Perfect location, attached to a very large shopping mall with lots of restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean rooms, an ATM in the hotel and a wonderful infinity pool with sea view.

From the security to the restaurant staff everyone I met are very well manner.I booked for 3 nights stay and because of the excellent service I further extends another 4 nights. My only disappointment was my first booking breakfast was provided and my extended stay at the same price breakfast was not included.

The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, which initially seems promising. However, the taste of the dishes fails to live up to their visual appeal. Most of the items lack distinct flavors, leaving a rather bland experience on the palate. A significant issue we encountered was with the hotel's taxi service. Upon requesting a Kijang taxi to Gorontalo, we were taken aback by the pricing. The hotel charged us an additional 50% commission on the taxi fare, which felt exorbitant and left a sour note on our overall experience. In conclusion, while Aryaduta Manado has the framework to be a top-tier hotel, it falls short in several areas. The lack of cleanliness in communal areas, underwhelming food, and overpriced services are aspects that urgently need attention. For now, it stands as a reminder of faded glory, needing a rejuvenation to return to its former prestige.

Nice to stay here and is coming back again in early December. All the staffs were very friendly and respectful, always showing their big smiles. Location is within walking distance for solo traveller like me. Small money for small room for sure but is tidy & clean, (always provided me with an old towels) bed is comfortable, restaurant setting and breakfast is good (to me), but haven't tried their lunch and dinner yet. Should anybody wanna visit Manado please do not hesitate to consider this place for location, convenience, comfortable and most importantly is safety as a tourist. This is only my personal point of view ok.

always become my favorite hotel in manado when i get break from work or holiday or any staycation with family every weekend.. with wonderfull view directly to manado bay, this hotel has everything.. bring me in sunset with her lagoon pool handmade beach, wide range of swimming pool, and super breakfast in early morning,, how good this property.. except by her gym facilities, litle bit less workout tools however still become favorite about its SPA of Martatilaar in the point of left side building.. thanks MERCURE MANADO

Everything is good for us. After 3 times move from one hotel to another hotel, finally we found a nice hotel with a good price. The only thing bothered us was the sound that we could hear from other room. And the the housekeeping forgot to change into the clean mug and glasses in the room. But the breakfast were nice. Thy provide many varian of food. And the view from our room was also beautiful. We could see the sea and the mountain

Rooms are spacious and clean, strategic location with Indomaret and KFC just across the street. You can find many local dishes nearby too..

Kamar bersih, nyaman, pegawai ramah ramah. Hanya saja waktu kesana, lift ny lagi rusak. Lumayan juga naik tangga ke lantai 3. Tapi untuk yang lain ny bagus semua.

Warm welcome in this guesthouse. The staff is super friendly, help you as much as they can and always give you a hello and smile! The room was clean, not too warm (air conditioning), amenities are available (soap for hands and body), bottle can be filled with water (filtered water). Breakfast is simple but good (buffet) with coffee and tea available.

El hotel está en plena zona comercial con todo cerca, incluido varios centros comerciales pero con mucho tráfico y ruido, genial para moverse por manado, limpio aunque un poco pequeña la habitación.

The first room is teiple bed and we have a problem with the room being too hot. But they move us to bigger room with better AC. Thanks

Hotel tua tetapi dan nyaman. Fasilitas air panas cukup baik.

Bagus tapi usahakan kebersihan ditingkatkan terlalu byk kecoa kecil 😫😫

Hotel ini sangat bagus, perkhidmatannya bersemangat, dan saya pergi untuk aktiviti perniagaan. Lokasi sangat baik. Ia sangat mudah untuk pergi ke pusat membeli-belah, jeti, tepi laut dan Jalan Durian.

+ Kamar nyaman dan bersih. Air panas lancar. Tidak pernah ada serangga + Staf baik dan ramah + Posisi sangat strategis, bisa tinggal jalan kaki ke Mantos dan pantai

印尼人的不靠譜程度在這家店體現的淋漓盡致。訂了2晚，但中間間隔了幾天。結果第一次入住，凌晨三點到店，告訴我沒有放假了，沒有收到我的預訂，打攜程客服，前台又找到了，但花了半個多小時才辦理完，躺倒床上都凌晨四點了。第二次入住説我衹預訂了沒有付費，需要付錢，我拿着訂單説明明已經prepaid了，又找攜程客服。結果説是因為攜程提供的扣費銀行卡酒店不會操作，導致酒店沒有扣成？！真服了，兩次入住，三個前台，沒一個明白人。好在攜程客服服務非常非常及時，雖然沖客服發了兩次火，但感覺主要還是印尼人不靠譜，服了。

Staf sangat ramah..awal masuk salah kamar, tapi staf sangat membantu dan dengan cepat memindahkan ke kamar sesuai pesanan saya..kamar bersih, kamar mandi bersih, AC dingin, hot water berfungsi..sayangnya hanya tidak ada lemari untuk menaruh baju, selain itu mantab
