The website was very deceiving. The building was very old, and needed a good overall on the outside. The grounds needed alot of care, I understand during that time of year it would not be up to par but it was neglected and we could not even explore the grounds because there was tape stopping us from walking around. Speaking of the grounds, it is not nestled in the middle of the forest or mountains. You are in the middle of a town with roads all around and traffic could be seen and hear from my window. I did not have a great view. Concerning the room, it was a shock. It was decorated in old style furniture not modern at all. The sitting area was just room enough to sit facing the closet because we could not turn the chair around because the door wouldn't open. We asked for a twin room and received a double bed. There are 2 guests but it doesn't mean we want to sleep in the same bed!! The only good thing was the size of the bathroom. It was spacious and I appreciated that. Double sinks were great. On the site it sates 3 restaurants are on the premise but please not one only opens in the summer months and another was closed. Which we were not informed off. If you want to eat in the restaurant you need to book in advance otherwise you will not have a spot. Another thing we were not told about. This comes to the reception area. The elderly gentleman was a snob. He did not greet us kindly , nor give us any information concerning our treatments we booked. He didn't tell us about the closed restaurant, nor that we needed a reservation. The only positive was that a young woman who worked there was very helpful with whatever questions we had. She also helped to find a reservation at another restaurant when we couldn't get a spot at the hotel. The treatments..... both pools were small and people didn't share the time between each activity. They would spend so much time at one thing and didn't care that people were waiting on line. The turkish bath could fit 4 people and my shower was warmer. The spa could hold 2 and it was very sad. No heat at all. I had a massage booked and a mud bath. I came away from the massage worst than when I entered and even though the mud bath seemed lovely and the polish lady who was in charge was so kind and lovely, I immediately became sick after it and spent the same day in bed with a stomach bug and vomiting. No, I did not enjoy this spa or thermal bath. I would never return. Definitely do not come with children, it is mostly elderly people and the young kids we saw were miserable.

All excellent. Staff excellent and helpful as always Have attended the hotel for 50 years and it has always fulfilled my expectations. Quality of food has always been excellent however I was disappointed to see that certain favourite items have disappeared from the buffet for example the canned sgumbro mackerel/tuna and the pickled shallots make only an occasional appearance whereas used to be daily. Still a quality feast Would heartily recommend this hostel to anyone who wishes to feel they are being entertained and pampered and are residing at a personal luxury residence rather than a hotel Looking forward to my next visit!!! I spent my birthday weekend at the Abano Grand Hotel for the first time and definitely not the last!! First off, the hotel is gorgeous all around. I felt immediately relaxed as I entered the property and welcomed by the highly professional and courteous staff. Secondly, the room, the pool and spa areas, the food and oh my goodness live music performed very well by the young lady and the gentleman (I failed to ask for their names) while I wait for the dining area to open. The piano virtuoso who entertained the guest during dinner and the attentive staff at the dining and breakfast areas! Finally, the best treat of the weekend for me was the spa area served by their amazingly sweet, kind and skilled masseuses (Anna Maria and Anna Maria). Thank you to both Anna Maria's for the excellent customer service and the most relaxing treatments you both have provided with such care! I feel rejuvenated! I must mention one particular lady I met in the hallway (I failed to ask for her name) who got my attention when she stopped me and asked if I would like to change my robe for a size smaller. She then knocked at my door and gave me 2 smaller robes!! I, thank you greatly and apologize that I did not get your name. Someone paid close attention to ensure not only comfort but safety of a guest! I could've tripped over the long robes I had and fallen on the floor or stairs! Again, thank you!!! I will return and will highly recommend!!!!

Hotel well placed and equipped with all comforts. Beautiful pool as well as the sauna and steam room. Great restaurant, friendly and polite staff and reasonable prices. The poolside aperitif is wonderful and doesn't cost a fortune. The pool water temperature is very pleasant and never too hot.

Very nice hotel, very nice staff and offer different great food and vine in the restaurant. Hotel wellness area and private park is nice and clean. I am very liked the room witch is very clean and great view over the hills around Abano terme .

We had another very pleasant stay at the Hotel Terme Bristol Buja in February 2024. The staff is extremely friendly, always approachable and accommodating. The service throughout the hotel is excellent. The hotel complex, although a bit older, is clean and everything works perfectly. The wellness area has been modernized and is a pleasure to use. The food is rich, varied and served courteously. All in all we had a pleasant stay again. Thanks
