Very good and confortable hotel. Even some improvements could be made , the frendly atmosfere and cleanless is a priority for them. I felt welcomed ! Stayed here a couple of nights on a small group tour of Tunisia. Located in the “tourist district” but nothing here except closed-down hotels. Good sized room and huge outdoor pool. All mod cons - perfectly functional but a bit faded. OK for a couple of nights, but Tozeur is nothing special.

It was a wonderful stay in every aspect. Top class services and the hotel team are outstanding. Comfortable accommodation, super clean, very tasty food, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the desert with great service. Organized excursions Through the hostel it was fancy with the staff of Mr. Shazly and Mr. Nabil as the tour guide. And a wonderful experience in the hotel HAMMAM with a very relaxing massage. Words just can’t explain how truly delightful and special this hotel is. It is just magical and beautiful. Every room is different and warmly decorated for an authentic cultural experience. Having a delicious breakfast delivered to your room was just one of the many ways that makes this place uniquely wonderful. The grounds are like a botanical garden and the staff are friendly and helpful. I wish I could have stayed for the whole week.
