Excellent location - 5 minute walk to Gotemba Premium Outlets with fantastic view of Mt Fuji from hotel room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There’s a nice bath, a cosy area at the ground floor with drinks and relaxing seats at the library for hotel guests’ use. It would have been perfect if the hotel has a fitness room.

Our room was a moderate twin room on 3/F (facing the podium car park which means no view). The room design was good - overall the room size was small (even in tokyo standard - not any bigger) bathroom was even smaller but still provides the essentials that you need. The hotel is more a business hotel which offers everything that you need (free yakult, ice bars, hot coffee, chocolate, ramen, comics corner, and more), hotspring and footbath. Everything you can name, just go and get them/ experience yourself. I appreciated the fact that the hotel has tried to put everything together in a compact space. There are 3 areas for free car parking, each of which is not big - the nearest car park 1 adjacent to the hotel is always full after 6pm. However, there is still no need to panic as another parking area 2 is just nearby (like 2 min walk). Breakfast was just okay - mostly Japanese with limited western choice. Last entry for breakfast is 9am which is very early, making the restaurant always packed during 8-9am. For the 3 nights spent there, our family of 3 had to sit on bar table for 2 days and queue outside to wait for a table (10 mins) on the last check-out day. The waiting was not a very pleasant experience afterall. During the Christmas holiday, the restaurant has also reached its max capacity and life would have been easier for staff and guests if they could extend the breakfast hours till later like other hotels at 10:30am. We will want to try other hotels in Gotemba next time.

Car lovers must come! You will love the hotel setup, car museum and also racing track next to hotel! What can you expect more !! Room is very nice and spacious. I've got Fuji Mountain View. Restaurants here are very good too!! Tried Japan restaurant, reasonable price but very good quality !!

サービスが充実していました。 12階に温泉（露天風呂、サウナあり）があり、夜と朝2回行きました。朝は富士山が見えて良かったです。 お部屋からも富士山が綺麗に見えました。 無料サービスも充実しており、ウェルカムドリンク・湯上がりアイスサービス・夜鳴きそば・湯上がり乳酸菌飲料サービスがありました。 また、お部屋の冷蔵庫にペットボトルの水とゼリーも用意されていて、更に泊まった日がホワイトデーだったのでチェックインの際にもスイーツをいただきました。 朝食も気になったのでチェックインの際、追加しました。 和洋さまざまあり、特に駿河丼が美味しかったです！ 違う地域のドーミーインも気になるので行ってみたいと思いました。

This used to be our favorite summer spot. We'd return at least once a year, for perhaps 4-5 years in a row. However, we hadn't been back for quite a long time. This is what I learned on our most recent visit: The hotel room (I think we had a ”Hollywood Standard Twin) was quite spacious. The beds were large and comfortable, and there is a nice-sized balcony with a generous ocean view. I see some other reviews on Tripadvisor calling the rooms ”old and smelly” -- this has never, ever been my experience, not once. The room seemed exactly as it was over 10 years ago, but that's fine. The colors are soft, muted ”beach” colors and we were very comfortable. On our first night we ate at the ”Melesea” restaurant, which serves French cuisine. We chose the ”Demi portion” course, which was about 9,000 yen (about $62USD with today's exchange rate). We chose it because it wasn't as high priced as some of the other course meals and the portion sizes sounded right for us. There is no question that the ”Demi portion” course was one of the best I've ever had in my life. The chef (Mr. Ohki) is obviously a professional who really understands how to bring out the delicate flavors of any dish, and he is a master at preparing sauces. Everything that was served was outstanding. No, we didn't want to pay that much money per person, but ultimately we made the right choice. We both were extremely impressed. The above two things, plus generally good weather, added up to a good experience. Here, though, are things that you should be aware of: This is essentially a family hotel. That means if you are coming here for peace and quiet, and you make the mistake of coming on a weekend or a national holiday, you can expect lots of screaming children running with abandon down the hallways and fussing in the restaurants and everywhere else. Japanese parents tend to indulge and spoil their little ones. And forget about using the pool, since that's where parents will be staked out the first thing in the morning. If you are a parent, you might find this to be the perfect hotel. If you aren't, and you do not enjoy the boundless energy and noise of children, you will be sorry you booked a room here. So, think carefully about the dates you arrive and leave. As for prices: Although you can get a ”Tokyu Hotel” member card, and although you can find online promotions, the way the hotel makes its money is through its dinners. You are going to pay a lot for them, although there is effort put into them, so, you do feel you are having an ”experience.” But they do not come cheaply. Also, if you don't book your room with breakfast, expect to pay ¥2900 for a ”buffet breakfast.” If you are Japanese, you will love this breakfast; if not, you will find an adequate selection of items for a Western breakfast. But what if you want to go ”out to eat” at night, instead of paying between 10-20,000 yen for a meal? Good luck. Unless you have your own car (and I'd say about 90% of the customers

This hotel is located right in front of Sun Beach. Therefore, we had very good views of the Atami Fireworks which was fired from the sea. We had great view of the sunrise too. The room we occupied was spacious and clean. The buffet dinner was very sumptuous, with free flow of crabs and various seafood. We got to make our own pizza too. The buffet breakfast was good too. The staff members were professional and friendly. There are also bus stops right in front of the hotel, so it's convenient to travel using the frequent local bus to the surrounding areas and Atami Station.

改装前の大浴場は貸し切りでした。よくある使用中は札を裏返してね～ってやつ。今回リニューアルとの事で何年かぶりかに泊まってみたら利用時間は男女入れ替え制で朝と夜の二時間のみ。こちらが時間をあわせないと利用できないし、そもそも大浴場といっても小さい。ロッカーの鍵が二か所しかついてなかった。ちなみに18時過ぎに利用したけどすでに一人利用中。せいぜい3人ほどがマックスなのでやはり気を使いながらの入浴。ただその一人が出た後は少しのんびりできたので部屋風呂入るよりまマシだったと思う。朝食ビュッフェは初めて食べたけど、改装されてて綺麗だし品揃えも料金が700円のわりに良かったと思うけどマクドナルドみたいなカウンターテーブルに椅子はスツールなので軽食なら良いけどビュッフェをゆっくり楽しむって感じではありません。それと小瓶に作られた自家製プリンがあったのは嬉しかったけどデザート用の小さいスプーンがないので底まで全部食べ切れないという(笑)人宿町はオサレなcafeがあるのでそこでモーニングセットの方が良いかもです。あと部屋の窓があかないのは私的にマイナス点。結論として宿泊料金は安いのにいちおう人口温泉の大浴場？つき！？ドリンクサービスもあるしホテル自体に不快感はないので総合評価は悪いとは思わないけどやはり駅からかなり遠いのは難点。いちおう人口温泉にしてるんだから貸し切り予約制ひとり45分500円有料とかにしたほうが満足度が上がるような気がした（それなら遠くても人宿町のオサレなcafeでモーニングしたいのでまた泊まりたい）

大人6人幼児1人で２泊しました。夕食なし朝食のバイキングも豊富で、美味しくいただきました。お部屋も和洋室で使いやすいし、展望の良い大浴場は、ジェットバスが湯音も良く気に入りました。ただ、週末ということもあり、ローソン隣の市営駐車場までの５分ほどの坂道が交通量多いので、注意を要するところです。チェックアウト時はホテル隣の駐車場まで車を回せたので、ラクでしたが。元々予定していた温泉旅行でしたが、ホテル側のお計らいもあり、支援金も活用できてラッキーでした。５歳の子が花火に大喜びしてくれました！

Certainly, Atami New Fujiya Hotel has seen better days. As you can figure from the equipment for the entertainment hall (which is now used as a buffet room) as well as the room doors (which require physical keys), this hotel has aged tremendously. I actually enjoyed both dinner and breakfast buffet. Dinner buffet included all-you-can-drink drink bar with draft beer, local sake, and a wide variety of soft drinks. The hotel divided the customers into a few time slots. Though I was one of the first people to enter the buffet room, I soon realized that I did not need to rush to get in. While the room became crowded at a time, the staff were quite efficient in replenishing food and cleaning up the used dishes and cups. I was able to try 2 out of 3 onsens (11th floor and annex 3rd floor). The corridor to the annex needs to be evened out. I was afraid that some people would fall on the way to the bath facility or buffet. The location, to me, was great. It was within 15 minutes from the beach, and the path to the beach had a lot of shops. I liked that the hotel provided several yukata’s (size and color) to choose from to meet the customers’ needs. My group had small to large people, and everyone found his/her favorite.

I wish I could give it 5 stars! Let's start with the bad - the hotel thought of just about everything except effective soundproofing. It was unpleasant to hear the traffic at all times when in the room even with the balcony closed, but you could find a way to accept it. What really killed it was 2 evenings in a row hearing a kid running above you for .5-1 hr at a time and being woken up in the middle of the night twice because someone decided to enjoy their onsen on their balcony and was talking and laughing loudly. We stayed for 5 nights and the weekend was the worst as the hotel had a higher occupancy rate. Without that...there is no good, there is only great: - Check-in is private, seated in the lobby with welcoming refreshments - Private onsen on your balcony (in addition to the large one for all guests) - amazing! - Room accommodations very well appointed with numerous amenities and very spacious - Parking available on your room level very convenient (not all, but some... we stayed on 4th floor so even exit from garage was available on our floor) - Restaurants - we had breakfast which had great options and service, we also enjoyed a room service for dinner which offered ability to order from multiple of restaurants. We didn't have dinner in the restaurants as we didn't find the menus appealing for all in our party. - Location is great, short walk to most things you'd want to do in Atami, across the street from a beach (not a great one, but people use it) and relatively easy to get out by car (especially if you ignore GPS directions that guide to tiny streets)

知多半島からの旅行の帰りに1泊しました。富士山は朝少しだけしか見えませんでしたが、お部屋の温泉と大浴場の温泉を堪能しました。鉄板焼きの夕食も美味しく、シェフの方とも楽しくお話しさせて頂きました。また機会がありましたら再訪したいと思います。本当にありがとうございました。

Very interesting archetecture, great view of Mt. Fuji and a good price were why we choose this hotel. We arrived around 6 PM and were told we couldn't use the restaurant because we didn't have a reservation. We had to drive back to interstate about 15 minutes to find something, there is nothing at all in the hotel vicinity or even a little snack shop on site! Buses very limited. The front of the hotel was nicely painted and landscaped, but the back with patio was pretty shabby. But it did have seating outside for great fresh air. Parking was free but coming back after dinner the covered parking was all full and we had to park lower level in the rain. The room had a strange layout, a 3-mat room for a passageway (luggage drop?) and a small bedroom that one person could get out of bed on one side, but the other person had to crawl over the middle of the bed in the night to get out. In the closet were 2 hard hats?? In case Fujisan starts spewing ash? I think maybe this room was the staff's emergency room when forced to stay. The public bath was disappointingly small, so got crowded quickly. And the view? Of course it rained so no view of Mt. Fuji at all. Not in the hotel's control, but left us disenchanted... 4-star hotel. I don't think so.

時之栖のイルミネーションは毎年２回は行っていますが、今年は東京に用事があったので車利用で帰り道に宿泊しました。２食付きで宿泊しましたが、夕朝食とも8階で朝食時には富士山が綺麗に見えていました。夕食はすし定食でしたが、疲れていたので美味しく頂けました。部屋はツインを予約しましたが部屋に着いた時には真っ暗でイルミネーションだけ見えていましたが、翌朝は部屋から富士山が大きく見えてびっくりしました。気楽坊の入浴券も頂きましたが、時間の関係で利用しませんでした。また機会があれば利用して明るいうちに富士山を眺めたいです。

焼き立てパンと健康朝食が無料で、ウェルカムドリンク（お酒もあり！）、そして天然温泉まであるスーパーなビジネスホテル。 3人だったので、コネクティングドアが付いてるお部屋を予約しました。 ベッドがとても広く、二人でもかなり余裕がありました。 スマホやipadなどの充電コードがテーブルに備え付けてあったり、ベッドにはUSBコードの差込端子が2つあるのは、とても良かったです。 朝食は感染対策もしっかりされていて、案内の方がテキパキとお客さんを誘導されていました。 メニューの種類も多く、どれも美味しかったです。 特に、焼き立てパンは絶品♡ 他にも枕が選べたり、女性にはアメニティのプレゼントがあったりとサービスも花丸 御殿場インターからも近くて利用しやすいのもポイント高い✨

ワンコ連れで伺いました。突然の連泊でも心良く受け入れて下さって、何せお部屋が広くて綺麗です！ 私は一人で利用しましたが、次回は家族も一緒に利用したいと思いました。 近くに食べる所もコンビニもありますし、とても快適に過ごせます。 ワンコのゲージも有料で貸して頂けたので、急な出張だった私には大助かりでした！ 防音もしっかりしてるのか、他のワンコちゃんの声も全然気になりませんでした。また、仕事でワンコ連れの時は是非ともお願いしたいです。

這是球場的酒店，各方面比國內的五星級酒店都更好，房間面積很大，洗漱用品的品質很好，酒店大堂和其他公共空間的設計和佈置也非常棒！可惜沒有提前預約，沒吃上25週年活動的特色晚餐，以後到日本一定要養成提前預約的習慣。在這個球場打球一直都是在富士山腳下，視野和風景非常漂亮！

Walaupun sesetengah orang mungkin berasa sukar untuk melakukan daftar masuk dalam talian tanpa bantuan meja depan hotel yang 'betul', kami tidak menghadapi sebarang masalah. Kami boleh menyerahkan butiran peribadi kami melalui telefon bimbit kami di mana-mana sahaja pada bila-bila masa sebelum tiba. Kemudian apabila tiba, menggunakan PIN yang dihantar ke e-mel kami, kami boleh memasuki pintu masuk dengan lancar. Di lobi, terdapat tablet, untuk setiap tetamu mengambil gambar mereka untuk pengesahan maklumat yang telah kami serahkan terlebih dahulu. Kemudian kami disambungkan ke pusat panggilan yang bertanya kepada kami beberapa soalan mudah kemudian ia selesai. Kami suka bahawa terdapat aliran percuma minuman panas & sejuk, alkohol dan bukan alkohol, coklat/gula-gula/kacang jepun percuma tersedia. Kami adalah kumpulan 7 orang, jadi kami menggunakan ruang bersama untuk makan kami. Bilik-bilik adalah besar untuk standard Jepun dengan sinki kecil, meja makan dilampirkan. Setiap tempahan disertakan dengan tempat letak kereta. Tempat letak kereta hanya 2-3 minit pemanduan dan kami hanya meletak kereta mengikut nombor bilik kami. Saya tidak boleh lebih gembira dengan penginapan saya di sini dan pasti akan mengesyorkan rakan-rakan untuk tinggal di sini.

The outdoor onsens were stunning but very busy. Free beverages until 5pm. The 2 annex buildings are connected so you don’t have to walk outside. The hotel is very grand. Unfortunately our room was right next to the elevator so I got woken up by elevator noise from 5am and couldnt fall asleep again because of the heavy use of the elevators. Rooms had stunning views of cliffs and the sea

アラ還…子育てもとっくに終わった夫婦です。熱海の花火を観たくて千葉県からドライブ。 日帰りだと年齢的に…と思い、303号室に1泊しました。 『素泊まり』に抵抗があったのですが… お部屋には6畳位のテラスがあり(テーブル&椅子もあります) 熱海駅周辺を散策して買い物した海の幸とお酒をゆっくりテラスで頂きました！ 花火もテラスから、大迫力で鑑賞できました(^-^) お部屋も清潔でしたし、共同のトイレ、洗面所お風呂、リビングルームのとてもきれいで、お掃除も行きとどいていると思います。 温泉もいいお湯でした！ 洗い場は3機しかありませんが石貼りの浴槽は大きいです。 ただ… 大浴場１つしかないので男女、時間で入れ替えせいです。 温泉浴を楽しみたい方には、ちょっと物足りないかもしれません。 でも、違うフロアに24時使用可能なシャワー室がありますので、時間外の浴びることも出来ますよ(但し、温泉水ではありません) リビングルームにインスタントコーヒーやお茶、水、お湯、氷、茶器類も無料でしたので、こちらで作って部屋で飲んだりリビングルームのテラスで景色を観ながら飲んだりしました。 オーナーの方もスタッフの方も気さくで親切丁寧なご対応でした。 また泊まりたい宿です(^^)

6月上旬に1泊お世話になりました。 大雨の日でタクシーに乗るか迷ったのですが、熱海商店街を抜けたらすぐ見える お宿でびっくり！ タクシーに乗らなくてよかった（笑） お宿についたら日帰り温泉（大浴場利用）の方もおられる感じでした。 玄関ロビーは広くてお土産コーナー（売店）や飲料が自由に飲めるスペース がありました。 お部屋は、というと… 新館なのでかなーり建物の奥。エレベーターに乗って3階へ、そこから 左や右や階段があったりとすごく迷う感じ（到着時はお部屋までご案内あり） 新館の「満天」というお部屋をお借りしました。 すごーく広くて快適です。 冷蔵庫やコーヒー・お茶などが飲めるようになっており また、売店に売っているチョコレートや*の和菓子等を置いてくれてます。 アメニティもPOLAで揃えてあり、ベットも広くて寝心地がいいです。 内湯のお風呂は外！ 少し熱めに設定されている感じです。 季節は6月で外はさほど寒くなかったのですが 冬は外だと寒い感じかな。 （簾がある程度なのでお湯に浸かるまでは寒いかも） ひろーいヒノキのお風呂には湯の華が付いてて風流。 景色は家や海が見えます。 とっても綺麗に掃除されていました。 お夕飯は6時（時間は選べました） 食事処の前でお出迎えしてくださったのは可愛いミャンマー出身の女性。 夕飯、朝食の時もずっと立って待っててくれた感じです。 日本語も堪能で、すごく愛想が良くて丁寧な接客して下さいました。 お料理は和食で、とっても美味しいです。塩加減も量もほどよくて残すこともなく 良かったです。金目のお煮つけも上手に作られていて美味しかったです。 朝食は8時にして頂き、選べる干物と湯豆腐やサラダ等… これまた量も程よくて、炊き立てのご飯も水加減もよくて 美味しかったのでおかわりしました！ 南魚沼産のこしひかりじゃないと、という主人が「お米が美味しい」 と言ってました！ （お宿が提供くださったのは山形のお米ですがとても美味しいです） 一つ残念なのは、内湯の簀子の隙間からGが出ます（虫） 部屋に入り込んできたので、 フロントに電話して*虫スプレーをお願いしましたら うまく潰さずに処理してくださいましたが… 大きかったのでちょっと焦りました。 それ以外はとても良かったと思います。 アンケートに答えて、このお宿の入浴剤を頂きました（笑） また次回もお伺いしたいと思ってます。ありがとうございました。

9月にバスツアーで宴会場を利用した時に泊まりたいと思い、誕生日に一泊しました。早めに施設に着き、併設の温泉施設で遊び、チェックイン。フロントスタッフが宿泊名簿を見て当日が誕生日と知り、フリードリンク券をプレゼントしてくれました。部屋はひとりのため山側でしたが、広くて清潔で快適。大浴場も熱海の海が見ながらゆっくり、アメニティも充実。夕食のレストランも美味しく新鮮な海の幸がたくさん。追加で注文した牛タンシチューもフォアグラも絶品。朝食の鯵の開きも肉厚でジューシー。お土産も魅力的な商品がたくさん。また「泊まりたい」と思わせるホテルでした。

It’s located on the top of hill. My mom and I stayed in a deluxe room, which gets nice natural light and has a great sea view. The room was big and it was perfect to chill out with other travel companies who were staying in a different room. Judging from the direction of the sun when I woke up, early risers can enjoy the sunrise. Both dinner and breakfast offer variety of tasty dishes. Staff are very courteous.

This is what I learned on our most recent visit: The hotel room (I think we had a ”Hollywood Standard Twin) was quite spacious. The beds were large and comfortable, and there is a nice-sized balcony with a generous ocean view. I see some other reviews on Tripadvisor calling the rooms ”old and smelly” -- this has never, ever been my experience, not once. The room seemed exactly as it was over 10 years ago, but that's fine. The colors are soft, muted ”beach” colors and we were very comfortable. On our first night we ate at the ”Melesea” restaurant, which serves French cuisine. We chose the ”Demi portion” course, which was about 9,000 yen (about $62USD with today's exchange rate). We chose it because it wasn't as high priced as some of the other course meals and the portion sizes sounded right for us. There is no question that the ”Demi portion” course was one of the best I've ever had in my life. The chef (Mr. Ohki) is obviously a professional who really understands how to bring out the delicate flavors of any dish, and he is a master at preparing sauces. Everything that was served was outstanding. No, we didn't want to pay that much money per person, but ultimately we made the right choice. We both were extremely impressed. The above two things, plus generally good weather, added up to a good experience. Here, though, are things that you should be aware of: This is essentially a family hotel. That means if you are coming here for peace and quiet, and you make the mistake of coming on a weekend or a national holiday, you can expect lots of screaming children running with abandon down the hallways and fussing in the restaurants and everywhere else. Japanese parents tend to indulge and spoil their little ones. And forget about using the pool, since that's where parents will be staked out the first thing in the morning. If you are a parent, you might find this to be the perfect hotel. If you aren't, and you do not enjoy the boundless energy and noise of children, you will be sorry you booked a room here. So, think carefully about the dates you arrive and leave. As for prices: Although you can get a ”Tokyu Hotel” member card, and although you can find online promotions, the way the hotel makes its money is through its dinners. You are going to pay a lot for them, although there is effort put into them, so, you do feel you are having an ”experience.” But they do not come cheaply. Also, if you don't book your room with breakfast, expect to pay ¥2900 for a ”buffet breakfast.” If you are Japanese, you will love this breakfast; if not, you will find an adequate selection of items for a Western breakfast. But what if you want to go ”out to eat” at night, instead of paying between 10-20,000 yen for a meal? Good luck. Unless you have your own car (and I'd say about 90% of the customers

Best time ever while i stay in Japanese-style Room with open-air Bath (No.608) which i booked via Japanican.com. Shuttle service, staff, amenities, room and food was really great. Impressive outdoor onsen in room with sea view, huge and delicious breakfast and dinner with service from Obachan made me feel like going back home and having meal made by mom.

在東伊豆町有有趣、漂亮的海灘風光,在那裡可以游泳,泡溫泉,並且盡情享受美食大餐。我的孩子們非常喜歡海灘,我喜歡酒店,服務員,尤其是稻葉先生,他英語說得非常流利,而且非常樂於助人,有禮貌,也很友好。 酒店提供免費的班車往返於火車站,考慮到小城的坡路地形,這一點對帶着行李的客人來說非常有用,酒店還提供足夠的浴巾,陽傘和沙灘椅,可以帶到街對麪的海灘一整天。在回到酒店大廳之前還有一個戶外的小淋浴,可以先在那裡洗去身上的泥沙。酒店大廳還提供涼拖,可以帶到海邊,沙灘上的沙子雖然細軟,但是烈日照過之後非常燙腳,拖鞋非常必要。每個房間都有迷人的海景風光,冰箱裏還有很多食物,包括瓶裝水和朝日啤酒。 我們的飯菜是私房筵席,友好,可愛的女侍者能夠滿足我們所有的需要,非常專業地服務我們,同時給我們介紹日本人的進餐禮儀。我們去吃早餐以後,酒店服務員就會來到我們的房間,把日式床墊拿走,然後布置起居區,當我們去吃晚飯的時候,他們又會來給我們放置床墊。每天下午都會給我們準備冰水和點心,他們絲毫不介意我們從沙灘上帶回來沙子,而是很快地幫我們清理乾淨。 溫泉非常漂亮,室內的和室外的都有,都是分男女的,能看到海邊的景色。酒店旁邊就有一家便利店,可以買咖啡,零食,中飯。晚上可以在海邊放煙火,孩子們可以玩兒電子遊戲。整個社區非常安全,都是當地住戶。如果房間裏能無線上網的話就更好了,但是,話說回來沒有網絡我們就能更加專註於遊玩和休息了。

The hotel is very close to the Izu-Ōkawa station. You may inform them of your arrival time and shuttle service could be arranged. Upon arrival, we were warmly received and a welcome drink was served. The room came with a private outdoor onsen, which was the main reason of our pick of this hotel. There were two common onsen (each with an indoor and outdoor onsen, so you may say four in total) for reservation (which would then become for private use) and during our stay it was very easy to get in. Basically you could check from your phone or their screen whether they were empty and after you got in, you locked the door. We chose a plan with dinner and breakfast, both served in the room. They were bountiful and consisted mainly of seafood and vegetables, which were specialties of the region. The only downside was that the facilities may be a bit tired. For the same cost there could be newer options. But given all the good sides and for a small-scale hotel as it is, we were fine with that. It was a great getaway from the city.

2022年4月にオープンしたばかりらしくて、綺麗な建物です。ロビーもとても広く、ソファーやテーブルがこれでもかとおいてありました。まるで外国のホテルです。行ったことありませんが、ハワイみたいと勝手に思っていました。 フロントに日の出日の入りの時刻が書いてあるのも良かったです。翌日その時間に起きて日の出を拝むことができました。部屋のベランダの左側が東にあたります。 部屋は全てオーシャンビューで、伊豆の海を一望できます。太平洋サイコーです！！！海がかなり近く、波の音がいつも見えます。晴れていれば、伊豆七島も見えます。あれは何島だろうと地図見ながら予想するのも面白いです。 アメニティーは部屋に歯ブラシだけです。それ以外はチェックインのときにフロントから持っていってください。何がいるかよく分からず、とりあえず全部もらいましたが（笑） プールは時間制です。1時間半入れます。かなり水が冷たかったので、バスタオルがもらえてありがたかったです。夕方入ったのもあり、少々寒く感じました。泳いだわけではないですが、25メートルないくらいの大きさです。景色は素晴らしいの一言です。夕焼け、海、日没・・・ ずっとプールサイドに立っていられました。日の入りとともに戻りましたが、夜はナイトプールが綺麗でした。ライトアップされていました。部屋からプールが見えます。 夕食はビュッフェです。6時から7時半か、7時半から9時を選べます。普通に美味しかったし、品数も多くて満足でした。刺身にえびの姿焼き、サザエのブルゴーニュ焼き、寿司など海鮮三昧でした。刺身何切れ食べたか分かりません（笑）もちろんローストビーフやラフテーなど、肉料理も揃っています。スイーツも充実していて、ケーキやブリュレなどいくらでも食べられました。Tバッグタイプのハーブティーが珍しいと感じました。ワイルドベリーとアフリカンネクターを飲みました。後者の方がお気に入りです。フルーツは、メロンが甘くてサイコーでした。朝食にもあったら良かったです。1時間半満喫したのですが、お子さんがいる宿泊客はそうそうに部屋へ戻っていました。グラタンやエビチリ、シーフードカレーなど、子供も食べられそうな食事もあったと思いますが不思議です。終了時刻間際までいたのは私達ぐらいで、意外でした。 朝食もビュッフェです。前日と同様で、満足です。特筆すべきはマッシュルームオムライスとオレンジのフレンチトーストです。伊豆名産のものだそうです。何度かお代わりしました。朝食も、スイーツが充実していてもりもり食べてきました。山桃のコンポートが印象的です。 露天風呂は夜と朝の二度入りました。チェックアウトで入湯料150円かかるので、たくさん入った方が元取れます。オーシャンビューで、海に浸かっているような気持ちになりました。インフィニティプールみたいな感じでしょうか。 最後に、送迎についてです。駅から歩くのはやめた方が無難です。坂が多く、疲れると思います。無料の送迎は大変ありがたいのですが、時間を守ってほしかったです。車が一台のみなんでしょうか。 駅→ホテルの送迎は事前に電話で予約しました。しかし時間になっても駅に来ず、電話したところ向かっていると言われました。 ホテル→駅の送迎は初日の夜にフロントに出発時刻を伝えました。ところがいざ出発する時間になっても車が見当たらず、ドライバーがあと5分で来るとのことでした。電車の時間もあり、かなりどぎまぎしました。ドライバーは流石プロ、間に合ったのでよかったです。 同行した友達に恵まれたこともあり、楽しい旅になりました。ホテルも総合的によかったです。

大勢のスタッフさんが働いていて、皆さんから元気を頂いた旅行となりました。一大産業感があり、また伺いたくなるような気持ちにさせてくれました。今の時代だからこそ感じる懐かしさと、温泉街の雰囲気、旅行に来たなぁと実感できる時間でした。ありがとうございました。 夜はお腹がいっぱいになるほどの海鮮料理。 朝は気分に合わせてのバイキング。

酒店就在海邊上，離車站是有點距離。但也不算貴，還行吧。9樓是大浴室，那邊到處都是溫泉。有機會還是會再去多住幾天的。

2015年から今まで5回の利用をしている。 接客も内装、ご飯サービスもとても気に入っていたが 前回、(2016年)利用時に女性露天風呂を海側の遊歩道から、見上げながら盗撮する 老人の姿を目撃した気がして4年間ほど遠ざかっていた。 今回(2020年11月)に利用した際、17時ごろに露天風呂を利用したが、やはり 海側の遊歩道を（露天風呂からは海も綺麗に見えるが真下の遊歩道からも丸見え） 歩行している、黒い帽子にマスクをした老人が、女性露天風呂を歩道からずっと 見上げていて、稲取の地元老人による覗きが日常的に行われていることを確信した。 すぐさま脱衣所に戻り、警察に連絡しようと迷ったが、まずはフロントの方が いいだろうと考え、脱衣所の電話からフロントへ連絡した。 「不審な老人が遊歩道を行ったり来たりしながら、海ではなく女性露天風呂の前で建物側をじっと凝視し明らかに女性露天風呂を見ている。電話をかけているこの今も同様の行為を繰り返しているので注意してほしい」 と私の方から告げ、フロント男性の対応は、「わかりました、確認します」とのことであったのでしばらく覗きをしている男を監視していたが ホテルの従業員がその男性の注意はおろか、確認に来ることも無かった。（口だけであった）非常に気持ちが悪く、たまらなかったので、じっと女性露天風呂を凝視している老人に「覗くな！やめろ！」と建物側から怒鳴ったら、やはり覗いていた認識があったのか、小走りで逃げていった。楽しみにしていた温泉が【最悪の体験】となり以降は室内の普通のふろで済ませた。以降、宿に宿泊している間はそのことがずっと気になり、疲れが取れるどころか、こなければ良かったとすら思った。 以上から、下記の改善を強く求む。 １、女性露天風呂を遊歩道側から、見えなくする取り組みを【真剣に】検討すること。 → 4年もの期間があいているにもかかわらず、女性露天風呂を凝視、盗撮する場面に 2回も遭遇したということは、日常的に覗き盗撮が行われているという疑念を確信的にした。それは過去のある日に、老人が散歩中にたまたま女風呂を見上げてみたら、女性の裸体が見れた成功体験から、覗きが日常的になっていると推察する。軽犯罪法に抵触する不法行為であり、行為を行っている老人が悪いことは明白ではあるが、その状況を誘発し、さらに今まで改善をしてこなかった石花海施設側にも責任は多分にあると考える。 ２、宿泊者からの真剣な電話に対して口だけの対応にならないよう、教育を徹底する。 →　女性露天風呂を覗かれているという重大な主張に対して、その状況を確認するためにフロントから30秒ほどの場所にもかかわらず、見回りにいかないなど言語道断である。結果的に、自分で怒鳴って追い払うことになっており、これならば最初から警察に依頼していた方が、覗き盗撮犯にとってもより反省を促せる結果となり、これ以上被害者が増えない方法であったと痛感している。 オズモールでは、年間予約数、口コミとも上位に食い込み、私自身も5回利用した良宿である。それゆえ、20代の若い女性宿泊者が多く、この問題は、早急に対応すべき問題だと考える。もし、石花海関係者がこのクチコミを読むことがあるのなら、私への返信ではなく、まずは宿のスタッフと「女性風呂 覗き、盗撮」に対する対応策を真剣に検討してほしい。 女性の皆さんは、露天風呂に入る際は、道路側からの歩行者に注意することを強く推奨します。 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　2020年11月17日

日本遊住過最滿意的酒店 設施：訂的是榻榻米拐角海景房，房間很大，進門床已經鋪好了。辦理好入住以後可以選自己喜歡的浴衣帶回房間。馬桶蓋感應到人來會自動升起。房間有淋浴房，裏面有浴缸。有電視，衣櫃，冰箱，鞋櫃，化粧台，桌案，最重要的是直接面朝大海。景色很美。 衞生：很乾凈，挑不出毛病。 環境：北川是個非常小的地方，沒有711羅森這種便利店，衹有一個當地人開的非常小的超市，很早就關門了，cash only。 服務：前台有中文服務，非常熱情和細心，我們定了晚餐和早餐，不得不説，體驗和味道都非常棒。辦理入住的時候需要約晚飯的時間，18點和18.30選，早餐在8點和8.30裏選，到點兒去幾樓吃飯前台都會説清楚。到了餐廳以後，會有對應房間的號碼在桌子上，找自己的房間號然後吃飯就行。風景非常好，有一棵歪脖子松樹，配上海景吃飯很有意境。 可以提前告訴酒店列車時間，酒店可以提供接送服務，北川站到酒店的路上有一些坡，路程不遠，不想走路或者有行李箱可以提前告訴酒店接送。商務車很大很乾凈，非常方便。從酒店開車3分鐘就到北川站。 露天温泉和室內温泉真的非常棒。露天温泉可以看到北川站的列車，可以看到星星月亮欣賞夜景，室內温泉是拐角落地玻璃，白天景色很美，晚上一片漆黑，不用擔心私隱問題。 注：我在網上攻略看到有私湯，問了一下前台怎麼約，他説因為運營成本較高，加上人少，去年年底私湯就已經關了。原本2樓的私湯場地換成了和12樓一樣的男女按天數分開泡的湯。
