I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriott Downtown Hotel in Abu Dhabi and I must say,it was a delightful experience.I booked a twin bedroom on the 19th floor and I was incredibly pleased with the spaciousness of the room.It was not only big but also impeccably clean,providing a comfortable environment for my family. One of the standout features of my stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met,which made the check in process smooth and welcoming.Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our overall experience. My kids also had a fantastic time during our stay. The hotel’s amenities are well suited for families and they enjoyed exploring the facilities. Overall,I had a wonderful time at the Marriott Downtown Hotel and I can confidently say that I will be returning on my next trip to Abu Dhabi.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and family friendly stay!😍

Hotel was clean. Staff was very friendly. Was very good location near Al wadha malls and Abu Dhabi bus station. I would highly recommend the hotel. Price was also reasonable

The hotel is located in the center of the city. I walked to the beach in the morning and felt very good. Breakfast is very good and I really enjoy it and the staff is also very friendly.

We came back to stay at Marriott Downtown Abu Dhabi again mainly because of the superb and excellent front desk service from Mr Rupesh. He brings smile always and gave us the best services. We love the big steam room at 24th floor and roof top swimming pool. Just love this hotel ❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍👍👍

The hotel's central location near a major shopping mall was incredibly convenient. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the beds were very comfortable. Service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. fantastic choice for a stay in the city. Highly recommended!

We Stayed at the hotel for 4 days it was not worth it at all. I do not recommend this hotel We have booked and paid in advance. At the reception the staff asked me to pay and i had to tell them to check again. There is a club on 2nd floor that was soo nosiy and i had to request for higher floor. Weekend is the worse time to stay if you have a family and kids. The place become a pickup joint. I asked to connect a local call and the operator told me to vist the front desk to pay 3aed before connecting my call as there was no credit card saved with them. I ended up calling internationally from my mobile. In another occasion we dinned it at the swimming bar and asked the host to charge on the room which she agreed to. I ordered a club sandwich and chicken wings. The clun sandwich which was horrible . It smell bad and chicken was raw ! I complained to the manager and expected it to be removed from my bill. After 20 min i got a call in my room asking to come down and pay for the bill. I told them i will pay at checkout and the staff told me they will check. They called me again and asked me to open the credit with the hotel. I was furious and told them i will pay instead of opening credit with them. The staff called me again in 15min for the payment which was out of the limits ! I went down and paid them only to find out they were still charging me for club sandwich! After waiting for along time they removed the charged for sandwich. The staff was not at all helpful when i complained about the constant calling as i still have a day before checkout. The hotel is located in downtown which is next to busiest signal in Abu Dhabi. Food: 0/5 Room: 3/5 Room AC: 1/5 Internet: 3/5 Bathroom: 1/5 Location: 2/5 Staff Interaction: 0/5

Very satisfied with Marriott Downtown,room is clean and spacious . The location is super convenient with very nice city view. There is a big mall just opp the hotel.

a super centrally located hotel and minutes away from malls and attractions! it was a decent stay but zachary made a big impression in accommodating almost all my requests! rooms were spacious plus the views of the busy junction was nice and equipped although the pool is small but it’s alright for a night stay for me

Very convenient location, just opposite to big mall. 10 min walk to bus terminal to take bus back to Dubai. Room are spacious!

Great location!! Free valet parking !! Spacious Hotel room! beautiful room!! Welcome drink!! Breakfast is delicious!! Located beside Shopping mall!! great place for family !!!
