Неплохой отель, новый и в нём всё как положено, пахнет и обслуживание на высоте. Рядом есть магазин. Находится он в пром зоне у «мкада» и прежде чем бронировать из-за аэропорта, посмотрите тот ли аэропорт. В общем зачетный отель

We recently stayed at this hotel and I can't help but share my impressions! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth and smiles. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Not only did they check us in quickly, but they were also happy to answer all our questions, especially Dildora, who helped us choose excursions and places for dinner. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more comfortable. The rooms at the hotel are spacious and cozy, and the views from the balcony are simply mesmerizing. We enjoyed every moment spent here. Thanks to all the staff, especially the reception team, for their impeccable service and care. You made our holiday truly special! We will definitely be back again!

Small hotel but room was quite spacious . General public areas was tasteful and spacious as well. The staff were most impressive and helpful with our needs. Especially at the concierge, the language skill of the staff there made our visit so much easier and familiar.

Проживали в отеле все очень понравилось. Отличное расположение. Рядом банк, магазины, супермаркет, кафе. Остановка общественного транспорта. В номерах чисто и красиво. Уберали каждый день, меняли полотенца и личные принадлежности. Каждый день в номер ставили 2 бутылки воды. Бронировали с завтраками, все было очень вкусно, при раннем выезде с собой дали ланч бокс очень приличного содержания, поели в поезде, положили с собой нам приборы и салфетки. У нас был номер 203 на втором этаже, порадовало что кондиционер весит не над кроватью а в прихожей, на кровать не дул и было даже его не слышно. Персонал очень вежливый говорит на русском языке, если что то надо все объяснит и подскажет. Также порадовало что не слышно в номере посторонних звуков улицы и соседей.

酒店地理就在火車站旁邊，走路兩三分鐘就可以到。房間寬敞，床睡着很舒服。衞生間有點狹小。如果是第二天趕火車想要輕鬆一點的話，可以入住。早餐中規中矩。前台裹頭巾的女服務員真的是太差了，辦理入住的時候就告訴她攜程預訂的，護照也都給她。她東看西看磨蹭了五分鐘，最後又問了我是booking預訂的嗎？好不容易給了一張房卡讓我去104，我一看房間都還沒打掃。她説現在就是這樣的，又給了一個106，還是沒打掃的。問題是已經下午一點了，即便房間沒有收拾好也不用這樣折騰我走來走去吧？讓我寄存行李先去吃午飯不就行了嗎？給了兩個房間號都是沒打掃的，我建議她能不能先快速打掃一下。她非常堅決的説no，必須下午兩點。ok，兩點沒問題，但是你為什麼不早説呢？折騰我拖着行李來回走是什麼意思？等我四點回來又換成206房間了，説是他們搞錯房間了！另外，關於城市税，這家酒店也是非常神奇。前面住的兩家撒馬爾罕的酒店收取的都是41200，不知道這家為什麼堅持收取62000？難道同一個城市的城市税還不一樣嗎？請攜程協查一下，究竟是多少錢？明碼標價好不好？

Чистый, красивый отель. Месторасположение нормально, тихое место несмотря на то, что рядом небольшая мечеть. У меня номер на - 1 этаже, окна были во двор. Вайфай хорошо работал, телевизор с российскими каналами, в номере была вода в бутылках, чайник, чай зеленый. Кондиционер тоже есть. До Регистана, мечети Биби-Ханум и сиабского базара 10 минут неспешным шагом. Персонал приветливый, помогли с заказом такси. Завтраки на террасе наверху. Наверное вид красивый, но у меня был поезд рано утром, попросила ланч-бокс. Собрали достаточно сытный завтрак с сендвичем, йогуртом, фруктами и водой.

Excellent location, generous service, and authentic charm near Registan. We stayed at Shahram Plus SH for one night, with a short extension, and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent. It is in a quiet local neighborhood, just a short walking distance from Registan Square, the mausoleums, and the nearby bazaar. It feels peaceful and authentic while still being very convenient for sightseeing. The courtyard is beautiful and traditional, with a charming and authentic design that reflects the local culture. Our room was very large and spacious, easily accommodating three guests. It was beautifully decorated, well heated, and also equipped with air conditioning. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices, which is always appreciated while traveling. The bathroom was spacious and included a large bathtub and a western-style toilet. Free drinking water is available in the basement kitchen area, though guests need to bring their own bottles or cups. One thing we especially appreciated was the generosity of the staff. We explained that we had booked a night train departing after midnight and asked if a later check-out would be possible. They kindly offered us a much later check-out so we could relax and freshen up before heading to the station. We truly appreciated this flexibility. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout our stay and treated us like part of their family. Breakfast was also very good. The dishes were local, freshly made, filling, and delicious. A couple small notes for future guests: the toilet paper may not meet Western European standards, so you may wish to be prepared. Also, the beds are quite firm. If you are a side sleeper, the firmness may take some adjustment. Aside from these minor points, the rest of our stay was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for its location, authentic atmosphere, and the incredible service from the entire staff.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!
