Hotel dengan Bar di Aalsmeer

Like many guests here, we only stayed for one night before an early flight the next day, but it was a great experience. When we arrived by Uber, my wife and I were planning to just relax, eat in the hotel restaurant, and get up early for the airport. But, when we got in, my wife's arthritis in her knee really flared up after a week's worth of doing a lot of walking on the trip. She was struggling greatly in the lobby. I asked the front desk if they could help out and the manager immediately found a wheelchair we could use to get my wife to our room. He helped her into the chair, pushed her into the room, and helped her get settled in the bed so she could set some rest. And rest we did. The bed was extremely comfortable and even being close to a highway, the room was quiet enough for us to get a great night's sleep. And I guess we could count sheep to fall asleep as there was a literally sheep grazing outside our window. We truly appreciated the care shown to two people who just passed through the hotel because they had a free night certificate. We were treated like we mattered. And we all matter!

The neighborhood in which this hotel lies is very peaceful and quiet - I loved the small canals and waterways that ran along the roads in this area. Check-in was quick. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, shower water was hot, and lighting in the room was adequate and had small reading lights on each side of the bed, which I like. I only had a bagged breakfast since I had to leave before the breakfast hour actually started; it was nice of the hotel to arrange a packed breakfast for me. Unfortunately the first room I was given smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. I immediately requested another room and the Staff was able to give me another room right away. Thank you! The Staff was very nice. A decent hotel for a quick one-night stay. Plenty of free parking options in the area. The hotel has its own parking lot behind the hotel, and if it's full, there are many streets and parking lots surrounding the hotel - all free parking. There are also a handful of restaurants in the area, all within walking distance.

On October15,2022 we had a reservation made with Booking.com for a hotel room in Amsterdam at the Hotel Restaurant de Jonge Heertjes . Our reservation :2865761077 PIN:9811. We arrived late to the hotel because our flight was delayed.The hotel front door was locked and there was a note addressed to us to call a local phone number for help. We did call the number numerous times and banged on the door but no one answered.The taxi driver called the same phone number but there was no answer! It was 1 o’clock am so we drove from hotel to hotel 6 hotels in total until we found an available room to sleep.It happened to be over the weekend and all the hotels were full. A week later I e-mailed the property and managed to converse with Patty Hebing from the “hotel” administration and explained to her our miserable experience with the “hotel”. I send her pictures that I took that night at the closed hotel , I submitted receipts from the taxi that drove us from hotel to hotel until we found an available room and gave her the taxi driver information to contact him! She refused to believe us and she said that the hotel owner was there!!! So she stopped short of calling us liars!!. We asked her to refund our expenses for the night in total of 289.04 euros but she refused to do so!!! THERE IS NO ROOM FOR PEOPLE LIKE THIS IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY!!!

Lovely hotel, nice room. Staff very friendly. I recommend to have the breakfast there. Very comfy bed, air dryer, shampoo and conditioner available. On the other hand, the service of the shuttle bus requires a phone call to book it after you pick up the bags at the moment of arrival. So, if you don’t have a possibility to do that, it’s a big problem. Would be better to do it over a WhatsApp message since there is free wifi at the airport. Keep in mind that it is far from the downtown in Amsterdam and if you need to go there, a shuttle bus from the hotel will take to the airport so you can take the train to the downtown. Also, each trip from the hotel to the airport with the shuttle bus cost 23 euros/room . During our stay, the shuttle bus once came 25 minutes late. The rest of the times they were very punctual.
