Kara is absolutely perfect. When it comes to customer service she made me feel like I was at home and I greatly appreciate her. She’s one of the best staff here. I came from New York and I was expecting a package and she was looking out for it. She reached out to me direct and I really appreciate her customer service. I highly recommend come in here.

The maintenance staff are amazing and friendly. The front desk person was rude and had a smart comment. The first room I was given the bathroom smelled like urine. I went back downstairs and asked her for another room. She seemed frustrated but assigned me another room. Didn’t tell me where the room was located until I got ready to get on the elevator. I arrived at the second room. It was small, smelly carpet and the room was right by three chairs in which if someone sat there they could look in the room. I was very uncomfortable with the room. I then went to the front desk again, apologized and asked if she had another room available. She huffed and with a frustrating tone said “what is wrong with this room I told her I wasn’t comfortable with it and wanted just to get some rest. She then asked have you used the room. I asked her for clarification on her question and at that point she nastily stated “I need to know if you’ve used the room so I can have it cleaned. I replied “Yes, I washed my hands. I then stated to her “you don’t have to be nasty. I don’t have a nasty tone with you. She then replied “I will give you this last room but if you don’t like this one I will give you a refund and you can go to another hotel.” The third room was much better than the first two I thanked her and informed her the room was great because I didn’t have to be as discourteous in my behavior as she has been to me. It’s not only what you say but how you say it. If it weren’t for the fact that someone else had funded this I would have asked for a refund at that point and walked out. Never in all of my years of staying in hotels have I experienced such rudeness. I will NOT be returning to this hotel.

Our company had the pleasure of working with Marisol L. and Valerie S. on a contract for overflow rooms for our recent user conference in Frisco, TX. Marisol and Valerie provided us with excellent customer service throughout the contract process through the conference. They were very friendly, welcoming, responsive, accommodating, and everything in between. We look forward to working with them when our conference returns to Frisco, TX in March 2025.

Semasa tinggal di Coivd, saya pergi ke ayass untuk ujian. Hotel ini mempunyai pensijilan pembasmian kuman dan semua aspek kebersihan adalah sangat baik. Naik teksi ke tapak ujian untuk 8 dolar dan 9 minit, dari lapangan terbang ke lapangan terbang kira-kira 70 dolar, ke lapangan terbang kira-kira 40 dolar, perjalanan mengambil masa setengah jam hingga 40 minit. Tempat letak kereta adalah percuma. Jika sarapan pagi tidak disertakan, ia adalah 12.95➕cukai. Terdapat pusat bulan Sam di sebelah orang dewasa yang membeli banyak dan makan banyak. Jika anda suka makanan Korea, Breaker Korean boleh mengesyorkan .
