Location plus point & walking distance to everywhere, Huge room, nice bed & pillow. Down points is too noisy with music from lots of bar downstairs.

Location is not bad and not great either. The hotel is a bit old building, but the rooms are really spacious and that's the best about it. Really noisy thanks to the many bars at the bottom.

I liked the location, the cleanliness of the hotel is great, I recommend it. very good! 😉

Near Bangla road

Buffet breakfast was so good. Hotel is near from downtown. Location is good. Room service was good. Cleans well. Room light felt too dark. Except bed mattress were old, sounds and felt horrible. But asked reception to change room with new bed mattress, they changed in seconds. People who can't tolerate noise pollution, it may cause problem. Because many bars with loud music located near it. But it did not disturb us. In conclusion, Bel aire was good hotel. Will stay there if i o to Phuket again.

The location is super, and in the middle of everything. That is what is good with this hotel. The good location is also a challenge. Be prepared for a lot of noise. The pubs just outside our apartment entertained us with disco til 3 am in the morning, every day (there is no soundproofing in doors, windows or walls). The breakfast is far below average from my point of view, with poor selection. We ended up eating outside the hotel even if we had paid for breakfast. In sum is the location super, but the hotel and service in general is of medium to low standard.

It's a good hotel at all...the location is perfect enough close to everywhere...and also specious room.. am booked twins bed..but they're give twins double bed...and no deposit needed..😁👍

Not a bad price, hotel right in the middle of 10-12 loud bars so if you’re wanting an early night, avoid, but if you enjoy the nightlife, it’s not all bad. 10 minutes from Bangla Road & Patong Beach on foot. The bed was super uncomfortable and the shower flooded every use. No staff at reception ever so you have to ring them to check in/out or for any problems than wait for them to arrival, kept frustrating. All in all, not an awful stay but probably would only go back if I was planning on partying until 4am
