The staff is wonderful. We had a good stay. Thank you to all the staff there for helping us. Everyone had a warm smile.

We stayed in a private pool room. The room was amazing! The only problem was that the freezer had thawed between the last customers, so there was water leaking from the fridge onto the floor when we arrived, but that was quickly fixed by the staff. The spa bath is huge and takes a while to fill, but they have great bath balls there. Seriously one of the BEST BUFFFET BREAKFASTS I've had in any country and should be applauded for it. The staff are awesome too. I didn't even get to drink at the main pool bar, but I saw a lot of people there enjoying it! The main pool looks amazing and any of the pool access rooms would be great! There is a small raft that you have to cross over the tiny stream to access the beach, but there is a guy close by to facilitate that and it seems a little hairy at first, but it's no problem. The direct beach access is great and virtually nobody there because it is part of a national park! The walk through the tree there to the beach is so relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel!!! Can't wait to stay again!!!

Great location. I loved the raft you had to get to go across to the beach. Plenty of space around both pools.  Spacious room.

Due to an illness of my girlfriend it was not possible to travel. Therefor we tried to get a cancellation of the hotel reservation. Trip.Com tried many times to cancel, the hotel always refused. According to their feedback to Trip.Com the cancellation was not included, so they refused it always and kept the complete prepaid money. I also tried to reach the hotel by email, but never get any feedback. This management of the hotel is a disaster and it is not recommended to choose it. I´m totally disappointed about the behavior from this hotel.

This is a nice place for families and the pool was full with mostly Russian kids. Near the beach but you have to rely on a pontoon to get across a small stream. Chose this place as near the airport (only here for 1 night). If I had to pick again for a transit hotel I'd choose somewhere walkable to the strip of shops slightly north, including the unmissable coffee hut Chern cup coffee. Beautiful sunset walk along the beach that stretches for miles.

Had a nice stay here. The hotel is nicely located right next to the beach. It’s very quiet and relaxing here. The staff are were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was tasty and filling. Overall a good stay here.

There was a hit-cup upon check-in as the hotel changed the room-type without our agreement, the given reason is the room type we booked is no longer available and suggest us to get refund if we don't agree :(. Hotel staffs could not communicated well in english either. The hotel room given to us has a strange smell, the water in the tap and the toilet are also weak.

Nice , perfect stop over from the airport. Would stay here again. Close to local town
