Ulasan Capital Centre Arjaan by Rotana

Very welcoming hotel. We enjoyed during our stay in the hotel. The services were excellent and fast. Thanks to Gaizil the receptionist for providing amazing services and fulfilling our needs and even calling back after our checkout to ensure the pleasant of our stay. I will definitely come again 😃.

The hotel location was not as convenient as the other reviews said. It’s at the convention centre area instead of downtown and thus we needed to take buses to go to the downtown or other destinations every day. Luckily the bus stops were near the hotel. A small comment was that the housekeeping could be slightly more efficient. They said one minute every time but it could be a couple of hours.

Excellent rooms and very clean. The staff are so cheerful and helpful. Highly recommended hotel.

I always like staying in Rotana hotel groups because the service is always good. Especially when trip offers better price some time. Very nice hotel.

感覺酒店性價比還是非常高的，服務非常周到 還有一個小廚房～地理位置不錯，旁邊是大使館和會展中心，去盧浮宮或者corniche海灘也都在30分鐘車程內距離，地下停車場也很方便

깨끗한 객실, 조용한 복도가 좋았다. 주차시설도 만족 했다. 화장실 깨끗했다. 주방은 조리도구가 많이 부족했음 대체로 만족

From the moment you step into the room, you are in comfort. The place is super clean, neat and well organized. Bedding super hygienic and comfy. All the necessary things are available. Mini kitchenette with washing machine, micro etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. From reception to technician and porter!! A lovely experience. Will recommend to all! Keep it up Arjaan Capital Centre!

We stayed for 1 night and everything was wonderful, very tasty food and friendly staff. I would like to say thank you to Mr. Alassa and Mr. Ruwan at the Bell desk for their assistance upon our arrival, Mr. Ronald at the front desk for helping us during check-out, and also Mr. Hasitha and Mr. Tharindu in housekeeping for attending to our requests. The room were very clean, and the swimming pool is nice as well. I can definitely recommend this place. Thank you for the great vacation.

Excellent hotel located very well in perfect area, clean and having great breakfast and facilities. Excellent customer service and room big and clean. I defiantly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi and explore the hospitality at Capital Center by Arjaan

This hotel is one of the best hotel I've ever seen. Especially gratrful to MAZHAR who does perfect cleaning my room everyday. He is world best hotel employee. I was really lucky to meet him. I have no doubt that I will choose this hotel next time again because MAZHAR.

I am living here at arjaan capital centre since February and I can say nothing but good words about all the workers; they make really comfortable and pleasant my stay; it is always a good and happy atmosphere which makes me feel like at home. I would like to extend my thanks to all mandarin team members and special mention to Mazhar, for having my room always clean and for his special care for all details.
