"Easy to find. Tram ride to hotel from train station so it was super convenient. Newr all attractions! You can decide to walk or take a tram which is right around the corner of hotel. Quite at night and big rooms! Coffee shop in the lobby is also good. People are nice and pleasant. Will definitely stay in this hotel again. Woke up with birds singing everyday :-)"

"ホテルに入る時の暗証番号がわからなかったのですが、ホテルに連絡してホテルスタッフの方が来てくれて無事にはいることが出来ました、ホテルの方はとても感じが良く丁寧に説明もしてくれました、キッチンもあり料理も出来そうです、食器も自由に使って良いとのことでした、コーヒーや紅茶や砂糖などもフリーでありました、お部屋も可愛くて癒されました、トイレやシャワーも清潔で良かったです、安心して過ごせました！"

Anonymous UserThe room was really big, spacious, and clean, and it even had a private bathroom shared by four people. The location is super convenient, really close to the tram stop, and you can get to the city center in just two stops. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

pietoro!The front desk staff are available 24 hours here, and you leave your key with them when you go out. The hotel staff were all very pleasant and efficient, making for a smooth and comfortable stay. The room was practical and had plenty of hangers. You're expected to put the duvet cover on yourself. Both the shared toilets and showers were clean. I stayed in May, and the weather was perfect, but there's no air conditioning in the room, so it might get hot in the middle of summer. In May, the room was lovely and bright with plenty of sunshine! The lobby has vending machines, a coffee maker, and lockers, making it a nice space to relax in.

I highly recommend Histrl Bureau in Zagreb Croatia..facility is alright, but most importantly, the front office people or the receptionists are the best, considerate, humanitarian, kind, & caring receptionists, namely; Lana, Paul, & Katerina. Their customer service skills are by par and exceeds my expectations. Kudos to you guys and I appreciate y’all!

I'm not a frequent hostel-goer, but my stay here was less than impressive despite the high praise it often receives. The 11-person dorm felt cramped, featuring creaky wooden beds placed too closely together. The bedding and air quality left much to be desired. On the plus side, the facilities were decent and relatively clean, including a bar area that seemed underutilized both by guests and outsiders. Considering the £20 per night price tag, there are plenty of other options in Zagreb that offer a better value for the same cost

Location is perfect very close to major attractions. What makes my stay miserable is the noise. They have a bar right down below the rooms on the ground floor. On Saturday you would find yourself feeling like right inde the bar with your heart beat following the music rythm until 3:30am!! My worst experience in my life!

びーこーべIt's a bit far from the station and tourist spots. It was probably about a 20-minute walk, so it's not impossible to get around on foot. There's also public transportation available.
There's a kitchen, and a supermarket nearby. The room's power only works when a key card is inserted, so be aware that your devices might not charge if you're not careful. (Without the key card, all the lights in the room turn off.) This system should really be changed. There's a large locker and a shower-toilet in the room. It smelled nice too.
However, there are no curtains and nowhere to hang clothes.

I was on a layover during my trip and had a night's rest. The room was enough for two people. It was very convenient to wash your face and take a shower with hot water. There was a hairdryer and a few clothes hangers, and it was relatively quiet when sleeping at night. Hygiene is also clean. The guy at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. Just lack of disposable slippers, it is not easy to relax your feet. I wonder if local hotels don’t provide slippers? The overall feeling is good, right?

The bed was clean. Also, the tram station was close and easy to use. All the people at the front desk were very polite.
I checked in late at night and checked out early in the morning, but I think it's enough accommodation if you just sleep and wake up.

Walking distance to Upper Town attractions, including the Lotrščak Tower (Tower of the Robbers' Bell), Kula Lotrščak, and the Church of St. Mark's Church (Crkva sv. Marka). Free breakfast is provided. The common area is large, and the Wi-Fi is reliable.

pietoro!I didn't know the PIN code to enter the hotel, but I contacted the hotel and a staff member came and I was able to enter without any problems. The hotel staff were very friendly and explained everything carefully. There was a kitchen so it seemed like I could cook, and I was told I could use the dishes freely. Coffee, tea, and sugar were also available for free. The room was cute and relaxing, and the toilet and shower were clean, which was great. I was able to stay with peace of mind!
