Mit dem Auto ist es vollkommen ok . Aber ohne Auto zur Stadt zu fahren wäre umständlich . Service des Hotel Personals war sehr gut !

Ein sehr schönes und zentral gelegenes Hotel. Sehr traditionell und edel eingerichtet. Wir hatten Zimmer mit Ausblick auf das Flachland Mesopotamiens. Hammer Ausblick, wo man das Gefühl hat...dass man auf das Meer schaut. Die wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ein super leckeres Frühstück, auch das Abendessen war hervorragend lecker. Das Hotel hat eigene Parkplätze und das Auto wird vom Personal eingeparkt. Es ist einfach Empfehlenswert !!

The hotel is a 10/10 aesthetically however the challenge starts entering into the hotel. There are about 100 steps uphill and zero vehicle access into the vicinity of the hotel. Reception staff 10/10 two of the staff members met us at the car park about 500meters away and carried our suitcases to the hotel room. Check in was a breeze and the staff were very friendly attentive and extremely nice 10/10 Our hotel room was extremely authentic, clean and mesmerising 10/10. Bathroom was the biggest problem. Cosmetically 10/10 however practicality 2/10. You couldn’t swing a cat. I’m small so I could move around freely but for a bigger person GOOD LUCK. The hand towel hoop ended up on the floor. The hand basin very pretty was small and as a female I had no where to place all my toiletries and hair straightener. I had to place it in the sink. 1/10. The shower well the hand held unit kept falling off its hook and when the shower curtain was closed inside the shower was impossible to see 0/10 extremely claustrophobic. I had to request a iron nil in room. I didn’t realise that the Nescafé machine was used to heat the water for tea. The coffee cups were not replaced back into my room after I left them in the courtyard. Breakfast was the main reason why I gave a 3 star. It was amazing !! Best breakfast ever I mean the BEST. I wondered why I paid so much for This hotel? I think it was for the breakfast spread I paid for. 10/10. Value for money $415aud a night 3/10. Yes it’s a pretty hotel but I seriously don’t believe it’s worth it.

We loved this hotel! It’s like staying in a palace. People may be bothered in that your room may not have a window, but it did have an air conditioning unit. The bathroom is tiny and a bit cramped, but there’s good water pressure. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The setting is magnificent with chairs outside where you can watch the sunset. Reception was very helpful in procuring a taxi/guide for us. Not for weak knees as there are lots of steps with no hand rails.
