Das Zimmer kostete 75 Euro pro Nacht, das Erlebnis mit wechselnden Nachbarn und Gemeinschaftsbad inklusive. Erwartungen wurden bestätigt. Aufgrund des Preises ist auch die Qualität der Ausstattung zu vernachlässigen. Der Rest war gut: Sauberkeit der Küchenzeile / Klos/ Zimmer, Bequemlichkeit des Bettes, Lage im ersten Stock ohne Aufzug, Größe der Zimmer, tägliche Reinigung und Lage in der Innenstadt. Großer Parkplatz liegt direkt vor dem Fenster. Leider war es sehr hellhörig, was bei weniger rücksichtsvollen Mitbewohnern, die morgens um 6 Uhr den Hund übers Laminat mit Ballspielen auf dem Flur vor dem Zimmer bespassen, Spätanreiser, Frühaufsteher, Nachtpinkler, Schnachern und täglich wechselnden Menschen echt eine Herausforderung ist und den Aufenthalt trübt. Außerdem gab es nur einen gratis Kaffee- und zwei Teebeutel für mehrere Nächte. Der Duschvorhang war eklig. Nächstes Mal wieder weniger „Gemeinschaftslichkeit“ und wo anderes für einen kleinen Mehrbetrag.

Ich habe auf meiner Radreise den Ostseeküstenradweg entlang dort übernachtet. Der Kontakt war unkompliziert und ich wurde sehr nett empfangen. Mein Zimmer lag im Keller und das einzige was mich ein bisschen störte waren die Heiz- oder Wasserrohre, die durch das Zimmer liefen. Die Gastgeber waren gerade dabei eine neue Dusche im Keller zu bauen, was bei der Ankunft noch einigen Lärm verursachte. Da ich aber noch ins Zentrum zurück wollte, störte mich das nicht. Es gab Gemeinschaftsduschen und eine Einzeldusche. Da ich noch alleine war, nutzte ich die Einzeldusche. Ich habe zudem gut geschlafen und mein Rad stand sicher in einer abschließbaren Garage. Nur für Übernachtung und Dusche stimmt Preis-Leistung !

I loved everything about this place, The friendly welcome by not only the couple who runs the hotel but everyone who worked there. Our room was lovely with a nice balcony, roomy and a large bathroom. The bar is well stocked and make som great cocktails. The spa area is very vlean and the pool is well tempered. There is a nice selection of saunas and steambaths. I had two treatments and especially the signature massage by frank was very good. He was not only very skilled but also very pleasant. We ate in Das Grace and James Farmhouse both good and I can highly reccomend Das Grace. Breakfast has a large selection of various breakfast foods and seveal cooked on demand eggdishes. I can highly recomend the somewhat different take on Eggs Benedickt. Also do not cheat yourself from having a piece of cake in the afternoon. My only regret is that I didn't have room for a fill afternoon tea for fear of not being able to eat my dinner. We bumped in to the manageing couple on the street in Flensburg and was touchded by the heart warm way the reconized and greeted us. Thank you for a lovely weeekend - I would love to come back

There is only one reason I didn’t give if five stars and that’s because it was made up for two children with cots rather than beds. But it made no difference to us. My children just used the bedding for the cots and pulled out the sofa bed. This place is brilliant. We booked a hotel and then cancelled it as this looked much better value. It is! We had drinks and light bite food by the harbour which was lovely at the end of a long drive from Sweden. We stayed here on our way to the ferry in Rotterdam. It was such good value for money. Great bed, lovely sofa, dining table, blinds, opening windows and well equipped kitchen with microwave and hon (no oven). Toiletries and great shower and towels. At drone space, side tables, well equipped kitchen and lots of other touches such as nice lamps. We loved it and felt very relaxed for our one night stay. The check in arrangements were so smooth and easy. I loved how organised it all was. This is a gem - more towns and cities need something like this at this price. Very central too. Loads of parking locally. We parked near Hotel Am Fjord as we had bikes on top of the car.

While we had to shell out a huge price for the room, it was absolutely worth it thanks to the mindblowing views from the room and the excellent waterfront location of the property. If only they had higher quality service, the rating could have gone to 5 stars. LOCATION: located right at the tip of the harborfront and steps away from the old town DINE + DRINK: Sweet lobby level bar and restaurant that serves breakfast ROOM: We stayed in Room 419, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Spectacular view of the waterfront and the pretty buildings!; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: No AirCon in the room, but the weather was manageable; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good quality cosmetics FACILITIES: No Gym or pool on site SERVICE: Barely acceptable service that did nothing more than service the requests of the guests and didnt bother to go beyond that HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Medium -speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages
