The most disgusting and dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Net curtains and curtains torn, bathroom floor dirty, beds unstable just hell!! The only good thing was Alan in the bar and the receptionist. It stinks, so many homeless people as well that they take in.

After a terrible coach journey from Sheffield I was welcomed by Steve after midnight. My breakfast order was taken and I was shown to my single room No5 on the ground floor. The room was small with single bed, hanging space, draws, hairdryer, kettle & tv. The bed was very comfortable and the curtains blocked out the light. I was woken by a rattling room door. I shoved a chair against it to stop it. I heard no road noise. The shared loo & shower room was shabby but the shower was powerful hot & clean. I had clean towels everyday. Breakfast was lovely but basic (no baked beans or sausage) cheese omelet was delicious. I had fresh orange and coffee. Steve was lovely and friendly and chatted every morning. I bought a weekly bus pass and explored Aberdeen all week from this great base and will return. With a little TLC to replace light bulbs & rusty radiators i would have given 5 stars. All in all a lovely traditional B&B

Staff so welcoming and friendly our stay started off great and only got better. On the app you can bid on an upgrade if one is available for your dates for a fraction of the cost which is a great idea. Car parking is available on site. We booked 2 rooms both were huge, spotlessly clean and had all the facilities required for a comfortable stay. We had a suite which was huge with a separate living area and comfy Super king bed. The bar area has a snooker table in it, although closed at 10pm it was made available to residents. Great Location, we were going to P&J Live which is only a 20minute walk away, also convenient to a Tesco Metro and Greggs, if required. It was Dads 50th Birthday and the hotel went above and beyond. The hotel put birthday banners on the door and in the room with a birthday card, which we did not expect and this made our trip extra special. A Massive Thank You to all Staff involved, you helped make this a birthday he will not forget. Will not hesitate to rebook if we are in Aberdeen again, Highly Recommend.

Saya pengembara biasa dan mula menginap di hotel ini setiap bulan tetapi saya sangat kecewa dengan kebersihan bilik. Lebih-lebih lagi dengan wabak COVID yang sedang berlaku. Permaidani penuh dengan serpihan, tuala mandi besar bernoda, terdapat cap jari pada pemegang pintu dan tandas (menunjukkan ia belum dibersihkan). Saya tidak pernah merungut dan membersihkan semuanya sendiri kerana saya terlalu letih dan tidak boleh diganggu untuk berpindah bilik. Tetapi saya telah memilih untuk menginap di hotel lain untuk penginapan saya yang seterusnya dalam masa beberapa minggu.
