This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. It was very spacious and the staff were very friendly and approachable. The room was very clean and everything was well prepared. We were also able to check in early as we arrived slightly earlier than planned. Our stay indeed felt like we were in a spa house. No complaints at all. There is a jap restaurant just beside the hotel and it served amazing food and drinks. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Overall a very amazing place to stay. The owners are very nice and friendly. The camping room is very cute and is very suitable for solo travelers or group travelers. Have to walk a bit to the location. Might be a bit inconvenient to walk with a lot of luggage. Will definitely stay again!

This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.

NNicholasClean and simple for a short stay, location is within walking distance to Luodong Station and Luodong Night Market. Staff are super friendly and accommodating and will proactively give recommendations on where to go/eat! 乾淨簡單，適合短暫的旅遊。地點靠近羅東車站和羅東夜市。服務員都很好談，非常親切和友善!

顏顏家榮羅東車站（後站）出口步行不到1分，抵達飯店，周圍便利商店林立，羅東夜市步行7分抵達。選豪華雙人浴缸房，裡面空間很大，開放式客廳，跟床巧妙分開，看電視的人，不用在床上看，影響睡眠品質二樓附有24H，小點心區，提供餅乾，濾掛咖啡包，金棗茶包，茶包等.....還不錯隔音佳用餐時段選擇錯誤，有點負分😱 早餐至隔壁巷弄吃早餐，選擇9點用餐（7-8-9時段，營業到1000時），一進餐廳，供菜區幾乎都空盤，0930時，才陸續補齊全部菜色整體住宿品質（早餐影響），8.5分

PPengguna Tetamu第一次來住宿，整體感覺還不錯。附近沒有什麼便利店，需要開車。飯店有附設停車場，但車位不多，大約10台就沒有位子了。房間整體規劃、色系，感覺舒適；浴室乾濕分離，溫泉水挺大，一下就滿池，溫度也夠。原本訂購沒有早餐的方案，很驚喜！櫃檯竟然贈送兩份簡易早餐，可以選擇送到房內。早餐：吐司厚片、蕃薯、香蕉、飲品。很棒！房間在2樓，隔音上，還是會有車行的聲音，隔壁開關門的聲音，其他還好。

EEuniceWBefore we arrived, I emailed the hotel to require assistance from hotel to check for private charter car service for YiLan and the staff was very responsive and helpful. Upon arrival, front desk staff was a little cold (unlike what people mentioned in the reviews). We were swiftly checked in and could go up to the room. Hotel lobby is very cosy and welcoming, but the rooms are starting to look a little old with moulding and wear and tear. Very large, spacious and clean room. If I'm not wrong, the water to fill up the tub is not hot spring water but just normal tap/shower water. If you're looking for a hotel with with hot spring water, do take note. Location of the hotel is great though. We were very near Jiaoxi bus transfer station and managed to walk to our hotel within 5 mins. There are restaurants and fast food, bar, and a shopping area nearby. Jiaoxi hot spring night market (only open on Sundays) is 4mins drive away and Yilan train station was 10mins on foot. Breakfast service was great! Staff were quick to clear and set up tables without making us feel like we were being chased out. They were also very sweet. On our 3rd morning, we needed to leave to rush for our bus to Taoyuan, we were holding our luggages and they directed us to store our luggages with the front desk first. They saw that we were in a rush and told us that we could let them know if we're would like to take along some snacks or drink to accompany us on our trip. They even bid us good bye. Check out process was smooth with an aloof staff. Felt like he couldn't be bothered.

BBino17Art Spa Hotel -Execellent experience: amazing room, staff, services, hot spring facilities, prime location -unlimited entry into its hot spring areas up to 1h after checkout (outdoors and indoors). Rmb to bring swim wear and swim hat else you can buy in the hotel (which is comparable if not cheaper than the stalls outside). Entry into springs is based on a sticker that can be redeemed at the concierge. There are lockers at NT10 inside if you want to put your belongings. -food wise can walk out, turn right of the hotel walk around 10mins (use Google maps), alot of good stalls on the same way to McDonalds. There is even a supermarket on the way. -Some worthy food mentions:Linjia Guangdong Beef Noodle Restaurant (not a looker, v discreet but we swear the beef noodle soup taste can match big brands and names like the liu shan cough in taipei), 香肠伯（standalone 烧烤摊位), Sinbow scallion expert (order the scallion spiral pizza 葱派，we went back for it 3 times in our 2D1N)

Ppearl lamBest hotel I've went to so far in Yilan! Loved the spacious room and bathroom - was surprised to see two televisions in the room haha. Everything felt luxurious and clean! What's most important is the super King bed - had a really good sleep :) Pretty convenient located nearby restaurants and shops!

RRonaldMost if not all hotels near to Luodong night market are old. New ones are located at Jiaoxi hotspring. Family room with two queen beds are spacious though. Breakfast is ok. Will still return as easy access to Luodong market is my priority.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaFirst of all, this is a very old hotel that has seen truly better days. While maintained well, it has retained it's original furnishings and decor from the 1980s and 1990s. Staying here reminded me of my childhood travelling with my family in the 80s. The actual room does not look anything like the ones shown on the website. The hard floors mean you should wear their slippers or bring your own room slippers. The hot spring water advertised is just hot spring water pipes that go into your bathtub. There is a step that emulates hot spa step in the bathtub. The breakfast was good with nice braised meat and eggs that you can put over your rice or porridge. There's also hot soy milk. But no hot tea, only coffee. The staff look tired but hard working. There was a grumpy older lady receiptionist when we checked in and she was pretty rough in the check in process. E.g. ”if you don't put a number here, and you leave things in the hotel, we'll just throw them away! Just to tell you first.” Room was quite small or cosy, depending on your perspective. The only thing new was the air-conditioner. The TV set had all the settings for channels but none worked. Internet wifi was not quite working too.

日日本旅遊中毒Kenaikan harga 440 yuan setiap orang untuk makan malam, bahan-bahannya biasa-biasa saja, rahang ikan tidak dimasak, dan kakitangan perkhidmatan dimaklumkan bahawa tiada tindak balas permintaan maaf dan diam-diam hanyut~ Bilik itu cantik, tetapi tiada pemandangan ~ Pemandangan yang hodoh, dan langsir akan dibuka oleh orang yang berjalan di lereng bukit Memandang ke bawah, kalau hiker pakai skirt pun boleh nampak dari bawah, memang bahaya ⚠️ . Selepas keluar, kakitangan perkhidmatan menghubungi untuk memaklumkan invois bahawa fon huruf besar adalah salah. Sila hantar semula invois dan maklumkan kepada mereka bahawa invois telah didermakan ke kotak derma sebelum menutup telefon.
