XXuanxu Pan服務：接待人員（應該是老闆）非常熱情，態度超級好，然後一個勁的問你有什麼不滿意的地方沒，可以和他聊天
設施：房間應該是一個居民房改建而成，衹有幾間客房，停車位在房門口衹能停兩輛車，似乎有一個停車場（借用的別家）；房間設施還OK，英國家庭風格
衛生：衛生還行，沒看到什麼不好的
環境：離市區有點遠
總之性價比一般，想要體驗下當地人熱情可以住，停車也方便

a new property for us. location was good as literally a few minutes from train station. Check in is a little complicated and self service.no staff on premises.room was compact but with all amnenities we needed. bathroom /shower very small.was all ok until we wet to bed and discovered beds are v small and very soft. was woken at 5 am by very loud conversations from other guests as walls are clearly very thin.resulted in a not great nights sleep, so this would put us off returning tbh

33123marriottSome of the photos/reviews dont do the house justice. Yes in some areas its dated, but more importantly its clean and quite. Owner was incredibly friendly and happy to help however he could. Breakfast was continental with pleantly of choice so more than adiquate. Short walk in to town. I'm sure I'll be returning on my next visit! Only complaint was the pillows were a little firm for us: but thats preference!

I was one of the users in early July, and I was really upset about the hotel. It was a terrible experience. It was not expected that we were not allowed to use the washing machine, kitchen and the toiletries, which was not stated in the reminders. The smoke alarm was extremely sensitive that when we were cooking, it literally rang twice. And we were accused that we made a fire while we were making a steak, which is absolutely ridiculous. We were told that we were not allowed to use toiletries after our stay by the landlord. Also, we used the kitchen on the first day, the landlord said it was too dirty. Excuse me, why would you even complain when we only started to stay here! The most horrible thing is, there’s staff coming in without any permission of ours every single morning. The landlord already stated that she will not come in again on the second day, but she still appeared on the last day of our stay. Not only the landlord, the landlords daughter was in our room, scrolling social media, while the landlord was cleaning the kitchen and sweeping the floor, which we did not ask them to do. It is definitely illegal going in private areas without permission when we were staying there as guests. And to threaten us and to pay them money, she locked one of our rooms when we were out, and when we require the landlord to open the room, she literally asked for £50 to unlock the room. As it was late at night, the key was token by another member which hasn’t arrived the hotel, and there’s children with us, we were forced to pay that £50. It was also not acceptable for accusing us having no adult in the room on another housing platform, our room have at least an adult of 24 years old and one that was 18.

PPengguna TetamuStayed for 2 nights - it’s an older style property but personally, we couldn’t fault it for cleanliness or for the friendly and helpful welcome from the owner. Bed was really comfortable and the room very quiet. There is a small car park but as all spaces were full, we were advised we could park in the side streets across the road ( A real bonus as it’s often hard to find free parking in Cambridge). They aren’t doing breakfast at the moment but recommended Stir across the road . (It’s so good we visited both mornings but other cafes are available close by too) The guesthouse is an easily doable walk into centre but there is a bus stop just up the road if you need it.

Never ever stay in this horror show, I do not normally swear or leave reviews and I'm almost lost for words to describe this place, I would call it a hovel but that would be a huge improvement, I can't believe the state of it, I can't believe they have not been closed down, every inch of this place is disgusting and falling apart and full of damp and mold. On arrival the first thing that struck me was the state of the car park which is muddy and full of holes, abandoned car at the bottom under a tarpaulin. When I reached the so called ”reception” my key was laying on a table with my name scrawled on a sheet of paper, no sign of anybody around so I found my own way to the room. The hallway was dark and dilapidated with signs of damp and mold and a funny smell. When I found my room and opened it I couldn't believe my eyes I have never seen anything like this and the smell of sweat, mold and damp was overwhelming. Paper was peeling off the walls and the plaster was crumbling, every inch of this place was disgusting and covered in thick dust, everywhere you looked was grim, I can't go through how bad everything was because it was all so terrible. If you had nowhere else to go and had to spend the night on the street let me tell you that that would be better than this and I am not exaggerating, I ”slept” fully clothed on top of the horrific bed with my own personal towel wrapped around the pillow and couldn't wait to get out of there, please please just do not stay here ever.
