Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé et un personnel très très sympathique ! La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

The overall standards fell below my expectations having stayed in various Pullman Hotels this year and being Platinum Accor member. I was not shared the benefits as a member of Accor during check in. The chamber staff overlook for 2 days on topping up the body wash soap in the shower area until i highlighted the situation. The breakfast spread looks very different from the photos shared on their website. The saving grace and person who made the experience for me was Victoire from the restaurant. She was very hospitable with personal touches to ensure all her guest were well taken care. Well done Victoire. Hope to see improvements on my next trip back.

Stayed here for al week. Stay was good, but not consistently good. And certainly not 5-star good (I would say nowhere near 5-stars). Lobby is nice. Hallways on the room smell musty. I agree with the observation that the hotel is dated. Despite renovations. Staff does not speak English very well, you really need to speak French to get things sorted. Breakfast service was very inconsistent. Smoke instance, staff was very task oriented rather than service oriented. No spoons, and if there were spoons they were in a different location every day. Tables did not have napkins, coffee machines not working or out of more milk without staff fixing the issue. No napkins most of the time. My plate was removed, and table was cleared while I went to get some more food. Despite my knife and fork indicating that I wasn’t finished eating yet. Etc. Etc. Hotel is conveniently located in Le Plateau, but there’s not much to do or see in the area. Taxis are abundant. So is Uber. Room was good, with view over ‘the lagoon’. Bidet overflowed the bathroom when used. Would I stay here again? Probably yes. All in all these small inconveniences lead up to the fact that this hotel is not on par for 5-stars. I’ve stayed in 3-star hotels that were better.

Really helpful front desk, Ebenezer and team helped us with directions, organised taxis, a late checkout and in general always available to help us when needed. I’d recommend this as a good business hotel for a base in Ivory Coast, breakfast was also great

I have been plenty of times in this hotel and it is always a pleasure to come back. The staff is super nice like everyone in the Ivory Coast, they offer delicious juices when you get to the reception. The room are nice, well decorated, big and not noisy. There are many spaces for conferences and for meetings. The menu for breakfast is very wide, they offer plenty of options, even gluten free or vegan. It is located in the plateau which is not the nicest neighborhood but it is very comfortable if you are there for work trip.

Team dynamique Very good hotel that I recommend for business men and even for meetings with these beautiful rooms and a view of the lagoon its makes you want to stay all the time IT team very friendly and responsive to all needs and very professional

I have read a couple of reviews, giving an average to this hotel, so I didn’t expect anything beyond normal. I was surprised how amazing everything worked for me from the minute I arrived up to now (leaving tomorrow). Amazing buffet breakfast, lovely personnel, very good mattresses, good water pressure. The was spotless, with a sort of cozy/modern atmosphere that I liked very much, the ac very good.

I am a regular customer at the Pullman; this time I spent almost two weeks of continuous staying. The staff is polite, well trained and ready to help 5stars… rooms are spacious and attended regularly with full scope (towels changed, water added etc..) 5stars. The restaurant provides a menu with a reasonable variety of food same for the bar. The gym is well equipped and enjoyable avoiding pick hours. During my staying a couple of times I got calls from the customer satisfaction manager to enquire on my.. satisfaction, is a nice touch. Some notes/ need to know: rooms with lagune view are obviously better, however you will be over the swimming pool area and could be noisy during the weekends as there are often parties in the evening with loud music.
