A decent option for an overnight stay near the airport. It has good air conditioning, two ceiling fans, a shower with hot water, nice bedding and towels. There's a water cooler with hot and cold water (located in the smoking area), and an iron available at the front desk. They immediately provided a plug adapter at reception upon request. The staff are friendly. A taxi from the hotel to the airport costs 10-15 ringgit. Regarding the downsides: you have to take off your shoes at the hotel entrance, but they provide a shoe locker with a key to keep them secure. I was also given a room whose window faced the reception, specifically it was right behind the receptionist's back, but it was quiet at night and I managed to get a good night's sleep, so that didn't bother me.

I've been staying at this hotel for three days now, and I'm here for another night. It's a bit noisy though, the soundproofing isn't great, so I need sleeping pills to fall asleep. However, the value for money is excellent, and the location is fantastic, very convenient for taking the ferry as it's just a few hundred meters away.

I was very satisfied with my overall experience at this hotel! First and foremost, the most convenient aspect was the airport transfer service. The driver was punctual and friendly, making the journey from the airport to the hotel very smooth. I didn't have to worry about transportation or getting lost at all. This service is truly thoughtful, especially for first-time visitors to the city. The hotel's hygiene was also quite impressive. Whether it was the lobby, elevators, or inside the rooms, everything was meticulously cleaned, and the air was fresh with no unpleasant odors. The bed in the room was soft and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and all the towels and amenities were well-stocked, making for a very reassuring stay. The daily cleaning service was also excellent; the staff would proactively clean and replenish daily necessities. The location was also fantastic. The hotel is situated in a very convenient area with many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby. You can easily find food or daily essentials within a short walk. Whether you want to try local specialties or just grab a quick meal, it's incredibly easy. Moreover, the hotel is not far from shopping malls and public transportation, making it convenient for taking a taxi or public bus.

The hostel is very convenient to areas where you can eat and shops too. The room is in an old but gold building which is pretty nice and comfortable. The view from the window was pretty cool✨

Pros: - The bed was soft and comfortable, I slept really well. - The air conditioning was super cool. - The water heater worked well and the water pressure was strong. - Toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, and towels were provided. Cons: - This is a small dormitory-style accommodation. The first floor requires climbing rather steep and high stairs, which is not suitable for the elderly or those with heavy wheeled luggage. - The room had no windows and was very small and compact. The room itself was quite old. - The pillow was too soft and flimsy, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. - The air conditioner was incredibly loud, the loudest ever! - The room was not soundproof at all. I could clearly hear conversations and snoring from the next room. This is not suitable for light sleepers, as the noise disturbance could cause frequent awakenings and insufficient rest. Personally, I slept comfortably, but I was a bit annoyed by the snoring. There's a deposit of RM50, or you can pay in your own currency, which is returned upon check-out (no receipt provided for the deposit). There's also a Heritage Fee of RM4. The service was excellent! The staff member named Subait was lovely and provided great service. The location is quite quiet and not bustling, a little far from Chulia Street and Lb Lane, but close to the jetty.

Loved the location, as it was near quite a number of well-known attractions and food spots and most of them were within walking distance. The room and facilities were decent, and the host was friendly and quick to respond to our requests. Would definitely recommend this inn to travellers looking to explore Georgetown to it's fullest!

The location is convenient, and Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion is just nearby. It's also easy to get to other places by bus. The place is clean and tidy, and both the guests and the front desk staff are very friendly. It's quiet for sleeping. The common area downstairs is also very cozy! The only thing is the cat is always sleeping 💤

Before your stay, make sure to contact the host in advance and send them your booking confirmation from your email. They will then provide you with the entrance door code and room password. You can easily communicate via WhatsApp or WeChat, as the host speaks both Chinese and English. Please remember, absolutely no smoking in the rooms!

1. Location is good. Within walking distance can reach some of the famous spots. 2. For first time guest, it will find difficult to enter to the hostel reception area. The bell not functioning so will need to find the side entrance to go in (need to explore as no indicator show). 3. Did not provide towel. A rental basis which I found that “hostel” should at least provide one and if to renew then charge. For short-term stay do not expect will bring towel. 4. Saw their notice on luggage storage charge and late check-in after 10pm. So does it mean those flight in late better don’t book this hostel. 5. As the hostel just near to the road side so it is clearly hear the motorist and vehicle sounds; very clear as if no reduce of noise at all.

Good customer service👍🏻 We has been delayed to check in after the reception working hours due to some personal issue, but the customer service of hotel was helping us to arrange for other ways to check in when we arrived. Have a short stay here, forget to take photos of the room. Location of hotel is good, able to take grab easily.
