Week-end réservé via Weekendesk. L'hôtel est calme, les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, le petit balcon est un plus !. La piscine couverte et chauffée. La salle de sport Excellent dîner 3 plats compris dans notre séjour, le petit déjeuner buffet est copieux rien ne manque au menu. Le personnel est très dynamique, rien à dire sur l'accueil. Je recommande cet hôtel. Chambre 256 le 7 et 8 Octobre.

My wife and I were visiting family and the location was very convenient for us. We definitely enjoyed the seaside room on the top floor with all room amenities necessary. Clean and well maintained room that was above our expectations for the price. Included was a great breakfast buffet that could please everyone with a wide selection and replenished right away The staff in every department was very friendly, attentive and professional. Nous avons passé un grand moment culinaire, tout était délicieux, le chef Jérémy travail à la perfection tout les produits de la mer que nous offre cette région . Le cadre est ancien ce qui rend le restaurant très chaleureux, et le personnel est vraiment pro et adorable . Je recommande vraiment la cuisine du chef Jeremy Coirier ! Il mérite des étoiles ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Le Meilleur Palace à la Baule! 5*****+++. Services hyper attentifs de toutes parts, suite de prestige, cadeaux offerts par la Direction, ce cher Mr. Franck Marie (une bouteille de champagne m'attendait dans la chambre, et autres mignardises AB.FAB). Toute l'équipe restent à mes yeux la Meilleure! J'y suis allée deux fois cette année (juin/septembre), tellement tout est magique. Vue sur mer, parc, accès direct à la plage, que rêver de mieux? Vivement 2024, 1000 mercis à vous tous

Lovely small hotel, nicely styled - both public spaces and rooms - and very conveniently located just a small block from the beach and boulevard. Rooftop bar is a plus, it was open from 6 to 9pm. Also perfect to take a glass of wine to the hotel room (but they brought it to the room as well, when the bar was closed). The hotel has no lift, which was no problem for us (we were on the second floor, the third is the rooftop), but for some people this might be an issue. Parking is a challenge in La Baule, but we managed to find both paid and free parking very near to the hotel. EV charging is almost absent form La Baule, except at the La Poste Parking Garage. Unfortunately the operator there doesn’t seem to have his things in order: I managed to charge my car after repeated efforts and quite some stress and annoyment, but then it almost made me leave my charging cable stuck in the machine. Solved it with telephone assistance, a challenge in itself for a non native French speaker. Of course, the Best Western Brittany is not at all to be blamed for this, it is a problem for all of La Baule - as is the horrible traffic in town.
