Ulasan Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Abu Dhabi City Center

I stayed at the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham in Abu Dhabi city center for a one-day business trip and found it to be a convenient option. The room was adequately sized and comfortable, although the hotel could benefit from some updates. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my short stay pleasant. Breakfast offered decent options, though there’s room for improvement in variety. I would consider staying here again for future business trips due to its affordability and convenient location

I booked a standard room and i got free upgrade to suite room. The room is big and clean. Reception people are excellent to provide the service.

Great apart hotel at affordable prices! It is located not far from the city embankment and popular city districts. Room was very comfortable and the hotel staff was helpful.

I had a wonderful stay and the black lady that attended to me was exceptionally nice. The room was clean too.

Very good service and the hotel rooms look relatively modern. There is no pool and you need to walk for a minute to find a taxi. The hotel was very comfortable though and I plan on staying there again.

In a convenient location, can find some small restaurants and supermarkets easily. Nice view. Especially in the top floor cafeteria room enjoying the gulf view with nice breakfast.

While our stay at Hawthorn was pleasant overall, we encountered some issues. The receptionist was somewhat rude and initially assigned us a smoking room despite our preference for a non-smoking one, leading to a bit of argumentation to rectify the situation. Additionally, the paid parking was not convenient, and the towels provided were old and hard, which detracted from the comfort of the room. Furthermore, we noticed some cleanliness issues such as toothpaste residue on the glass. On a positive note, the rest of the staff were very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Stayed at the hotel with a friend for 2 nights. The room was spacious but had a musty smell. No transfer to the beach. The nearby beach was closed.

Very good, AC is not so cold though but the hotel is otherwise good, parking is not included, receptionist is very helpful

Great one bed room suites. Clean. Easy access to Downtown Abu dhabi and variable restaurants in neighborhood. Did not try amenities. Excellent for the price.

Everything was great. The only downside is I had to pay 25 AED a day for parking service.

Around 2km to the beach, not the best place to stay but defo worth spending a day in sheraton for 40dhs by the pool. Overall 3*
