"An island of warmth and family comfort in Samarkand! I traveled to Samarkand with my mom and staying at Siab Boutique Hotel was the best decision! The location is perfect - Registan, Shah-i-Zinda, Afrasiab Museum, and Bibi-Khanym Mosque are all within easy walking distance. The owners are a wonderful married couple. The husband is a historian and created an amazing sightseeing itinerary for us, while his lovely wife pampered us every morning with delicious, homemade breakfasts that she prepares herself. Housekeeping is excellent, everything is spotlessly clean. The young staff boys are absolute sweethearts - so friendly and always ready to help with anything. We wish this cozy family hotel all the success and prosperity in the world! Will definitely come back!"

"We arrived at 12:30 and Asadbek from the front desk offered us an early check in. The hotel look new and has great amenities. However, when we went down for breakfast / food at 10:15am, we learned that there was no food served between 10-11 am in their restaurant, even though the restaurant claimed to be 24/7 🤷♀️ The room also jumped fuse twice (once a day) , but the engineers came immediately to fix it. Overall, a solid 4 star hotel."

Особую благодарность хочется выразить Фазли, за его тактичность, вежливость, доброту и понимание. Очень много интересного нам рассказал и поведал о местности, быте, интересных местах. Завтраки настолько были вкусными, что мы тратили на него минимум час, разнообразие еды просто великолепное. Уютный и милый отель, местоположение просто шикарное, вблизи площадь Регистан. Множество кафешек и ресторанов. Однозначно, если будем отдыхать в Самарканде, выбор останется за этим отелем на все 200%"

Номер чистый, было все необходимое:чайник, холодильник, кружки, чай,кофе, в ванной было мыло, шампунь,гель, зубные щетки. Есть открытый бассейн с лежаками, за территорией следят(чисто, стриженный газон, высажены цветы). Но вода в бассейне очень холодная). Завтраки вкусные, не смотря на то, что однообразные можно легко комбинировать для себя разные варианты. Очень порадовала местная клубника на завтрак и кофе из кофемашины🥰. Есть красивый ресторан на верхнем этаже, но будьте готовы на выходных там с вечера и до 23:00 громкая музыка, после 23:00 делают заметно тише и сну не мешает)"

The location is slightly away from the old town, but it’s in a calm and newer area near the Silk Road tourist zone, and getting around by taxi is easy and affordable. "We loved the ambience and overall cleanliness of the hotel. The onsite restaurant offers excellent food and attentive service. Although the listing mentions a pool, we didn’t notice one during our stay. A sauna would be a nice addition to the gym. We truly hope the hotel can maintain its pristine standards — special kudos to the female staff member we saw meticulously cleaning the front exterior, brushing fallen leaves and even the red carpet. Breakfast was enjoyable but could be improved with a wider selection of protein or meat dishes. One small surprise was the charge for additional bottled water; had we known, we would have simply purchased water from the minibar. Overall, we would definitely stay here again, especially as the surrounding area is noticeably cleaner and quieter than the Registan area."

"It's a beautiful place, room is clean. However here and then got electric issue, but other than that all is good. Staff is helpful, but they dont return your balance when you pay by cash (in my case is for the tourist tax). Location wise, very strategic. Less than 10 mins walk to samarkand square and to restaurants/store."

No hairdryer was provided, and the towels and bath towels looked very old, almost as if they weren't clean. The room door was incredibly difficult to open and lock; the host explained it three or four times before I finally got the hang of it, but it was still a struggle to operate. Even though Samarkand had already canceled the tourist tax by the time I checked in, the host still charged it. As for breakfast, it was very mediocre.

Beautiful hotel with a wine cellar downstairs, conveniently located 12 minutes' walk from the train station. However, it's a 20-minute taxi ride to the city center. On the downside: it was cold! There was no heating in the room, and we froze at night! (It was 10 degrees Celsius outside, so naturally, it was cold inside too). Our room faced the road, and the noise insulation was terrible! We could hear everything from the street and the corridor! There was a cigarette smell in the room! It seemed like someone had been smoking, and despite airing it out, the smell wouldn't go away! We asked to change rooms but were refused, told there were no other rooms available! Very unpleasant! We did extend our stay by 6 hours for half the price, which was a plus. Pros: The room had everything advertised, including a bathrobe – though only one, even though I booked for two people. The shower was broken; both showerheads (the rain shower too) seemed clogged, and water came out from the side on both, making it very inconvenient to shower. There were only two pillows; four would have been better. Other pros: Decent breakfast with coffee from a machine. The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and cozy. There's an ironing board and iron in the hallway. The beds are comfortable.

The location was good and the hotel was clean. Overall, I would recommend it. The staff were kind and helpful. When I arrived at the hotel with a same-day reservation, they seemed to have prepared a larger room than expected, allowing me to relax comfortably. There is no elevator, but this is a common building structure in Uzbekistan, so it wasn't a problem. The breakfast was sufficient considering it was included in the room rate. There is a currency exchange machine in the hotel, so you don't have to worry if you're short on cash. Finally, be careful with the bathroom facilities in the room.

A true gem in Samarkand! The host, Sanjar, was incredibly helpful and did all he could to make me feel welcome and taken care of. The room is spacious and has a beautiful charm to it, and the location is ideal - less than 10 min to Registan and other major sites. there is also access to a kitchen and everything you need. I did feel the bed was too firm for my liking, but that is just my preference and others may enjoy that for their sleep. Overall an excellent stay and I’d happily book again.

This is a good hotel. We stayed at the Hilton before this, and this hotel is no different in terms of quality. It's clean, and the housekeeping is daily, with excellent staff. The downside (we stayed in March 2026) is that there's absolutely nothing nearby. The fountains weren't working, and neither were the water park, amusement park, or shopping center! In the summer, during peak season, it would probably be wonderful here! But not at any other time of year!

It was an amazing stay (if it’s not for the hiccup) with friendly and attentive staff.! However, I booked the place because of its amenities - bathtub which turns out not able to use. I approached the staff and was told, yes, the bathtub’s drain cover are not available and that was natural. So the bathtub is build only to be an inconvenience, to climb over each time to shower on it not for warmth soaking after long day. So, is it worth the money paid? Nope, you can get better price hotel without bathtub. As I said, I booked for its amenities listed on just to made not available.

The location is just okay. It's about 2-3km by taxi to the main attractions, but the main road outside the hotel is very congested, making it time-consuming to get a ride. The hotel facilities are good, and the decor is very new. In the morning, you can see the distant snow-capped mountains from your room. I really love the bed here; it's soft, cozy, and the largest among the three hotels I stayed at during this trip. The front desk service varies quite a bit. When I checked in, there were two male staff members who were rather indifferent. At the time, there was a Chinese tour group in the lobby, and it seemed someone was injured and needed assistance from the front desk, but they were quite unhelpful. However, the young lady I encountered when checking out was fantastic – very friendly and professional. Her name is Sevinch, and I hope everyone staying here gets to meet this kind front desk staff member.

This place feels more like a small guesthouse than a regular hotel. There is no hotel sign yet, and the building itself is still partially unfinished, so arriving for the first time can be a little confusing. But the location is already properly listed on both Yandex Maps and Google Maps, making it still quite easy to find. It is also only around 1.2 km from Registan Square, so walking there is very manageable. The staff were extremely kind and responsive throughout the stay. They spoke English well and were easy to contact, which was especially helpful since I arrived around midnight. Despite the late arrival, the check-in process was smooth and stress-free. I booked a double room, which did not have a private bathroom and instead used a shared one. The room itself was spacious and clean, although the bed was a bit firm. The hotel also has a shared kitchen, which was very useful during the stay. Overall, a comfortable stay with very kind staff, especially for travelers looking for a more budget-friendly option.

The hostel is located in the Old Town, which is convenient as the bus stop is only a 3-minute walk away. However, it's situated in a small alley, and there's a stretch of road without streetlights when returning from the main square, which felt a bit unsafe at night. The owner was always helpful in solving various issues, for example, when I wanted to boil a couple of eggs in the morning. There's a water dispenser available in the common area, which is handy. The day before I checked in, guests reported no hot water, initially thinking it was due to late-night usage. The next day, it was still cold. When asked, the owner said a circuit breaker had tripped. Once fixed, the water was very hot, so it's important to report any problems promptly. It was advertised as a 4-bed dorm, but it was actually a 5-bed dorm, which was quite a surprise. The owner claimed it couldn't be changed on the platform, a reason I found hard to accept. Even if the main listing couldn't be altered, they could have added a note in the remarks section. Otherwise, it feels like deception, especially for a 'non-refundable' booking where no money is returned. This was the case for both the female and male dorms. With many guests staying, the cleanliness of the common areas struggled to keep up. Also, I didn't seem to find any lockable personal lockers. The owner, who uses a wheelchair, runs this hostel, which is commendable, and the price is good. However, the issues mentioned above do exist. Luckily, I only stayed for one night as a stopover.

Location of the address is inaccurate. Taxis tend to stop at opposite the road. Signage is very small. Need to pay attention to see the blue signage. I like to quietness and quaintness of this hotel, but bathroom facilities wise, it not fulfilling the basic needs of a traveller because of the shower facility. Otherwise, Environment is good, i like especially the outdoor seating space at ground floor. The hot water in the bathroom is very inconsistent. Water flow is very low from the shower head. Sometimes water get very hot and almost burnt my skin many times. Bathroom is very cramp very difficult to get even a proper shower. The staff did their best they can to clean up the place, fix the shower head and offer good service. But the facilities of the shower room needs proper maintenance and servicing, inconsistent hot water supply is frustrating.
