I spent 5 nights here earlier this month. The 2 ladies who were on reception at different times helped me with my queries and also gave me an early check-in at about 12 noon. My room was a good size with a huge bed. The TV had one English channel, CNN, so at least I could get some fake news.😄 The breakfast up on the 6th floor was reasonable and had some continental choices as well as fruits, cereals and Ful. Loved the Ful! There is a little coffee bar in reception that does Cappuccinos for 12 Riyals. I'm not sure if the hotel had a laundry service, as I used one nearby. Turn right out the hotel entrance and at the next hotel turn right and you'll see the laundry. 2 mins. from the hotel.

We booked here after our tour company booked us into another “4” star hotel that was terrible. Booked with 10 mins notice - room was ready when we got there. Extremely happy with our decision to book address - hotel is modern, decent size rooms , Dead Sea products in the bathroom - extra large comfy bed - large buffet with omelette and pancake station. Gym wasn’t open as it was being renovated but not essential. About 5 mins walk from cornice and walking distance to many restaurants. Highly recommend if needing to stay in Jeddah with an exceptional 4 star hotel.

We stayed here for a week during our business trip to Jeddah with our 9 year old son, and unfortunately had a really bad experience… We had requested a triple room when booking but upon check-in they had no record of this. They said they could send an extra bed up, so we accepted this and proceeded to our allocated room - Room 418. This turned out to be a small room with a linked door which made it even tricker to locate an extra bed. Housekeeping came within 30 minutes with the extra bed, which appeared good on first inspection - however was as hard as a board and totally unusable once made up and in place. The first night was spent with three of us in one bed which was far from ideal! The next day I complained about the bed, and they agreed to bring a mattress topper up to the room, which somewhat helped relieve this issue. The consequent nights we were all in our own beds thankfully. Throughout our entire stay we never once had housekeeping as standard. We had to request the room to be made up, and on nearly every day after a long day at work - we arrived back to a dirty, un made up room which was super frustrating. I raised this several times with management to no avail. Simply NOT good enough for this standard of hotel. On our penultimate night, the next door occupants decided to have a party (founding day) and we politely asked them to keep it quiet by knocking on their door, but they persisted. We asked reception several times for their help, but it fell on deaf ears. We finally got to sleep at 3am only to be woken up by reception calling our room at 5.30am to register complaint from said partygoers to us! We could not believe it. Our son was woken up and the whole following day was a nightmare. What hotel calls guests’ rooms at 5.30am in this manner?! CRAZY! On our last night the same partygoers continued their celebration, and we had to ask to switch rooms which the hotel did do in a swift manner. 2 hours sleep was all we got before our early flight home. Really disappointing experience from this hotel, and we will not be returning in a hurry. If you’re expecting a high quality, modern hotel with exemplary service - look elsewhere!!!

I am a current resident at the hotel (room 549) and unfortunately, staying for a month here. This is by far the WORST 5-star hotel I've ever seen. I'd rate it 3 stars and it shouldn't carry Radisson's brand. Standard rooms are terrible but they upgraded me to a deluxe room which is the normal standard room in other 5-star hotels. Breakfast is awful. No varieties at all. Waffles or pancakes are tasteless. They only have plain croissant and toast in the bakery section. Salads.. Only few plates (lettuce, cucumber... Etc.) Fruits.. Very funny.. ONE PLATE ONLY with sliced melons and pineapple. They have takeaway coffee cups but the plastic lids are different size that can't be used with the available cup size. ABSOLUTELY zero care to details. Last night, we had a 30-minute power cut so I am not sure if the generator didn't work or they didn't even have one. Today, I packed the laundry bag and left it on the bed. So they put the bag with dirty clothes on the desk and made the bed. So they didn't do the laundry. They don't have power converters for European plugs.
