Nilai yang sangat baik untuk wang, biliknya besar. Gimnasium dan kolam renang cukup mengagumkan, dan gimnasium mempunyai pemandangan yang indah. Bilik itu berada di tingkat 33. Tandas dan pancuran mandian diasingkan daripada basah dan kering, dan ruangnya cukup besar. Pemandangan di luar tingkap juga cantik, melihat Jalan Yan'an yang tinggi. 10 min on foot from line 2 (Jiangsu Rd) and 12 min from line 10 (Jiaotong Univ.) Lots of cafe shops and restaurants around. Nice area to walk. Wukang Rd is nearby, that is a nice area to stroll around. Room was spacious, beds are comfy, bathroom was huge with bathtub. Toiletries were good quality. View was spectacular from the 36th floor. Minibar and room service were good. Prices are reasonable for the hotel. Check-in and check-out was smooth and fast. Although two things need improvement: heating was not strong enough for the size of the room, and we needed to pay an extreme amount of deposit, what is definitely a thing needs to be told ahead of booking.

I liked the hotel. Nice room and the view. I enjoyed the swimming pool the most. Will come again next time.

Bad service and the check in staff bad attitude. We asked for non corner room but he said we booked corner room and this is not true when we checked our booking. Room smelly and no aircon so hot. Former smoking room. Furniture old one in general the hotel is bad maintained. Staff don’t speak English

This is now the usual hotel I stay at when visiting Shanghai. While a little dated in some ways overall it is still a great hotel with the rooms on the high floors offering great views across the city. The breakfast is varied covering western & Chinese dishes and the gym has a good range of equipment. It is also quite reasonably priced compared to other hotels of a similar standard. The location is beside Yanan Lu and it is a 10-15 min walk to Jiangsu Lu subway. A better line up of western news channels would be good as only Bloomberg is offered.

Superb infinity pool! The steam room and sauna are an excellent way to prepare for a wonderful night out in the big smoke! Overall, an oasis of peace in the heart of the big city.

The room is spacious. The furniture in the room was old. There are some questions to ergonomics of the room. The socets predominantly didn't work. The room service started at 7 am. Great, that I marked the room with "not disturb" sign. The reseption speaks English only during the day. Breakfasts were fine.

Great experience! My room was upgraded to a huge room with an amazing view. Thanks to Tony and Adam, who were all arranged at the front desk.

The staff was friendly and helpful. There is no subway station in immediate vicinity. The hotel is not new anymore but still good.

Very clean place, good space for family and couples!
