Flight arrived around midnight and the free airport pickup was still available. They do not have a WeChat number to call. I do not have a local number so I asked a customer service desk in TFU airport to help me to call the hotel pickup and get the vehicle number. The one that picked me up was 川A DM7885. Great to have this service available from the hotel. They also pick up other passengers from other hotels before dropping us off. Location is good, plenty of food options available until 2am (can choose either right beside the hotel or walk 10 minutes for even more food choices). It used to be a small farming town that got transformed into many hotels to cater to the TFU airport transit passengers. Service staff at night was friendly and helpful, even helping me to plan my transport for the next day. However dealing with the morning shift staff was somewhat unpleasant, since they asked me to cancel my hotel booking in Chengdu because they were trying to persuade me to sign up to their vacation package. Not a good way to do business. The room was basic. Hot water shower in my room was inconsistent, had to wait a long time to get warm water (not hot). The water kettle was leaking a bit when boiling water, which I hope they've already replaced. The corridor lights are sensor operated, and it looks dark until you start walking. The courtyard is nice but also not as fancy as the photos. Overall ok for just 1 night stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night, and I must say that the service was just okay. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, but there were some issues that left me feeling underwhelmed for example having a staff that does not speak English or did not use a translator to clearly communicate about getting a car from the hotel to the airport. The room itself was comfortable, and the hotel's location was convenient. In summary, my experience at this hotel was so-so. It met basic expectations, but there were several areas where improvement is needed, especially in terms of customer service.

昨天黃龍爬到累癱，大巴月亮灣停車場下來走5分鐘就到民宿啦～第二天打車也是幾分鐘就到景區門口，地理位置絕佳。關鍵是這價格真的實惠，我們一大家子定了三間，想着就晚上睡個覺第二天一早就走了，沒想到衞生打掃的很乾凈，裝修風格也很舒服（太累了都忘了拍照了…）。關鍵是老闆人太好了！行李都幫我們搬上樓。最後我們時間沒卡準，為了趕回程大巴，房東還願意幫我們拿了行李開車幫我們送到下一個見九寨的上車點追大巴（大巴師傅人也很好），還一直不肯收我錢，真是人間好房東！有想住民宿的，推薦看看這家

老爸期待已久的小平故裏，今年國慶節，終於帶上一家老老小小十幾口人來小平故裏，特意挑選了鄧家酒店（應該是老鄧家的後裔），酒店價格優惠，環境不錯，距離小平故裏北門很近，走路就七八分鐘。酒店很乾凈，老闆很熱情，裝修也很新，親眼看到的比平台上的照片好看多了，這一點也不吹牛，下麪就是我隨手拍的幾張照片。 爸爸媽媽說這家酒店是他們這幾晚睡得最踏實的一晚，老年人喜歡安靜。我們一家人住在一層樓，四個房間剛好合適，有兩間帶有機麻，晚上還切磋了兩小時，麻將機新麻將也乾淨，總得來說是非常滿意的一次體驗，推薦來小平故裏遊玩的朋友們。

What a special place this is! It's impossible not to fall in love with Emma's charming guesthouse. You feel immediately at home with Emma's family. No question or request is too much- we have never felt so well looked after. It helps that Emma speaks English really well and has a great sense of humour! Highly recommend the home cooked local food too. We will be coming back 🙏❤️

Rooms are spacious. Toilets need upgrade. Aircon and Wifi are acceptable. Location is at the cross road of Chuanzhusi town and road leading to Huanglong scenic area. Lots of eateries in Chuanzhusi town. Owner hardly around.

Location is close to the airport and there are sorted rides , the rooms are big and clean but the most important thing was the staff! The two girls in the front desk were incredibly helpful and kind to us and helped us with everything we needed! Highly recommended

Although it was hard to understand each other at the beginning due to language barrier, we sorted it out. The room was spacious, clean and with a comfortable bed. The only con was that it was slightly smelling of humidity, but nothing too bad. Very good location.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. We could park our bikes under a roof behind the building. Walking distance to the center of Tianquan. There are some cheap restaurants nearby and within 5 min walking on the main road.
