An incredibly large sized pool (lake), good restaurants - La Brasserie is a must try. Best Frappes (caramel) ever in lobby cafe bar. The hotel team is warm and accomodating. Great mall and restaurants right next to hotel if you want to shop and try something different. Hotel rooms are clean - the mattress though was way to soft for my liking (OK for my short stay) and the bathroom rather tight. All in all, does the job for business travel.

Otel genel itibari ile iyi. Havaalanının hemen yanında şehre de çok uzak değil. Ama çalışanlar biraz pek de güler yüzlü değil. Özellikle resepsiyondakiler, sanki onları rahatsız etmişiz gibi davrandılar tavırları hiç de misafirperver değildi. En azından biraz güler yüzlü olabilirlerdi. Ve otele giriş yapmak ülkeye giriş yapmaktan daha zordu bir sürü prosedür ve soru. Aynı fiayata daha iyi otellerde kalabilirsiniz

A comfortable place to start or end a trip to Abidjan. The reception staff was friendly and the WiFi was fast. The room was comfortable. Breakfast yielded sufficient options. The location is so that you could literally walk to the airport. The location also avoids the horrendous city traffic on your way to and from the airport. It is an obvious favourite for airlines to lay up their people during an overlay.

出行方便，安全。標準ibis房間，稍顯陳舊，但是衛生還不錯。戶外泳池不錯，可惜沒有時間享受。請自帶拖鞋，牙刷等用品，酒店沒有提供。

I stayed in Novotel from my friends advice. I really appreciated my stay there . It's one of my best moment staying in a hotel. It's a amazing place to spend time with his friends and family. Especially the cheerful welcome from the reception team . Thanks for everything.

This is the worst Hotel I have encountered in my entire life. Where do i even start, from the front desk to the rooms, nothing speaks of class or hotel service. The front desk are not polite very rude and do not have an atom of customer service in them, please stay in the hotel at your own perils. The hotel claims to be a 4 star hotel but in my opinion it is worse it is a disgrace to what 4 star stands for, how can a hotel refuse to change your bed linen but changes it every 2 days, this already tells you that the staff are lazy and speaks poorly of hygiene. Even a 1 star hotel changes the bed linen daily and offers you a new towel. Restaurant is poorly run, the chef thinks he is a master chef, please re train your staff, Breakfast options are so poor you will want to vomit, the food all have no taste, use ingredients like ginger and garlic in your food for taste. A four star hotel that does not even have waffles, scrambled eggs, or sausages and bacon, and no working coffee machine, is a disgrace to a 4 star brand. Please avoid this hotel it will suck the life out of you, and you will see the literal definition of unprofessionalism.

I was in Abidjan on business. The presentation of this hotel attracted me. I then booked for 3 nights. When I arrive, a courteous driver greets me. After 15 minutes drive, we arrived at the hotel. When I pay for the trip, the driver reminds me that the hotel shuttle is free! I was welcomed by a clean and courteous receptionist, dressed in a beautiful African tunic. I was struck by the cleanliness and African style of this beautiful hotel. After the checkin formalities, I was taken to a standard room. what struck me was that the photos I had seen on traveler networks and on the hotel website are authentic and true to life. The bedroom, in addition to being fresh and comfortable, combines beautifully Africanity and modernity. the comfort of the bedding almost made me miss the business meeting I had in the morning. In the restaurant, a copious buffet is served, always in an African urban atmosphere !!! Ivorian dishes by the way European cuisine makes me lick my chops !!! finally, this three-star hotel has a very good value for money. more interesting still, the flexibility of room rates makes this little African paradise accessible to all budgets !!! I highly recommend :)
