After a few rough nights at a Soviet hotel, words can’t describe how happy I was to see this hotel. The male receptionist was very welcoming when I arrived as he let me check in a bit earlier after a train ride. The breakfast fulfilled my needs as they have fresh fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, eggs, coffee… no complaint. The guy working at the breakfast area was also very helpful. After I finished gym, I went up there. He immediately asked me if I needed water. It shows that he’s attentive. I felt happy staying there. The reason I booked it was the gym. As an active person, I need to work out on my travels. The gym is not fully equipped but it provides with the basics such as a treadmill, a bike and weights. Location wise, it’s not in the center of the tourist spot but it’s walking distance. It took me 15 min to get to Registan. Don’t worry though as Samarkand is pedestrian friendly.

It is a really cost effective, impressive, super clean, womderful view hotel that has great services. I do recomment this hotel to you if you have a car. Nearby there is ”eternity city”, a beautiful lake that you can walk around and enjoy the cool night wind.

Хочу сказать огромное спасибо от имени всех наших дам-сотрудниц Национальной Академии наук Таджикистана, которые остановились с 7 по 9 мая 2022 года у Вас. Гостевой Дом -оформлен по европейскому стандарту, но все же вам удалось сохранить национальный колорит. Мы были восторге от Вашего вкусного завтрака. В особенности радовала отношение обитателей этого Дома -дружелюбные, отзывчивые и очень открытые. Решили что если планировать поездку в Самарканд, то остановиться исключительно в этом Доме. Хотим пожелать организатором, в особенности админу -Абдуазизу удачи! Пусть у Вас все процветает в гостиничном бизнесе, желаем идти только вперед и осуществить надуманное в деле. ВЫ МОЛОДЦЫ!

Самые лучшие воспоминания об отеле! Маленькая семейная гостиница в старом квартале. Тишина и комфорт, шаговая доступность центра, круглосуточно отопление и горячая вода, теплый пол в ванной комнате и оригинальные картины на стенах, выставки антиквариата и полки книг. Идеальные хозяева! Спасибо, до новых встреч, добра и благополучия!

This was a great experience and it was a brand new hotel too located only 2 minutes walk to the railway station. Close to the hotel there is a tram i used every day to go to Registan area and where almost everything you have to see is. This is tram number 2 and the price is only 1500 sum. The breakfast at the hotel is very good and the service too. Very nice people who works at the hotel and they speak english very well. I will recommend this hotel to everyone who read this.

Always my choice when I’m in Samarkand. The hotel owner was very kind to upgrade my room during my stay. Strategic location to many historical places, shops and restaurants. Overall the room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

フロントの男性の方と若い女性の方の対応がにこやかで、困ったことなど相談しやすかったです。ホテルの内装がとても素敵でした。レギスタン広場やシャーヒズインダからは徒歩で20〜30分の場所に位置していますが、yangdex goで便利にタクシーは呼べるので、移動に不便はありませんでした。 次回も利用したいと思います。

Staff at the reception desk were very welcoming and helpful. Arrived at the hotel at 11am and was given early check in which was a lifesaver. Room was average and clean. Service at the restaurant is extremely slow so wouldn't recommend eating there. Otherwise it was a good stay.
