Our king suite was great very roomy. Sheets were crisp and bed was very comfortable. Lobby is welcoming and staff very friendly.

This place is really nice. It was clean with a really comfortable bed. The staff was great. I didn't have any noisy neighbors. I got there early so I had a good parking spot. Some of the carport parking looked a little tight but I didn't have to deal with it. All in all I have nothing to complain about other than I wish my boss would give me more days off so I could visit again!!!

My bf and I stayed over night as a quick mini get away. The room was nice and clean, as was the lobby and the parking lot. All of the staff were helpful and friendly, the only one who wasn’t was a night desk gentleman when we stopped to ask a question on our way to our room. We waited for him to finish what he was doing before asking for recommendations for places to eat the next day, he was kinda dismissive/boarder line rude. It took a while to get his attention ( which we understood that he needed to reach a stopping place in whatever he was doing) and stopped just short of outright making us feel like we were interrupting him and keeping him from something much more important. Other then that every thing was great and I would 100% recommended!!

Rooms have new flooring, great beds, large space, very clean, I have allot of pollen/other allergies and I woke up totally refreshed! Bathrooms are clean and the most important thing is the price was very affordable, I would stay here again anytime because the staff were super friendly and helpful. Brendan was very friendly. Thank you! The hotel is under new management and they are definitely turning this place around, the Thai food was excellent. And it's very close to downtown but easy access to the interstate. So for us it was perfect.

The staff are all great, professional, and accommodating. The Doubletree cookie at this location is definitely going to heaven, because they baked the hell out of it. When it comes to amenities, this property excels at providing options for drinks and food on location. The bar downstairs is spacious, nice, and drink options are plentiful. The restaurant upstairs does not offer a bar, but does have a menu that’s accommodating to most. My first room smelled like a pack of Marlboro Reds, but the front desk staff were very accommodating and found another room for my stay. Upon arrival to the second room, the layout was in typical Doubletree fashion. The room seemed dated with modern touches, but there was nothing really special that stood out. The bathroom had a combo shower tub and was fairly small but did contain all toiletries that a traveler would need. The bed was clean ( inspected with a black light) and comfortable (if you like firm beds). This room had a work desk, mini fridge, and decent size closet with an electronic safe to keep valuable personal belongings. Overall, I rate this room and my stay as average. Although I have no major complaints I do believe that the average price per night at this property is a little high for the experience beyond checking in. I should mention that this property is in a prime location to many restaurants and things to see and do in the area.

After a very long day on the road we made it to Billings. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. There is an Albertsons grocery store on one side and a KFC on the other. Apparently there is a hospital close by. We did move our car from facing the side street it just didn't feel right. Breakfast was very good. The hot items were prepared and had to be microwaved. We loved the yogurt bar. Good yogurt with lots of fixings. It was Saturday night and if there was a negative apparently the street in front of the hotel was a drag *****. Not the hotels fault. We would stay here again if we're back in Billings
