位置，外觀一流，房間設施比較老舊，古董傢具也是大路貨，沒有想象中那麼好，但也不算差。可以開車進酒店，路比較窄，最後一段路有門禁卡，最後提前跟酒店聯繫要密碼，我雖然也是攜程訂的，但是掛在攜程上的小旅行社（貌似香港的旅行社）下的訂單，不會主動告訴你這些注意事項的。關於纜車上下，坐了一下，酒店客免費，需主動出示房卡，記得看好時間表，別錯過末班車。餐廳景色很好，服務也周到，衹是食物一如既往的難吃，哦，我不是說這家酒店難吃，我是說瑞士所有的飯店餐飲都難吃（這家早餐很好，可以早點去，選擇正對瀑布的位置，但正餐真的是一言難盡），難吃是一回事，儀式感十足，一道道菜上得慢，上來跟你解說這道菜用了什麼原料，什麼做法，實際品嘗的話，色香味一缺三，瑞士所有餐廳都是，包括但不限於這家，我老婆就等甜品上完忙不迭地撤退，驚慌失措之下包都忘了拿。有一說一，服務還是非常不錯的，服務員把包給放前台了。羅裏吧嗦講了一通，希望對後面的遊客有用。

My recent stay at this hotel in Switzerland was a terrible experience, to say the least. Entering the hotel with my wife and baby, we encountered several downs that left us in dismay. Upon arrival, the receptionist, who happened to be Indian, informed us that our room wasn't ready for check-in. He kindly suggested leaving our baggage at the counter and advised us to enjoy a drink at the outdoor restaurant, which, as we found out, only opened at 5 pm. This was slightly inconvenient as we were famished after our journey. Heading to the restaurant with a drink in hand, we were met by an Indian male staff member who impolitely told us, ”We're closed!” It was puzzling to see other guests already seated and enjoying drinks, seemingly unaffected by the restaurant's closure. It left us wondering if policies applied differently to us and if being Indian had something to do with it. Despite feeling slighted, I chose not to confront the impolite staff member and headed back to the reception to clarify the situation. To our surprise, the receptionist confirmed that we were indeed allowed to be seated at the restaurant, even during its supposed closure. It was at this point that we were informed that our rooms were ready for check-in. With our lunch plans delayed, I asked if they could hold our luggage while we grabbed a quick meal at a nearby café. I must also mention I was with my wife and 4 months old baby. However, to our disappointment, the receptionist refused, stating that once the rooms were ready, luggage couldn't be left at the counter. The initial delay in room readiness and the sudden urgency to move our luggage left us questioning if we were guests or refugees. It seemed as though the staff prioritized policies over guest comfort. Upon entering our room, we noticed it was filled with unnecessary and potentially dangerous furniture, particularly for kids. Staffs have been trained to warn about the fines and penalties rather than the facilities or services they offer. Could be as they have no such things.

Le 1 octobre ,nous nous rendons dans ce restaurant .Nous vous recommandons de ne pas vous arrêtez là.En effet ,nous commandons mon mari et moi des filets de perche enrobés de pâte à la bière et des frits salade .Quand l'assiette arrive ,elle ne contenait que trois petits filets de perche par personne ,enrobé de cette pâte soufflée très épaisse ,nous faisant croire à l'oeil que c'était la grandeur du poisson ,et bien non une fois la pâte coupée ,il ne restait pas grand chose à manger .sans parler de la facture de 72 francs pour les deux assiettes avec une poignée de frites pas maison, par personne et 6 filets de perche pour deux ,en plus la salade n'était pas comprise dans le prix,il faut rajouter 21 francs .Nous l'avons signalé à la sommelière ,mais personne n'est venu nous demander pourquoi nous n'étions pas content.Je trouve que l'entreprise fait un énorme bénéfice sur le dos des clients,et pourtant nous avons bu une bonne bouteille (réserve du patron) à 46 francs. Pour nous c'est inadmissible .très en colère contre l'établissement

Right on the water with lots of privacy. We had an incredibly good time in this beautiful house. You can walk to Brienz in 20 minutes at the train station, at the boat rental, at the harbour, at the zoo and much more. There is a local brewery less than 5

Wir waren total 16 Personen für 2 Übernachtungen. Alle waren vom Hotel begeistert und wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Insbesondere die Abendessen waren hervorragend. Wir schätzten auch sehr, dass auf die 4 Kinder besonders eingegangen wurde. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass beim Essen auf 4 Personen mit speziellen Allergien geachtet wurde und mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit Alternativen serviert wurden, welche ebenfalls ausgezeichnet waren. Ein riesiges ”Danke schön” für das Engagement, die Kochkünste und auch für den super Service. Wir werden sicher wieder einmal in diesem Hotel übernachten und können es nur empfehlen.
