We stayed on the way to Ooty . We chose this hotel as we were reaching there in the midnight. Pros: Easy to locate, near to Bus stand Cons: We had mosquito bites, Bathroom ventilator was open. No space for extra bed. Room is noisy as it is on the main road side.

Bridget is the best thing at this hotel. She goes out of her way to be personable as best as she can. I wish I could remember the name of the lovely *** in the club lounge in the evening...he also is very good at his job and was very attentive to me. A very comfortable and clean hotel. It would be better to give information on check in process. No information was given. Welcome was not done very well. Even in much lower level hotels, they give a welcome drink. We reached to the hotel after five hours of travel by car. The hotel got a plan to arrange airport transport arrangements. However, after several attempts, the hotel failed to assist. The break fast was very good. The room is comfortable. The room should be cleaned better. A lot of hair in the room.

Hotel room is neat and tidy. But staff behavior is bit rude. They enforce strict 12pm checkout for mmt booked customers. Even if we are willing to pay extra 1000- to extend for 5more hrs, they accepted in phone enquiry but rejected when asked in person during checkin.
