Ulasan Hilton Suzhou Yinshan Lake

The double bed room with lake view is a steal at this price! Super big, with bath tub and definitely hitting Hilton standard for service and breakfast. Check out the high tea set too!

The concierge staff kindly upgraded our room during check in. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. There were a variety of items for breakfast and we especially loved the local food options. There are multiple food options in the mall that’s within 5 min walking distance from the hotel (尹山湖歌林公园）. We had enjoyed our stay here.

Super spacious and clean room with a superb lake view and clean toilet with a bathtub. Amazing staff and hotel located 30 mins away from most attractions. There's a mall with cinema within 10mins walk. Overall, this is one of the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

Additionally, the proximity of Yinshan Lake enhances the scenic allure of the area, offering guests a tranquil retreat amidst natural beauty. I must commend the duty manager, Lorraine, whose unwavering enthusiasm and dedication significantly enhance the overall guest experience. Her attentiveness and professionalism are truly commendable, adding an extra layer of warmth to the hospitality provided at the hotel

Great location, close to the Yinshan Lake and a shopping mall. Room is spacious and the service is spot on.

We had a nice view of the lake and there's a mall walking distance from Hilton. Breakfast was delicious. Front desk was so helpful especially on using Meituan to order food from Pizza Hut.

The hotel is very new and service is good. The front desk manager Belle is very professional.

The hotel itself was very nice! Especially the evening buffet was very tasty. The floor in our room was quite dirty. Unfortunately almost nobody from the staff could speak English. In general we definitely recommend this hotel!

We had a great stay here thanks to the staff, especially Freda! Freda helped our family feel at home during our brief visit. The room was lovely and the buffet was delicious. We hope the pool is open next time we go back. Overall the hotel gets a 9/10 but Freda gets 11/10！
