Asrama di Sunderland

I originally booked in Expidia but couldn't find the host and the customerwas service just canceled the booking. I radomly booked this hotel and found out it's the only lucky thing that night. Friendly staff and comfotable room made us have a good rest.

Very disappointed to find on checkout that the supposed £50 swipe they demanded of my card for health and safety was in fact to cover possible damage to the room and would not be refunded until my room was cleaned and inspected if they don’t trust me then I don’t trust them I refused to leave until room had been inspected and my refund authorised

Hotel room absolutely amazing, bed so comfortable, lovely people, I would go again absolutely beautiful, location easy to get there.
