Excellent hotel, well located, 1 minute from the bus station to visit Coruña, 5 minutes from the supermarket. I had a large and modern room with a sea view, which on my arrival I found it very clean . Many thanks to the housekeeping team, especially Carlos for his professionalism and Claudia who was always smiling and very helpful. Thank you guys. I picked this hotel because I wanted to see what Oleiros was all about, and I was pleasantly provided with quality, comfort and - most importantly - outstanding customer service. With 3 separate 2-week stays between September 2022 and February 2023, I have not been disappointed. The quality matches the brand's rating - they have many different types of hotels in their portfolio. Having the kitchenette here is ideal and economical for morning coffee etc. While there is some issue with noise from within and externally, the management staff is outstanding in understanding and accomodating as possible. The parking availability is tremendous in an area where public spaces are hard to come by. As a solo female traveler I felt safe, welcomed and well attended. Using the business coworking room was a challenge due to others using as their private conference room and speaking full blast on speaker phones, but that is a problem of inconsiderate behavior from individuals. The guestroom room itself is comfortable enough for work and the hotel has a fantastic location for holidaying. I hope to return for longer term in future. Enjoy your stay.

Agradable hotel con una buena situación frente a la playa; habitaciones correcta y bien de limpieza. Desayuno correcto y personal amable pero ¡Ay! no hay servicio 24 horas y en mi caso al llegar una noche nuestra tarjeta para entrar estaba anulada por lo que tuvimos que llamar por teléfono para que abriesen y siguiendo sus instrucciones obtener en una de las máquinas que hay en el hall una tarjeta para acceder a la habitación. Mas tranquilo fuera de alta temporada veraniega en la que puede haber ruido del bar/restaurante que hay debajo y en la que se puede aparcar en la calle sin necesidad de utilizar el aparcamiento del hotel. Establecimiento sin pretensiones en lo que lo mejor es su ubicación.

This hotel has a perfect location, not far from the airport and also walking distance to the beach and the center. The rooms are small, you can hear the noise from streets, I was unlucky to find very dirty glasses and the cleanliness of the room was in general average. Also nothing crazy, it was ok for the night. You have some amenities in a room and also a minibar. Breakfast on the other hand was very good! Also the staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel was good only for a short stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Alda Orzan in A Coruña and was thoroughly pleased with my experience. The hotel’s location on Rua Sol is excellent, placing you within walking distance of Orzán Beach, the city promenade, and many key attractions.
My room was comfortable and clean, offering all the essential amenities. I was lucky to get a room facing the interior courtyard as a couple of guests mentioned during breakfast that the noise from the Lolita Bar across the street was really loud and kept them up.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, enhancing my overall experience. The breakfast was basic but satisfying, providing a good start to the day. I recommend Hotel Alda Orzan for its great service and location but make sure to ask for an inside room and not one facing the street.

Desde que llegamos al lugar y nos fuimos todo ha sido inolvidable ,muy agradable ,el personal del fin de semana de la cafetería la mejor que me he encontrado en mi vida tras muchos años de hostelería y lo más parecido a cuando yo trabajé en las islas Cíes ,super simpáticos y acogedores Juan y Ana ,junto las chicas de recepcion de esa tarde y día siguiente ,la habitación espectacular y cómoda con todo lo que uno necesita ,y el lugar lo más accesible y natural que he disfrutado ,muchas gracias por el servicio y el buenísimo precio a estas alturas del año .Lo hemos disfrutado desde cabo a rabo ,Ribeira mola ,ojalá todo el año fuera así de bueno el tiempo para que todo el mundo pudiera llegar allí.

PPengguna TetamuWe were lucky to stay in this hotel for three nights and could highly recommend it. The room we had was with the direct view on the main square. That is, just a couple of steps away from the Cathedral. The room and the whole hotel felt very new and modern, with great isolation and very clean. The breakfast was standard, but fresh and very affordable (9 euros/person). If you’re staying in Santiago de Compostela - look no further!

SShaun C.Easy to get to from either the airport or train station, prime location on the stunning Riazor beach (if you’re able to, upgrade to a sea view room – the views are spectacular) with plenty of nearby shops/restaurants including a convenience store next door. The hotel has been extensively renovated and you can tell – I especially liked the reception area which had lots of comfy seating as well as computers and reading material. The room itself was excellent – clean, modern and comfortable with all the facilities you’d expect (kettle, mini fridge, safe, hair dryer, large TV), though the stunning view out the window was the biggest plus. Breakfast was fabulous, with sweet and savoury options as well as a cooked offering too. I had a fantastic stay and wish I could have stayed for longer – would definitely return, no questions asked.

PPengguna TetamuI have stayed in this hotel many many times. It has been my favorite place to rest after a couple of long weeks on The Camino de Santiago. The place is centrally located in Plaza de Galicia. The bus from the airport, stops in front of the hotel, making it extremely convenient. The bus station and the train station are a short 10 minutes walk away. The staff, Mr. Victor, Mr. Ramon, Mr. Ramon, and Jessica, make sure everything is great. THANK for everything you have done to make sure my Camino ended with a wonderful experience. Looking forward to be back in 2023!!

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel is older and in traditional styling and opposite the university and sports fields. The rooms are around an inner courtyard. Pros: lovely check in staff who offered bag breakfast due to early check out, connecting rooms available, delicious room service ( although my pricey steak was put on a stone cold slate and arrived cold), good space, openable window, good linen, easy parking on the street outside so did not need to use hotel carpark. Cons: hard bed, no kettle,possibly a bit far out for tourists, took a long time for service phones to answer on Saturday night...clearly their busy night. I did hear and feel a distinct hum from the elevator until sleep time, so perhaps request a room as far from elevator as possible. No BBC, CNN or any other euro channels on tv. Not as good as their Lugo property. Would rate as an average older 4 star hotel.

AAna MALVery convenient location close to Praza de Galicia, walking distance to the city centre and the shuttle to the airport in Rúa do Hórreo. Nice little cafe on the ground floor. Reception is at the first floor. Modern installations and very clean room. We had a balcony so we were able to enjoy the fresh air from Santiago. The bathroom is very spacious and toiletries are included. The bed is very comfortable and the TV is a good size, although we did not use it.

Me and my family have been here for a while often on and come back here because the reach pretty good it's convenient room going I don't have a spot right now but that's why I stay here we tried to extended stay but there was no breakfactivate you couldn't really cook on the hot plate they had it was awful they had a microwave and a refrigerator but it just wasn't the same as this place I don't think I'll make a reservation anywhere else except for that 1 of the Holiday Inn expresses I absolutely love it's gonna be even better when the pool opens

Yes - the hotel is one of smallest I ever seen. Yes, it's noisy. Yes, you can see some items dated. I have seen more expensive (much more) hotels with smaller rooms, more noisy and in worse condition. Yes. It has some limitations: there is no kitchen, no bar, no other amenities. Because of lack of the kitchen, breakfast is buffet only with no warm food. But everything is fresh i tasty. Don't expect any other meals though. Staff is friendly, nice and helpful. Location is excellent - close to public transport, close to old town, but not too close. Shops just outside and plenty of restaurants around. I would definitively use them again. Just one small thing: while wifi signal is decent, they should think of upgrading their internet connection, offered speeds would be sufficient in 2005, not in 2023. Had to switch to 4G to do anything.

PPengguna TetamuIs it a fancy room? No Do they get the basics right? Definitely! Clean, perfect for a short stay. The best feature, without a doubt, was the service. Even though this location is unmanned, communication was seamless and really friendly. And really helpful! From helping me to find out how to get from the airport to the location (even called the bus company to check the timetable), to sending you a list of best places to eat in the area, or recommending how to organise your visit to the city.

Como más positivo destacaría el restaurante brandal que está en su interior. Excelente la comida y también el servicio ( Marcos un profesional de 10 ). Por otro lado una posible mejora sería poner más sombrillas en esa piscina tan grande, para que se pueda disfrutar si hace sol .

RRojasRicardoHay cosas que mejorar que puede que cuesten dinero. Ahí no me meto.Es cierto que los precios son muy económicos y que mas no se puede pedir.
Pero hay cosas que son gratis y le pueden dar la vuelta a este negocio que lo tiene todo para triunfar:
1) Saber delegar, como en casa lucio , el señor mayor ya ha de dejar llevar las riendas a los mas jovenes. Su experiencia es necesaria en terraza con anecdotas y observar la clientela con los ojos de la experiencia.(ESE HOMBRE NOS PODIA ENSEÑAR UNA MONTAÑA DE CONOCIMIENTOS)
2) normas básicas de hostelería, repicar bebidas, preguntar a los clientes si todo está bien, NO PONER LOS SEGUNDOS PLATOS A LA VEZ QUE EL PRIMERO.
3) Sonreír+Educación +sonreir+ sonreir ( nos viene en la nómina....tengamos un dia bueno o no)
4) si llevo un plato lleno siempre vuelvo con uno vacío
5) practicar la bienvenida y la despedida, tanto para el que pide bogavante como para el que pide un cortado.( El del café quizas mañana vuelva a por bogavante)
6)Un muelle para q la puerta del hostal no de portazos.
7) Hay que probar la comida y observar cada dia si nos pasamos de punto de sal.....por ej.
Mis disculpas de antemano porque es muy fácil opinar del toro desde la barrera. Seguro que la realidad del negocio en el dia a dia tiene mucha información que desconozco.
