The Hawthorn Suites City Center proved to be a reliable and comfortable choice, with its highest marks certainly going to the exceptional team working there. The staff were truly accommodating and attentive throughout my entire stay. They went out of their way to ensure any requests were handled promptly and courteously, making the overall experience smooth and genuinely pleasant. This high level of service is definitely the property's strongest asset. Regarding the accommodations, the room was perfectly decent and functional. It provided everything needed for a comfortable city stay, including fast, reliable WiFi and a good, strong shower. All the necessary amenities were present, such as complimentary bottled water and the other basics you expect, ensuring a hassle-free and comfortable environment.

The hotel is located in a good area ,front desk know how to make people relax while they fix one's problem,the fact that one has to pay parking for your car every time drive out and return to the valet, is a negative point in my opinion.Thanks

Overall hotel is okay for money they charge. But we were frustrated with the late night music playing in bar below the guest room floors, can’t get a good night rest. This attitude of management shows they value old (guessing from the music they played) drunkerds over the guest living in the hotel. I could not see any reason to play the music so loud that it reaches guest’s room, even you call frontdesk is of no use they will increase the volume again very soon. I will not recommend anyone to stay in that hotel unless you are used to listening music while sleeping.

Overall a nice stay. The check in took some time but they upgraded my room to a suite which was appreciated. Wanted to get room service but their restaurant had somewhat limited options (only fast food available). Staff were all very friendly and I wouldn’t mind staying again.

Convenient location with clean and large rooms, close to Corniche and shopping districts. Nice breakfast restaurant view, but with limited choice if food. Overall a quite satisfied stay!

The staff at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Abu Dhabi City Centre were friendly and thoughtful. I appreciated the birthday cake and they upgraded me to a suite on my birthday, which was a kind gesture. However, my original room was grimy and uncomfortable. After a long day out on my birthday, I had to cancel my evening plans to move rooms, which was frustrating. The strong outside wind made sleeping difficult, and earplugs were not provided. On top of that, there aren’t many nearby food options, which made things less convenient. Overall, while the staff were polite and considerate, the hotel needs to improve room cleanliness, noise management, and local amenities for a more seamless stay.

It's ok to stay here for a night, nothing critically bad. The room is ok and the breakfast is good. But it was very cold in the room and I wasn't able to fix it. Also it was noisy in the night (music was playing below)

We enjoyed 5 nights at the Hawthorn extended stay hotel. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the location. It was very easy to use the local buses and there were lots of supermarkets nearby as well as some good cheap eats and happy hour at the Tavern pub. I am a very light sleeper and asked for a quiet room which was on 7th floor. I could still hear noise from the hotel bar but my partner slept fine.

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The breakfasts were delicious, and the staff were kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.
