Hotel was very clean, breakfast was great, rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful

My ceiling fan didn't work. The ac took forever. The hottub was cold. There was hair all in the shower

The room stated "Double Beds" no they were full beds. 2 adults can not fit on a "Full bed" comfortably. The blankets for the sofa bed were not in the room so we had to go get them right before bedtime. The shower head was very small and the water came out slowly. Took a while to take a shower. And the way the curtains block the front door from opening if they are pulled all the way is frustrating. There should be a separate curtain just for the door.

We take the family to this hotel several times a year. It’s easy i mr has big rooms which works well for a family of 5. Decent swimming pool, good breakfast and easy access to anything Abilene has to offer

Front desk was not helpful in pest we found in room. We never got new sheets after we found centipedes crawling in them. Sheet had several stains. House keepers never brought us towels. We never got to enjoy the hot tub due to a man patrolling the place he never let us turn on hot tub.

The property is beautiful and the surrounding area has easy access to dofferent shops and some top notch restaurants. The rooms are dated, and the bathroom was a little cramped, the reclining chair in my room didnt work and the pillows have a plastic feel to them. Other than those few complaints the over all experience was good, the staff were friendly and very helpful.
