這家還滿ok的﹐雖然連住不會有人進來打掃，但物資可以去前台問，衛生間的整潔也ok； 之前看評論說隔音不好，但實際是還好，也可能有用耳塞睡覺；交通很方便，去火車站跟夜市和肉羹都步行5分鐘就到，附近賣手信的店也不錯；員工也會在入院時介紹夜市附近好吃的。 Ps那一棟大樓地下層是**產業的，會介意的單身旅客就不要啦，但是我去幾天都沒碰上過怪怪的人，注意到應該就好

It is one of the best hotels I have stayed in Taiwan. So clean and service is very good. It is also very near to the luodong night market.

房間乾淨整潔，空間很大，風景很好，工作人員全都很有善，還有免費shuttle bus 接送到羅東站和自助餐式早餐。能免費借單車和魚糧到對面的公園遊玩。樓下就有family mart，步行到羅東夜市大概要20分鐘多。

訂了雙人房間 ，被安排到偏座3樓 像民宿一樣，幸好有電梯 每層走廊 有一部公共水機 及公共冰箱 不知道買東西來說會不會被偷？ 反正我沒有嘗試 房間需要用鎖匙開門鎖門 ；電力開製即用，不需要插卡； 又掛鉤 有衣架沒有衣櫃， 洗衫晾衫的話，需要自己拉繩； 溫泉水浸浴來水很快大概十分鐘 就滿，溫度很熱，要同時開冷水。 沒有執房服務，如需要協助倒垃圾， 需要掛牌。 沒有購買早餐 ，樓下就是大街， 購買食物非常方便。性價比合理。

Quite outdated hotel with very basic restaurant. Food very standard. Normal Chinese breakfast good selection. Quite steep terrain so not really recommended for reduced mobility people.

Art Spa Hotel -Execellent experience: amazing room, staff, services, hot spring facilities, prime location -unlimited entry into its hot spring areas up to 1h after checkout (outdoors and indoors). Rmb to bring swim wear and swim hat else you can buy in the hotel (which is comparable if not cheaper than the stalls outside). Entry into springs is based on a sticker that can be redeemed at the concierge. There are lockers at NT10 inside if you want to put your belongings. -food wise can walk out, turn right of the hotel walk around 10mins (use Google maps), alot of good stalls on the same way to McDonalds. There is even a supermarket on the way. -Some worthy food mentions:Linjia Guangdong Beef Noodle Restaurant (not a looker, v discreet but we swear the beef noodle soup taste can match big brands and names like the liu shan cough in taipei), 香肠伯（standalone 烧烤摊位), Sinbow scallion expert (order the scallion spiral pizza 葱派，we went back for it 3 times in our 2D1N)

Good hot spring hotel in the town of Jiaoxi. Eateries around the hotel. 7-11 just near the hotel. Good public hot spring baths. Comes with good breakfast daily. Room is modern design. Rooms come with their own hotspot bath facility. Good to destress after long travels in Taiwan.

a room that i got is not more beautiful like the picture that i see, but is still fine. i order for 6 person but the design of bathroom in that room just make me surprise, have big windows and the bathroom door all from glass. just have the curtain to hide it. but still not a good things and not safety for female.

The best days of the hotel are clearly in the past, but you can tell it was worth its name back then, but my dust mite allergy wasn't triggered which means cleaning is fine properly. The bed is on the hard side. The breakfast was quite satisfactory.

飯店備有下午茶和宵夜點心，當天享用的滷肉飯和米粉好吃又美味，用餐環境有置身於咖啡廳的感受，加上有3隻店貓的陪伴，讓人放鬆有度假空間感受，雖然房間感受到有歲月痕跡，但溫泉泡起來很舒服，總結這飯店的CP好的值得再訪！
