What I like If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy a peaceful moment, this place is considered to be one of them. With full facilities served in the middle of the mountain, you can pretty much enjoy nature and feel comfortable at the same time. The breakfast was awesome for those who would like to try Asian food. Staff were friendly and helpful. More info about the location The hotel was not easy to access for the fortravelers who don't have cars because the place is on the mountain. However, you could try to ask the hotel for the service, if they have. What I think could be improved When I entered the room, there was no tissue in the toilet and no tea bag at the minibar. But maybe they have many customers to serve on that day.

優點是三室有客廳，適合家庭出遊，清潔程度還算不錯。缺點是整體的運營團隊缺乏專業性，一是衞生打掃兩天一次，垃圾桶會滋生很多小蟲；二是到了沒有人員迎接，事先也沒有發我密碼箱鑰匙和Wi-Fi密碼，以後按照預訂的地址去找，居然有人入住了，後來不知道哪裡出來個男的，帶着我們入住了與實際預訂相符合的單位（所以郵箱給到的預訂地址是錯誤的）；三是預留電話服務人員英語水平非常糟糕，衹能加了微信打字溝通；四是最後一天竟然讓我們搬離到另一個單位，説她地方看到的是我們訂了兩個不同的單位（前四天一間，最後一天另外一間），我給她看了我地方訂單的截圖，顯示是一間五晚），還是説“you have to move to another villa”, “it is just next to you”，我明確表示不會搬，有問題和我的代理商聯繫，我地方沒有問題，最後表示我們可以繼續住這一間。總體來説，出了服務團隊拉胯，硬件條件總體是滿意的，閑暇時間還可以游泳。

優點：前台對接人員不錯，院子設計確實很不錯！ 早餐屬於點餐類型，還可以的！ 缺點：1：晚上你可以不用睡覺，天上飛機轟炸，邊上馬路車聲轟炸！還有各種小動物！ 2：衞生真的不敢恭維.！浴缸我們入住的時候有螞蟻 被子裏面也有， 3：空調聲音，吼吼，淺眠者別來！ 一晚三千多，是我們十幾天行程中最不值得的！

We are a large group of 9 traveling in Chiang Mai and this villa is perfect for us. All the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The service was also amazing. Lucy and her team arranged all the logistics, and helped us buy local fruits to the house, and arranged in-house massage at a very reasonable price. They also arranged drop off service to the airport for us which is included in the room rate. Overall highly recommend this place if you're traveling as a large group of around 10-12 people in Chiang Mai.

I really enjoyed my stay in the villa. Kat is an exceptional host who takes extra steps to accommodate our needs. The breakfast here is amazing, also we love love love the mango sticky rice. The neighborhood is beautiful and lovely. I will recommend this villa to everyone who comes to Chiang Mai :))) Beautiful stay!

Room and service were smooth and helpful, however, their breakfast was terrible, serve with expired bread, although they give one breakfast for free since only one person notice of the bed bread, others have eaten, and later suffer diarrhea, highly suspicious of the breakfast.

地道蘭納風格建築酒店，主打古樸自然清新，由兄妹三人的程序員大哥從收集木材開始籌備建設，目前已有6棟蘭納雙層木屋，出租車可直達門口，還有個小型停車場。位於古城核心區位置，鬧中取靜環境優雅，我曾在13年前就從一篇介紹東南亞特色小型精品酒店的介紹中得知，這是一家綠色環保且可持續利用理念的酒店。對我而言，房間舒適安逸充滿綠植，本地風味的早餐精緻美味，服務熱情周到就像回到家裡一樣。平日裏店家二姐和三弟在店裡負責引導員工照顧每一位客人，我們喜歡拖鞋進屋的感覺，喜歡在二樓赤腳去衞生間洗漱，房間的空調極佳，燈光温馨舒適，下雨會有打芭蕉樹葉的恬靜，院子裏有兩衹特別可愛的貓，一衹叫嚕嚕它喜歡在餐廳睡覺和維護秩序，另一衹白色小霸王是這個區域的貓王，它喜歡我房間門口等我回家跟我打招呼並且認真的保衞我的鞋子。離開時下雨，服務員小哥來二樓幫我肩扛行李下樓，走去停車場送上車，一直沒讓行李箱落地！有一個壯觀水吧，可以自己選茶燒水泡茶，院子裏有吊牀可以休息，有小水景有魚和三衹小烏龜。早晨有隔壁鄰居家的公雞打鳴叫早，晚上在陽台看着松鼠和小鳥一起陪伴入眠。這是個住下來就不想走的地方，中國客人很少，我覺得每一位碼農，都應該來看看，想象一下自己退休後的生活，哈哈哈

帶着長者小孩去清邁休養和過元旦的 看圖片選了這家別墅 去到很失望 沒有哪個房間和景觀和網上圖片一致的 廳很小 樓梯很陡 房間集中在二樓 都很小 最主要是隔壁在裝修 電鑽每天到五點結束 大廳和陽台的門鎖是壞的 聯繫攜程提前離店 勉強提心吊膽住了一晚 酒店位置比較隱蔽 不開車不建議來 出去很不方便 我們自駕 晚上回去還走丟了 都是小路 還沒路燈 酒店管家倒是蠻好 會點中文
