Ini kali pertama saya pergi ke Kaohsiung seorang diri. Hotel ini tidak jauh dari Stesen Kaohsiung. Walau bagaimanapun, agak mengecewakan bahawa sistem penghawa dingin bilik tidak berfungsi dengan baik.

its near in the mrt kaoshung main station,they offer a buffet of taiwanesse food,the staff is english speaking,tgey have gym,bussiness center and laundry area

AC did not work and the temperature was 27 C the whole time. Front desk was notified and they did nothing. They claimed it was working but was on 27 C and got hotter to 28 C . They didn’t offer to switch rooms and amend the situation. Only plus was there was free water.

The location is good, walking distance around 10 min to kaohsiung train station. Most of the night markets and tourist attraction places require transportation by using the MRT. The buffet bf is mostly Asian Chinese food with loaf of bread with jam provided. This hotel provides free black Coffee and small packets of tidbits (machine with coffee bean provided) at the coffee house. Staff are friendly and can speak English
One poor thing is the mattress is hard but my family still acceptable except the poor pillow, the conditions is terrible straight became flat once you laid down

5 mins walk to Kaohsiung MRT station & train station. Surrounded with shops. Very convenient , easily accessible.

Great location, very close to Kaohsiung station. Enjoyed the room, very spacious for 3 of us! Beds are comfortable too.

Hotel unable to find Trip.com booking details in system. Ended us having to wait 2 hours in reception lobby with no aircon from 9pm to 11pm. Terrible customer service, would not book again.

Hotel unable to find our reservation on Trip.com upon check in. Had to wait at reception lobby for 2 hours, with the aircon shut off. Terrible customer service, would not book with them again.

Hotel location is very convenient, near to Kaohsiung station.

The service was good, staff was friendly and helpful. It would be good if they updated their technology for the room, as me and my mom had some issues with the room electricity short circuiting due to the card not being thick enough for the reader to properly sensor. And we completely could not use the safe, despite one of the safe helping us. The breakfast was ok, but spotted a small cockroach on both days by the hot milk. But other then that it was fairly clean.

It is pretty convenient for transportation as the hotel is 200m from the MRT and train station (not high speed train). Rooms are of a reasonable size, very clean, with a good hot shower. As I was caught in a few days of heavy rain and had to stay indoors, the aircon is stuffy in the afternoons as it seems to be automatically set to cut off cold air in late morning. Besides the aircon, everything are great.

this hotel location is just about 5mins walk from the Kaohsiung train station, it's a good location if you take a train ride from the east coast to Kaohsiung.
the front counter staff was good, except for a staff name, Eve, she's not suitable at the front line counter as she's not manner to the guests when asked for assistance, she didn't look at your to answer, yet show a long face when we need the assistance.
the breakfast was good but more oriental food, no fruits were provided during the last stay, as the waiter mentioned that all were finished, no replacement at about 8.15am.
overall the hotel was fine for few days stay and good price too, thank you
