For a one night stay it's acceptable. The entire place is very dated but the room was clean enough (just). It's pet friendly so my dog stayed too. Convenient if attending an event at P&J Live.

Hotel staff very friendly. If you needed anything they would bend over backwards to help you. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely be back 😀

Nice location, not far from the airport.

Was an ok stay however I found a towel covered in human excrement stuffed behind the wardrobe in the room which wasn’t pleasant.

The hotel facilities are in an extremely bad state. The building has extreme amount of safety hazard. door are wedged open with fire extinguisher, roll cages are left in corridor with limited space to walk, it not like it was there because someone was cleaning it permanently kept there you have to find your way around it . There is no room service or cleaning, they say it's because of CoVID we are in 2023, no one's wearing a mask, but when it come to getting the room cleaned COVID still exists for them. the only saving grace was the evening staff is extremely kind and helpful. We ended leaving the hotel in 2 days although we were booked for 4 nights. I would only recommend it to solo travelers who just need a place to rest, families and others stay away.

Everything was optimum; however, I would have loved if the internet was included in the package.

The hotel feels very dated, like something from the 1970s, and the room smelled of smoke. The location on a busy highway is not ideal and there are limited facilities nearby although there are good bus links in to the city.
