The most important thing to know about this place is, it's rural. This has many implications: Cons - the grounds are very beautiful, at night with the stars out, and during the day when u can see the surrounding fields. Sunsets are gorgeous out here. - We saw plenty of children running around and having a fantastic time. - Laid back natural atmosphere. Cons - the ground can be seen between the floorboards, this means very poor insolation and it got very cold in December. - The floorboards creak. Alot. You'll hear your neighbor's every step. - The doors are flimsy and do not shut we'll. - The bathroom is external, and though private and large is exposed to some degree to external element. I liked it alot, but my partner did not. In any case, can get pretty cold on there at night I wouldn't worry about safety, felt pretty safe to me. Bottom line, very good vibe but rudimentary services.

Pai Country Hut was the perfect place to finish our Mae Hong Son loop adventure. The rooms are really nice wooden huts which give out jungle vibes and are just a great place to relax. Ours had a private bathroom at the back which was great and all of them have seating outside the front plus a hammock to chill in. This was so relaxing that we spent most of our time in Pai just chilling out here. Breakfast is simple toast with some spread and a bunch of fruit, coffee and tea which is perfect to start your day with. The location is great in our opinion. Since it's on the other side of the river to the main part of town it's much much quieter and it's only a couple minutes walk to be in the hustle and bustle of the town. We highly recommended staying here if you're coming to Pai!

Meine Frau buchte ein Zimmer in diesem Hotel. Als ich ankam zeigte man mir die Unterkunft, ein alter Wohnwagen. Okay, rustikal, kein Problem. Ich legte meine Sachen in den Wohnwagen und ging wieder, ohne mich groß umzusehen. Das war ein Fehler! Wir kamen in der Nacht erst wieder und dann sahen wir die Bescherung. Alles alt und vergammelt. Besonders die Nasszelle war widerlich. Schimmel und verrostete Teile. Okay, wir hatten nun nichts anderes. Das Bett war groß und wir konnten jede Feder der Matratze fühlen. Am nächsten Tag zeigte ich die Bilder dem Besitzer. Er erzählte mir was von Booking.com. Ich sagte ihm, nicht Booking.com ist verantwortlich für dieses Loch sonder er. Wir sollten 1.700 THB für die Nacht bezahlen. Nach dem ich gedroht hatte, allen die beim Frühstück saßen, die Bilder zu zeigen, schwenkte er um und wir mussten nichts bezahlen. Hat aber sofort bei Booking.comm storniert, so dass wir da keine Bewertung mehr abgeben können. Ich halte es für eine Frechheit, so ein Loch überhaupt anzubieten! Und dann noch zu diesem Preis!

Absolutely stunning little cottage cabins perched on the bottom slope of a hill. Close enough to the east side of ”downtown” pai (especially if you rent a bike). The sunset views from second floor bungalow balconies (I recommend #7; no one staying directly below) and the two cabins around the little pond are fantastic. For the negatives, the close proximity of the cabins can be annoying (when, for example, you have a selfish gap-year kid next door listening to his lame-ass music at midnight), which also means there's not a lot of sound privacy to most of the cabins. But it's not unbearable. The shower pressure is crappy (same as most places), and I would have liked bottled water every day, or a way to get drinking water other than walking to the reception during working hours to get more water. Overall, a really beautiful spot and well managed, recommended.

I moved to this hotel from another hotel in pai which was even more expensive but not as good. This hotel is located in a small street but very close to the centre It has only 11 rooms, Very clean rooms are beautifully decorated, From the upper floors you can see gorgeous mounting view The service was excellent I am vegan so they made me special breakfast every day, tasty vegetable soup and asked me always if I want a different dish Highly recommend Book in advance

Brilliant hotel, very nice and modern, clean and great central location. There is a great common area on the ground floor, guests are asked to remove shoes before entering the property which is great as everywhere remains clean and tidy. The rooms were large and modern with everything you needed (air con, hair dryer, wardrobe, tv, Wi-Fi, fridge). Housekeeping was great also. It’s around a 2 minute walk to Walking Street.

Tony is a great guy and will take good care of you! The rooms are quite basic and nothing luxurious. For a budget stay this is a good option. You get a very nice valley view from the terrace. I recommend you have a scooter if you book here, or lift a ride from someone else. It's a good 1-2km walk if you want to get coffee or food from outside. Before Tony's place there's an upward hill, it can make your legs sore fast. The breakfast and lunch options are amazing, i recommend you try them out! The hangout area is also great for socializing and relaxing.

Great place to stay overnight, got a swimming pool and a snooker table 👍👍👍 the rooms are very old, but clean and the location is extremely convenient
