school yard. She actually did this twice. I am absolutely speechless......... fine don't give me the towels but please don't rant about it and make faces at a guest. This is our last night thank goodness. I certainly don't want a repeat of tonight's episode. Before tonight's experience I would have given a much better review

Hostal super cuqui, bien ubicado, servicio amable, limpieza eficiente, increíbles vistas a la pare histórica de Tossa, desayuno contundente. Lugar ideal para desconectar almenos en esta época con poco turistas. Cuidado con el acceso al lugar, no se llega en coche, se llega caminando, hay escaleras en el camino. Pero resulta bastante fácil el recorrido. No hay ascensor. Sin duda repetiría este lugar.

Everything was very organized, clean, beautiful, we were very comfortable. The only thing I would put, for numerous people, put more kitchen utensils, that alone was great, we loved it, we will surely repeat again, thanks, greetings!!!
