Simple but clean. It’s close to the bus station from and to the train and ferry station. Would be nice if the WiFi signal is more stable

Hôtel très propre,calme avec personnel très sympa. Parking plein et trop petit mais parking public payant pas cher en face . Petit déjeuner complet très sympa et abordable .

Very nice location in the center of Aberdeen and close to the train station. The staff is really nice and a there is a nice bar. The hotel is a bit noisy. In the evening there is noise coming from the hotel bar above. In the morning there is noise coming from the doors of the other hotel rooms because they always shut with a very loud bang. The toilet flush in the hotel room needs some fixing, it could only be activated with some magic. The common room has a free coffee machine - unfortunately it is rather dirty and a little bit broken.

Everything was optimum; however, I would have loved if the internet was included in the package.

Stayed at the Park Inn on a business trip, however after I had checked into my room I became very unwell with flu and a high temperature. I was able to go downstairs and order some soup and returned to my room. At 11pm I needed more water. Rang reception who said would organise a jug of cold water for me. Whilst down there I asked if possible to extend my stay for a couple of hours, so that I may rest longer, which they graciously organised for me as would not be attending the conference I had planned for the next day. I called in the morning and spoke with the duty manager to see whether possible I could get breakfast to my room as was unable to come downstairs. They kindly put together a tray with scrambled eggs and apple juice and delivered it to my room. There is no room service at this hotel so they went all out to help me. The team at this hotel took great care of me when I was so unwell and went beyond what was expected to make sure I was comfortable. I cannot thank them enough for the help and consideration they gave me. Do not hesitate booking this hotel, the customer service was exceptional!

The hotel is in a perfect spot and over from train station so no hiking case around, the hotel is lovely and staff were brilliant, we were on the 4th floor which was very hot with no air con, we asked for a fan and was brought to our room in minutes, the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was big and spacious, our only criticism was no towel hooks, one mirror was to low and the other to high and a woman likes to check how she looks!!, and our cups were dirty they were rinsed not washed, and the room was not very inviting it was plain and boring not even a picture on the wall just blank walls, this wouldn't stop me staying here again the food was amazing and breakfast was good and in a good spot....

I stayed in the Premier Inn Dyce Airport for 3 nights. Facilities and service exceptional. Staff are always on hand to assist and are very polite and helpful. Credit to the chef, food was excellent with a variety on offer from the menu for Breakfast and Evening meal. Would recommend a stay here.

This was a last minute booking for one night that I started to regret as soon as I checked the reviews. I booked a single room but was given a large spacious room. The room was clean and the location was excellent. I was able to find on street parking next to the hotel and get a taxi within minutes to attend an event nearby. Union square was just across the road with plenty of options for an early morning coffee before returning home.
