We recently stayed at this property for a short stay, upon check-in we met the owner lady who was very kind and caring, she even upgraded our room to a different category which was a super clean and good view room. We found the room so comfortable upon check out also we met the owner lady who was so kind and polite while talking and bid a very good farewell to us. We would love to visit there again soon. This is our first time at serenity by the sea.. a hidden little gem . Five minutes from candolim beach. The hotel has about 16 rooms that I can see. They're basic but actually you have everything you need, fridge,shower ,air con,TV. If you want to watch English TV there really isn't any channels..I found one !! But you don't come away to watch TV I guess! The pool is lovely and right now it's quiet so my husband and I have it to ourselves most days which is nice. The sun beds have no cushions on but been told they are in the process of getting some ..the parasols have seen better days but they still serve a purpose. All in all we would stay here again. Oh and the bed is a little hard ..I find it ok but husband has back ache so we asked for another mattress . No kettle in the room,which is a must for me,but I only had to ask and the lovely lady in charge soon sorted that .
