It is a bit expensive considering that kanadukathan is a small town. The hotel was pretty deserted when we stayed (saturday night. Dinner needs to be pre-ordered. Even though we called the property manager he did not mention about this pre-ordering part. The manager also told that the breakfast was complimentary, but after we finished the bf said that was not complimentary. Room and bathroom were good.

We had booked a room for 2 days and then extended for 6 more days! the hotel is on the periphery of the town and midway between the chettinad mansions and the town. Being right on highway, easy to get in and out and surprisingly not noisy at all. Room itself was spacious, clean and had a balcony with the view of open countryside. Our stay was excellent as we loved the culture, history, architecture, food of the area and the hotel stay was very comfortable. The owner and the women workers were very helpful and friendly. Eating options are 5 minutes away, petrol pump is next door. Highly recommend.

My recently stay at Chola Heritage has undoubtedly been one of the most best hotel experiences I had in India.As I entered the lobby,I was greeted warmly by the staffs,who were always attentive and ensure my comfort throughout my stay.The rooms at Chola Heritage was elegantly decorated and well designed.Moreover,the hotel’s location was ideal.Situated within close proximity to several popular attractions,it allowed me to indulge in local culture and heritage effortlessly.In conclusion,my experience at Chola Heritage was wonderful.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a truly remarkable and unforgettable stay, where you can soak up the the unique heritage and experience the warmth of genuine Indian heritage.

Good hospitality, well maintained room, very clean & clear services. Room service excellent, ac tv everything is in good working conditions, parking facility good, food only not available is its available this will be the good one. Overall, comfort stay hotel.

Near to the new bus stand and surrounded by good restaurants which are walkable distance. Has enough car parking. Rooms were clean and front office staff were very friendly. Might be a good option for short stay

This was a last minute stay that I had booked with the property. The place is well maintained and clean. The room was spacious and the bathroom was neat. The staff is also very supportive in helping you get to places. It is about a kilometre or less from the railway station, so very convenient. The hotel organized its own auto driver to drop me off late night. The pricing is very good at less than 3k a night. CONS: 1. Location: other places for alternative food items or temples, or experiencing the local culture is not nearby. You will have to walk a kilometer and a half to get to the main road for the vegetarian hotel and Smart Bazaar supermarket. 2. Food service: Except for tea or coffee, there were no snacks or light eats available in the afternoon. I was hungry since I hadnt had lunch and unfortunately the place had nothing to offer either. Dinner was really late service at 7:45 pm due to a thin crowd. 3. Wifi is spotty and most likely will not be stable.
