I enjoyed the hospitality I received while visiting Extended Stay Fremont/Newark. I liked the service provided to me by the front desk staff and the cleanliness of my room. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I would definitely come back for another visit.

We were only in for one night but it was absolutely wonderful. We booked that same day and I was pleasantly surprised at what I got for the price. Joey checked us in and was such a delight, as were the other staff. The room was perfect. Super clean, plenty of room and an extremely comfortable King size bed. We unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy the pool but they said it was heated. The breakfast had so many choices. The parking was easy. Close to many shops, food and convenient access to freeways. All in all it was a great hotel to stay in. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Checking in was no problem. I did ask about the pool hours and was told until 10pm. Of course we were not told that the ”heated outdoor pool.”, as mentioned on their web site was actually not heated, but very cold. This was a reason we chose this hotel.. Upon checkout, I noticed that I was charged more for the first night than what was listed in the confirmation email I had received a couple of days earlier. I tried to explain to her this. She kept saying it was the ”incidental charges deposit” of $50. Well the higher first night room rate was less than that, but no matter how I tried to explain this, she did not understand. I ended up having to call the manager the next day to get it straightened out.

Very friendly staff, makes you feel right at home, very accommodating upgraded my room with no extra charge, clean, quiet and close to good restaurants. I stay here weekly for business and will keep returning.

As a corporate executive of a national carpentry company, my men and their comfort is important to me and my work. The staff has always been more than helpful and polite. Irene who works at night usually is always so happy to assistant at any time of the night. Durning the day I get to be helped by Vai, Jesus, Rudy and Veronica. They are always so polite and ready to assist a with anything I need. A lot of times they help with questions about the surrounding area. The cleaning staff is great and anytime I need any extra cleaning they get right on it. I’d like to finish by talking about the young lady that runs the show. Grace is so sweet and seems to not only Have a great relationship with her staff but loves her job. This shows in how nice our stay is. We stay here off and on because of so much work in the area and I will not even look for another place to stay because I feel at home here with the crew.
