Beautiful clean room, very affordable and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I liked staying at this hotel.

Comfortable stay was and the reception Indian lady make sure to solve an issue regarding checking out timely in great attitude and lobby staff also helpful.

I recently stayed at Hotel Rose and found the experience to be a mixed bag. The staff were undoubtedly pleasant and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their service was one of the highlights of my stay. However, the room left much to be desired. It felt quite old and had a strange smell that was off-putting. It didn’t seem as clean as one would expect from a five-star establishment. The facilities also appeared outdated, lacking the modern touches you'd anticipate at this price point. Overall, while the staff were wonderful, the hotel’s condition doesn’t align with a five-star rating. I hope they consider some much-needed renovations to meet the expectations of their guests.

The hotel is located at the center of Abu Dhabi, which is near all the facilities in the city. My overall experience is positive. I highly encourage everyone to try a classic atmosphere with a blend of modern art. I loved how quiet the rooms are unlike other hotels.

Excellent vintage Palace hotel thst lives up to its 5 stars. Rooftop pool breezy but is not the main highlight. Quite small. Room very spacious and has that grandeur feeling. Executive lounge for drinking amd is lovely.... Happy hours 6-8pm! Staff very nice. Love their complimentary arabic coffee and dates! Lovely oil paintings around..reception beautiful!. would come back no doubt!

Good Hotel stay, highly recommended. All the services was at point.

After we checked in, someone tried to open the door with their room key card at 11pm and said that this room was assigned to them by the reception. We were two girls in the room. Fortunately, we locked the door from the inside and other people could not enter, but I also thought it was very scary. We called the reception and they said they would check again, but there was no one called back that night. The next day we went to the recetption again. They also said check, we said that last night were also the same word but no one answered, then they said that it must be the that this guest have made a mistake. The guest on the 14th floor mistakenly understood that their room was on the 4th floor. Because the hotel elevator requires the room key card to enter the corresponding floor, we also said that the room card on the 14th floor should not be swiped on the 4th floor, but the reception said that lower floors can be entered. Later we tried it ourselves and found that this was not the case. Entering 4th floor also needs the room card. During the entire communication process, the front desk did not express any apology for the negligence of hotel management. They only said that the guests made a mistake. I don’t know whose fault it was to make that such a terrible thing happened. The hotel said that it was not their fault, but I think the hotel should at least they have the responsibility to clearly communicate with customers which floor they are in. In addition, we also saw the evaluation form left by the previous guest in our room,. It was a negative review and there was a drop of oil on the paper.

Service is good, especially for housekeeping and cleaning. Breakfast is wonderful with international and local cuisine. We are curious why staffs in front of the main gate don’t know where is nearest stop though they do know there is ART /Auto Rail Transit bus running just in front of the hotel
