Exceeded my expectations! The front desk lady was really enthusiastic and proactively upgraded my room. The room was clean and tidy, with a kitchen and balcony, though I didn't use them. The sofa was very comfortable, and the hairdryer was powerful, drying my hair quickly. The location is also convenient, with a supermarket and various snack bars downstairs. Full marks, I'll definitely come again if I have the chance.

Staying here during my layover in Hong Kong far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the border crossing if you're heading to Hong Kong. Plus, there's a large mall right downstairs with plenty of dining and entertainment options.

The room was very clean. The front desk lady was super friendly and provided excellent, thoughtful service. The soundproofing in the room was great, making it very quiet. They even deliver outside food right to your room, which is super convenient. Plus, there are lots of great restaurants nearby! 👍👍👍

The location is fantastic, situated right above the KKone mall. The convenience of having shopping and dining options at my doorstep was a definite plus. While the room itself was satisfactory, downside was the strong cigarette smell that lingered throughout my stay. This was a bit disappointing and affected the overall comfort of the room. Despite this drawback, the hotel's prime location above the KKone mall offers guests easy access to a variety of amenities and entertainment options right at their fingertips.

Mold growing on bedroom ceiling, quite a lot of it. Wanted to change rooms but was told that all rooms had some amount of mold growing there?

Very clean hotel, front desk staff was really helpful . Convenient location with many restaurants, banks, and pubs. And enjoyed the night street food.

Room condition was fine considering the price. The receptionist was very friendly. I visited from abroad, so the language was different and communication was not smooth, but she was very considerate. It was a good service experience. The location of the accommodation was very good. (There is a large shopping mall right below, so it was convenient.)

Nice enough apartments for the price, but I booked this for the gym and pool to Find that I had to pay extra for both which was crap. Would have booked elsewhere if I had known. They need to make this info more prominent. The hot water was never quite hot enough.
