Asrama di Llandudno

The warmest of welcomes to this home from home guest house. The team were always pleasant and happy to help. They even provided some prosecco for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Breakfasts were excellent, a good choice of different foods, more toast and coffee as required. Good selection of teas, coffer and hot chocolate on the tray in the room.

1- the breakfast was really good. That's the ONLY good thing to happen 2- Damp in the bathroom 3- Mold behind the bathroom taps 4- Shower didn't work. Could only have a bath 5- Wallpaper peeling off the ceiling and wall 6- Curtains not fitted on the rails 7- Window was filthy inside and outside 8- bed was on a tilt ( if I slept on the leaning tower of Pisa I would have been better) 9- My bed had broken slats 10- Other bed was really squeaky 11- Hole in the wall in the bathroom 12- No toilet brush 13- No extra towels ( including hand towels) 14- was told couldn't have breakfast on the Monday when we stayed 15- Never a member of staff when needed them 16- Bar was not open 17- Lift didn't work plus it was way too small for me 18- window didn't close plus other one didn't open. 19- beautiful seaview but have to go up on a step to see it 20- Door is very loud and can't keep it open if needed 21- Loose light fittings above both beds 22- Old blankets in the wardrobes 23- Dirt on top of the wardrobe 24- No bin in the room only a tiny bin in the bathroom 25- Owner didn't seem to like talking to guests 26- unwanted person knocking on my door at 6:18am. See pictures. Not going to be staying here again. Beautiful cats and dog was getting many affection from me

Kami baru sahaja bermalam tetapi semuanya berjalan lancar. Lancar, mesra check in; bilik yang indah dengan ruang yang baik, dua kerusi lengan yang selesa dan pemandangan yang baik, bilik dan bilik mandi yang bersih. Tempat letak kereta adalah mudah. Restoran yang bagus dengan pilihan menu yang baik. Chef jelas menghormati sayur-sayurannya. Melebihi jangkaan.

Stayed in room 116, which is on the 1st floor. It is a front corner room on the main road, despite the location we had no issues with noise, the room was clean and warm. Storm Darragh caused damage to the Cancer Charity shop which was across the road whereby the large shop-sign became detached and went on a journey down the road hitting a few parked cars, the Llandudno Christmas Tree was also a casualty snapping in half late morning. Two chalets on the pier were knocked over, one ending up in the sea!

Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi meja dan cerek elektrik, manakala pengemasan disediakan setiap hari.

On arrival the receptionist was very helpful, Room was clean , beds comfortable ,we found the room very warm and was unable to open the window room 311, not a very view from this room. Hotel was full so unable to get another room . We had evening meal in the restaurant .food was excellent,and our waiter was very helpful. We had breakfast the following morning, but found that the bacon and black pudding was overdone as was the fried egg. But we should of waited for the Fresh cooked food to come out of the kitchen. Idid mention this to the waitress. Breakfast was the only downside to our stay

What a great hotel! Right in the heart of Llandudno. Lovely, clean and very homely. Comfortable beds and spacious. Sue the owner is wonderful. Very welcoming kind and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Will definitely be back the next time we visit Llandudno. Thank you very much.

Booked direct the day before we went, by doing so we got 2 free drinks from the bar, good incentive which we didnt have prior knowledge of. Also got earlier check in. No lift so requested lower floor. Room 109, very clean, great shower, really comfy bed, perfectly adequate for short stay. Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast, everything you would expect except no-one told us there was a table round the corner with juice, cereal and jams, only realised when we saw someone getting something! Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel ini mudah dicari dan kami bernasib baik kerana mencari tempat letak kereta berhampiran hotel. Daftar masuk adalah cepat dan mudah. Bilik itu bersih dan baru dihias dan katilnya sangat selesa. Terdapat kipas dan tingkap besar yang membuka ke tangga sebelah luar. Pemandangan adalah tempat letak kereta dan bangunan. Hotel ini juga mempunyai bar yang bagus. Secara keseluruhan ia adalah penginapan yang sangat selesa. Saya hanya akan mengadu tentang kekurangan wifi di dalam bilik.
