Hotel dengan WiFi di Aalsmeer

Like many guests here, we only stayed for one night before an early flight the next day, but it was a great experience. When we arrived by Uber, my wife and I were planning to just relax, eat in the hotel restaurant, and get up early for the airport. But, when we got in, my wife's arthritis in her knee really flared up after a week's worth of doing a lot of walking on the trip. She was struggling greatly in the lobby. I asked the front desk if they could help out and the manager immediately found a wheelchair we could use to get my wife to our room. He helped her into the chair, pushed her into the room, and helped her get settled in the bed so she could set some rest. And rest we did. The bed was extremely comfortable and even being close to a highway, the room was quiet enough for us to get a great night's sleep. And I guess we could count sheep to fall asleep as there was a literally sheep grazing outside our window. We truly appreciated the care shown to two people who just passed through the hotel because they had a free night certificate. We were treated like we mattered. And we all matter!

Had a belter trip from start to finish at this hotel, lady on reception allowed us to check in 2 hours early and was very friendly, housekeeping were always bang on every day, the hotel itself was very clean only a half an hour drive to central Amsterdam, will be visiting again.

On October15,2022 we had a reservation made with Booking.com for a hotel room in Amsterdam at the Hotel Restaurant de Jonge Heertjes . Our reservation :2865761077 PIN:9811. We arrived late to the hotel because our flight was delayed.The hotel front door was locked and there was a note addressed to us to call a local phone number for help. We did call the number numerous times and banged on the door but no one answered.The taxi driver called the same phone number but there was no answer! It was 1 o’clock am so we drove from hotel to hotel 6 hotels in total until we found an available room to sleep.It happened to be over the weekend and all the hotels were full. A week later I e-mailed the property and managed to converse with Patty Hebing from the “hotel” administration and explained to her our miserable experience with the “hotel”. I send her pictures that I took that night at the closed hotel , I submitted receipts from the taxi that drove us from hotel to hotel until we found an available room and gave her the taxi driver information to contact him! She refused to believe us and she said that the hotel owner was there!!! So she stopped short of calling us liars!!. We asked her to refund our expenses for the night in total of 289.04 euros but she refused to do so!!! THERE IS NO ROOM FOR PEOPLE LIKE THIS IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY!!!

This hotel is so close to the airport !! It’s a plus if you just want to be close to the airport but not if you intend to go to Amsterdam . Cosy hotel feels like home . The rooms are decent but super dusty could be better in keeping it clean . The walls are thin too but surprisingly you can’t hear the planes after 10pm which was awesome . Theres a club next door but we were not effected because we were there on a weekday . The surprise was quality of food at the restaurant. The food was good & the service was nice .
