Hotel Dengan Wifi di Samarqand, Uzbekistan

This is one of the most upscale hotels in Samarkand. The staff are incredibly attentive and meticulous, and the food is also excellent. The hotel also features a lovely garden where you can dine, making for a truly wonderful experience.

The location is great, the facilities are great, and everything else is great. However, the breakfast is lacking. It's not enough for vegans. I didn't try the gym, but it says it opens at 8:00, which I thought was too late. But other than that, I was satisfied with everything else.

I liked the guest, the hosts of social, responsive, good breakfast, home, nice place. The sanitary equipment works and TV! All Uzbekistan - the first working TV, listen to local news in the evening. Near Registhan, a pleasant evening prom, got on the most beautiful evening laser show on the walls of mosques, a lot of people, a lot of sights in the walking of accessibility and market. Samarkand is beautiful!

I chose the hotel based on its location. It is very convenient to get to Samarkand City - there are traffic jams in the city in the mornings and evenings. The hotel pleased me with everything, starting with the exterior. Beautiful both inside and out. The room is spacious - with two!!! Very clean! Bed linen and towels are soft and snow-white. The room smells clean! There is a separate temperature regulator in the bathroom, it is super comfortable. For breakfast - a lot of different fruits, a fairly large selection of food, halal food. All the staff are very responsive, but I would especially like to note the young man at the daytime reception, I did not remember his name, to my great regret. Because his attitude towards visitors is better than in a 5-star hotel - responsiveness and customer focus at its best! In general, all the guys are very responsive and professional! A separate plus is the 24-hour coffee shop, where there is a table with USB chargers. The spa complex is quite large, but I did not have time to visit. Although the price of accommodation includes several procedures!!! Sauna and salt room, for example. I will gladly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back myself. Another important point - if you get there by taxi, you must definitely mark the hotel, because there is another location on the map at the same address. Thanks to the hotel for the wonderful impressions of Samarkand!

Отель - небольшой. Находится практически в центре. До основных достопримечательностей Самарканда (Регистан, Сиаб, Шохи-Занда, Гур Эмир, Биби-Ханум) на такси минут 10 и 15-25 тыс сум, в зависимости от времени. Рядом в соседней двери - хорошая самса (популярное место, местные часто сюда наведываются). В шаговой доступности много магазинов и ресторанов. Минусы - отсутствие холодильника в номере, маленькая душевая, очень простой завтрак. Из плюсов - персонал всегда старался помочь, на ТВ кроме многих русских каналов есть также YouTube (не часто встретишь). Разрешили бесплатно поздний выезд (в 17 вместо 12). Отель - в целом рекомендую, за свои деньги - отлично.

The location near the Registan and Timur's Mausoleum is ideal. Located in an old neighborhood, it's wonderful to walk around and experience everyday life. The cleanliness, reception, and room service are all excellent. The Wi-Fi is very good at reception but terrible in the rooms. The pool is shared by families in one-hour shifts, which seems to be culturally appropriate. Both the sauna and the pool are very nice, but you'll need to book in advance.

Top hotel, one of the best in town, with spacious rooms, restaurant, swimming pool (indoor and outdoor), gym and everything you need. The place was clean and we had a confortable experience. I would recommend.

Great location. Walking distance to Amir Timur Tomb and Registan Square. Hotel is very clean. Rooms are so big. Breakfast is very rich and staff is really friendly. They give us luggage keeping service while we are visiting the town after checkout. Highly recommend.

I had a really good stay. The hotel was new, clean and the price was truly reasonable even included the breakfast. The staff was really friendly and kind. I would highly recommend to others. if I travel to Samarkand again I will definitely stay there.

Осторожно! У половины номеров окна выходят на лестницу внутри дома. Наш первый номер располагался на втором этаже с таким окном - самое проходное место, мы не смогли спать утром, так как в 7 утра начали ходить и разговаривать постояльцы и работники - слышно очень сильно. На вторую ночь я попросила поменять номер, объяснила ситуацию, но администратор не любезничала, попыталась нагрубить и поспорить, а на мой вопрос «Почему нигде не написано, что окна выходят внутрь дома?» (я ни за что такой номер не забронировала бы), она ответила, что это у них такой сюрприз для гостей)) По итогу мне дали выбрать из двух вариантов: 1) собрать вещи и идти искать себе другое жилье; 2) доплатить 10$ за номер с окнами на улицу. Мы конечно доплатили, но на вопрос, почему за него есть доплата, ведь это такой же стандартный номер, ответа не было, только не самые приветливые взгляды и предложение выбрать первый вариант)) Сами номера нормальные, все чисто, кроме полотенец (они серые и в пятнах плюс очень сильно жесткие, неприятно ими вытираться) и постельного белья (в первом номере на простынке было много волос, во втором номере все было чисто).
