Hotel berhampiran Meet and Work, Abano Terme

Siamo state in giornata per il compleanno della mia migliore amica. Che dire? Il personale è veramente gentilissimo, dalla reception, al bagnino,al personale della sala bar e ristorante. Mai vista negli ultimi tempi una gentilezza cosi e una affabilita verso gli ospiti dell albergo. DAREI 10 STELLE SOLO PER QUESTO. L hotel è magnifico, come magnifica la zona Spa. Piscina interna collegata con quella esterna, idromassaggi, lettini con idromassaggio e cascate cervicali. Bagno turco fatto a grotta veramente strepitoso, sauna, percorso con piogge tropicali e aromi.. stanza con la neve, si ragazzi NEVE😍 Stanza con parete in sale dell Hymalaya e altra sala del silenzio. Docce bagni e spogliatoio pulizia veramente al top. Cibo squisito. si puo scegliere di mangiare qualcosa dal bar o direttamente dal ristorante dell albergo.. i menu sono veramente squisiti e hanno molta scelta. Ci tornerò sicuramente ancora magari con pernottamento e qualche trattamento.. la mattina fino alle 12 disponibile il dispenser con i sali minerali e nel pomeriggio dopo le 16 tisana e acque detox.. tutto incluso nel prezzo.. Che dire.. 10 e LODE. Complimenti ancora al personale per la cordialità e il calore trasmesso🥰

super hotel for service and comfort. Hotel is comfortable and warm with large rooms. We had originally booked the sister hotel but were moved a few days before we were due to arrive. Its location wasnt great for our purpose as we were there to attend the Vicenza Fiera and the hotel didnt provide a shuttle service like their sister hotel but fortunately we arranged transport with other business customers we knew. If you were there for holiday purpose im sure the location is great. The thermal pool is wonderful and all the spa facilities. Restaurant buffet was very good and the bar was great to relax in every evening. Highly recommend .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Plaza hotel Abano Terms, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction from the moment I arrived. The luxurious accommodations and exceptional service made my stay truly memorable. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo hotel per la terza volta nel periodo invernale e ci torneremo ancora. Le stanze sono pulite e confortevoli, l'area termale dotata di piscina interna ed esterna, idromassaggi, sauna, ecc. Il personale è preparato e gentile e il cibo è ottimo e vario. La zona, vicino a Padova, Vicenza e non lontano da Venezia, è ricchissima di siti splendidi da visitare. Anche la cittadina di Abano è vivace e piacevole, con addobbi natalizi davvero particolari.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne klassische Ausstattung. Der Service hat uns leider gar nicht zugesagt. Nicht für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Beim Check-In mussten wir erfahren, dass wir für unsere 5jährige Tochter extra 100,- EUR pro Nacht in unserer gebuchten Junior-Suite bezahlen müssen. Sie benötigt kein extra Bett, frühstückt ein Brötchen und hat in 4 Nächten 3 Handtücher gebraucht. Das Servicepersonal war sehr unfreundlich und hatte trotz allem guten zureden keine Gnade. Bei der Buchung ist etwas schief gelaufen. Ich bin der Meinung, dass ich nach einem Hotelzimmer für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind gesucht habe. Ich hatte mich dann nicht gewundert, dass nur 2 Personen auf der Bestätigung standen, da wir in Deutschland ja per Zimmer und nicht per Person zahlen. Die Dame begleitet uns dann aufs Zimmer. Als wir sie batten ein Lagen über beide Betten zu legen, sagte sie kein Problem, ging und wurde nicht mehr gesehen. Vorher hatte sie darauf bestanden uns ins Zimmer zu bringen und uns alles zu erklären. Uns wurde also weder WLAN noch der wunderschöne SPA Bereich erklärt. Auch beim Frühstück war das Personal sehr distanziert. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass die anderen Gäste viel freundlicher behandelt wurden. Ich denke, wir waren nicht die Zielgruppe des Hotels. Wir werden dorthin nie wieder zurückkehren und ich ärgere mich über die 1400,- EUR, die wir für 4 Nächte bezahlt haben. Wir wollten das Hotel eigentlich nutzen um uns nach langen Messtagen etwas zu erholen. Das war nicht der Fall.

As gorgeous as this hotel has been once upon a time it lost its luster. Great lobby and very pleasant hospitality team, but it lacks modern amenities. We had a great room, two bathrooms and a separate living room. It had plenty of closet space but the drawers did not work properly, because the chest of drawers was over fourth years old. Although both bathrooms are done in beautiful marble it is impossible to take a relaxing shower- the water turns from cold to scalding on its own. The quality of the soaps and body wash is inferior, it was very difficult to wash off the oil after the massage. The shower had is positioned in a way that it splashes all over, one must be careful not to slip. The marble could use some polish, there were numerous spots on the floor. I had a massage and was surprised that my masseuse did not ask me a single question, she slavered me with oil and used warm stones. No was I offered a glass of water or shown to the relaxation room. I just went straight to my room upstairs. The desk in the room is against the wall with no outlets, which makes it hard to use a computer. Breakfast is very basic, not really a five star quality. Very disappointed

Tornata in questo hotel per la seconda volta, pensando di ricevere lo stesso trattamento della volta precedente ma purtroppo non è stato così. Camere molto rumorose! Cque molto bene la pulizia e la gentilezza del personale. Buoni i pasti, anche se ne ho sentito la mancanza del buffet di verdure, almeno quello ci deve essere! Complimenti al bagnino, si prende molta cura della zona piscina.

The website was very deceiving. The building was very old, and needed a good overall on the outside. The grounds needed alot of care, I understand during that time of year it would not be up to par but it was neglected and we could not even explore the grounds because there was tape stopping us from walking around. Speaking of the grounds, it is not nestled in the middle of the forest or mountains. You are in the middle of a town with roads all around and traffic could be seen and hear from my window. I did not have a great view. Concerning the room, it was a shock. It was decorated in old style furniture not modern at all. The sitting area was just room enough to sit facing the closet because we could not turn the chair around because the door wouldn't open. We asked for a twin room and received a double bed. There are 2 guests but it doesn't mean we want to sleep in the same bed!! The only good thing was the size of the bathroom. It was spacious and I appreciated that. Double sinks were great. On the site it sates 3 restaurants are on the premise but please not one only opens in the summer months and another was closed. Which we were not informed off. If you want to eat in the restaurant you need to book in advance otherwise you will not have a spot. Another thing we were not told about. This comes to the reception area. The elderly gentleman was a snob. He did not greet us kindly , nor give us any information concerning our treatments we booked. He didn't tell us about the closed restaurant, nor that we needed a reservation. The only positive was that a young woman who worked there was very helpful with whatever questions we had. She also helped to find a reservation at another restaurant when we couldn't get a spot at the hotel. The treatments..... both pools were small and people didn't share the time between each activity. They would spend so much time at one thing and didn't care that people were waiting on line. The turkish bath could fit 4 people and my shower was warmer. The spa could hold 2 and it was very sad. No heat at all. I had a massage booked and a mud bath. I came away from the massage worst than when I entered and even though the mud bath seemed lovely and the polish lady who was in charge was so kind and lovely, I immediately became sick after it and spent the same day in bed with a stomach bug and vomiting. No, I did not enjoy this spa or thermal bath. I would never return. Definitely do not come with children, it is mostly elderly people and the young kids we saw were miserable.

Hotel pusat beberapa langkah dari kawasan pejalan kaki, tenang, dengan ruang istirahat yang besar dan berperabot menarik. Kawasan kolam besar sangat selesa tetapi bilik wapnya tidak berfungsi. Perkhidmatan penerimaan tetamu yang mesra dan betul. Kami hanya bersarapan di ruang santai yang bagus. Pelayan sangat prihatin dan sarapannya enak dengan berbagai pilihan manis dan gurih, sementara kopi dapat bertambah baik

I stayed at this hotel based on the positive reviews, but was dreadfully disappointed. The indoor pool area was gross - literally hundreds of wet towels piled on top of chaise lounges - I've never seen so many dirty towels in my life. The pool room is dark and dingy, giving off a creepy vibe. The outdoor pools are better, but some are in need of refurbishment. Although it's a health spa, the general health of most of the guests did not look particularly good. The landscaping needs attention as well - overgrown grass and weeds everywhere. The lobby and public areas are clean. The food in the bistro is okay, but low considering the high standard in this part of Italy. Breakfast is another nightmare - not enough food on the messy and disorganized buffet; rude and pushy guests, very low quality food - most looked unappetizing or inedible. The front desk is competent but had to be pressed to do anything a little extra, but the attitude vastly improved when a tip was offered. The rooms are clean and basic - nothing luxurious at all. We had a top level room on the 4th floor, so it was spacious, but the bed was overly firm and uncomfortable. No idea how this is a five star - it seems that a hotel can self classify - it's on par with a large Hyatt in the states.
