Great hotel and very highly recommend. The staff were all very nice and helpful to our requests such as early check in of around 9am, and also helping us with luggage storage even after checking out. I would like to thank the staffs who were on duty from 3-5 April 2025, they were very kind and friendly. There location is superb as well as we are located near bus and tram intersection and the tram is just right outside our hotel. It is not noisy as long as u close your windows. There is free still/sparkling water and coffee dispenser. Room is clean and there is a fridge. Highly recommended

Goed verblijf. Prima accommodatie. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Leuke wellness, met heerlijke sauna etc. Goede accommodatie voor een bezoek aan Auschwiz.

When I booked the reservation there seemed no choice for a single gender room. I thought maybe they will arrange so in fact, but I actually got a mixed gender room. This should not be blamed on the hostel of course because I did not confirm that when I checked in. So this is an advice for the future clients that if you want a single gender room, make sure to ask for one when checking in. Otherwise you may get a stinky room after waking up. Overall it’s a nice place. It’s within walkable distance to all attractions (for me). The view on the street was also very nice!

5min taxi away from city centre, comfortable room and friendly staff, will definitely stay again 😊

Great Service and Comfortable Stay I had a wonderful stay, The receptionists were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I really appreciated being able to check in early, which made my trip much more convenient. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, though the view from my window wasn’t the best. Additionally, the location was a bit farther from the city than I had anticipated, but it was still manageable. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent customer service!

La ubicación es excelente y el personal es bastante atento. Las camas son bastante simples en general. De hecho la mía se rompió cuando me fui a levantar (habitación 103). Por suerte no hubo problema en tener otra habitación para pasar la última noche. Pero justo en esa habitación, una de las 2 camas también tenía una de las barras del somier, fuera de lugar (habitación 204). Ahí descubrí que los baños compartidos son super diferentes dependiendo del bloque de habitaciones que te toque. Se escucha bastante ruido en los pasillos y el agua caliente se acaba pronto en hora punta. Aunque se llame ”Aparthotel”, no hay facilidades de cocinar o tener una nevera para guardar cosas frescas. Solamente café soluble y té ***** en la recepción (esto, gratis). En general está bien por la ubicación si vas a hacer excursiones o irte temprano al aeropuerto, pero no es excelente en cuanto a calidad.

Me encantó el alojarme en el barco. Muy cómodo, en una zona muy tranquila, y a un paseo del Castillo de Wawel. El personal, un encanto. Mi camarote era cuádruple, con 2 literas. El baño, pequeño pero suficiente. El agua caliente salía pronto en la ducha. Y aunque el tiempo era frío, en el barco había una temperatura confortable. Tenía una mesa con un par de sillas en mi camarote, pero se estaba mucho mejor en la sala común/comedor de la popa, toda con ventanales. Un lujazo desayunar con vistas al río, al castillo y a la basílica de San Miguel. Con té y café disponible todo el día. Eso si, consejo para quien se aloje: mejor no ir con maletas grandes. :) Más que nada porque el barco está en una zona peatonal, y desde la calzada de la calle hay que bajar escalones hasta el río para acceder al barco. No hay supermercados muy cercanos, pero si restaurantes.

1891 Hotel Garni had everything we required for our trip to Krakow. On the doorstep of all that the Jewish Quarter (Kazimierze) has to offer and a 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town. Lovely modern and fresh hotel. Rooms are of a good size and standard. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful, although very busy each morning. We had a lovely lunch in the restaurant which was excellent value.

Great hotel, great location. Great to come home from a busy day to the spa area. Very clean.
