Mucho ruido debido a una reparación que se estaba haciendo en el edificio y el gordito de recepción fue muy grosero y no deberían trabajar con el público. La vez que estuve ahí mi habitación estaba al lado de la recepción y escuché todos los problemas que tuvo con los huespedes y varias discusiones y de hecho hasta un huespede salió del hotel y dijo hasta nunca porque no tenía agua caliente en su habitación y El gordito de recepción le respondió con grosería que no era su problema. Y a mi me trató muy mal y Por su culpa nunca volvería a quedarme ahí El no tiene modales ENGLISH A lot of noise due to a repair that was taking place in the building and the chubby man at the reception was very rude and they should not work with the public. The time I was there my room was next to the reception and I heard all the problems he had and several discussions with the client and in fact even one person left the hotel and said goodbye because he didn't have hot water in his room and the chubby guy at reception answered rudely that it wasn't his problem. He treated me very badly and . Because of Him I would never return to stay there He has no manners

Petite chambre, mais bien complète avec lavabo et clim. Drap + couverture au cas où.. grande fenêtre, café offert à n'importe quelle heure de la journée.. Je ne parlerais pas du prix, dire qu'un prix est intéressant pousserait le taulier à l' augmenter. €videment les douches sont communes, mais c'est annoncé.

酒店的外型是古老大屋，大廈的升降機是手動的，要人手關門才可以啓動的，如果未試過一定要試吓！訂房的時候要小心看清楚，房間是私人浴室或是公用浴室，我想訂私人浴室，怎料訂單確定時竟然是公用浴室！這酒店的熱水爐是儲水式熱水爐，需要較多時間去煲水，否則就不夠熱或者不夠熱水用！還有花灑頭的插座安裝得太高，跟本用不上，需要用手拿著花曬頭來洗澡，洗頭髮就有點不方便！

From BCN airport, we took the express bus to Plaza Catalonia. Then we walked a hood 15mins distance to the accommodation. It's not a full service hotel, some sort like an inn or hostel. We were mentally prepared to carry our luggage up the stairs but thankfully the building has a small elevator. The check in desk is located on the 4th floor so you have to ring the bell at the entrance for them to unlock the main door downstairs. Check in was fast. The size of the room is just right for 2 people to stay but the balcony is the highlight. All 3 staffs we met were friendly and very accommodating. It's easy to get around as the city bus stops and metro stations are just around the area.

It was a good experience staying in Serennia Exclusive rooms! The location was excellent, it is closed and really can walk around the city by foot to many tourist attractions, food and shopping area. Upon check in was greeted by a very friendly lady, Ms Kasia, she has assisted in my early check in since I arrived really early in the morning. Also upon check out, a very kind and friendly lady Ms Susana Ferrer has assisted in my additional luggage storage issue, really appreciate her help! Sad on my return trip I did not manage to book a room there as they were fully booked! Will definitely book Serennia Exclusive Room on my next trip back to Barcelona again!

The place is clean but not organized. The men's bathrooms are on the lower floor and are not very clean. How do I get up from sleep? I go down one floor to relieve myself and the lower bed is very low for the head so you cannot sit on it and there is no chair to sit on. Please read my evaluation and correct the problems. Other than that, the place is good.

Hostel ubicado al costado del arco del triunfo. Estuvo bien, pero podría mejorar en varios aspectos. En infraestructura y espacios comunes es súper grande, sin embargo no se aprovecha, no hay espacios de distensión fomentados por el Hostel, entre otros. Las camas contaban solo con una colcha delgada que no tapaba mucho, de todas formas existía calefacción. Y los baños no contaban con jabón de manos. La verdad salvo cuando llegué y pasé por recepción vi a una persona del hostel atendiendo. Por precio está bien, pero puede mejorar mucho
